The best UPS store! Amazon stated they didn't receive my return, but something else. After over a…read morehalf hour of going in circles with Amazon's AI customer service Chatbot, I ended up back where I started each time and I gave up. That was over a week ago. Today I felt I may have some bandwidth to make an attempt to solve this. I contacted the UPS store in Crystal Lake where the return was dropped off at. I stated my quandary , the manager explained how the returns work at the store level and suggested I contact Amazon. He listened patiently when I told him my attempts for speak to an IRL customer service human were futile and the only thing I was able to contact was the Amazon AI chatbot and that each time I ended up back where I started. He was able to help assist and provided a viable solution. Within less than 5 minutes, I got a IN REAL LIFE person at Amazon AND my issue was resolved. When I asked the Amazon rep what item did they receive as my return, and Amazon wouldn't say, but did say they received my item and I'd see a refund within the next 5 days. Understand this location is usually very busy, and you may need to wait a bit BUT they always provide excellent service whether in person or over the phone. Highly recommend this location for your shipping needs.
