Horrible service for new patient . They texted me to come in an hour early for an appointment, I texted back saying I couldn't come earlier, but that I would be there at 2:30. As I am walking in with my injured foot they text me at 2:27 saying that the doctor had to leave for the day and I could reschedule. Definitely will not be coming here. UPDATE TO DR RESPONSE: My appointment was made on Monday. I filled out the paperwork and appointment was confirmed again yesterday/Wednesday for Thursday appointment. Texts attached. I visited Dr. Ebonie Vincent at Foot & Ankle Specialist, Corp. in early July 2025, and unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. I waited over 30 minutes to be seen, despite no other patients being present. Eventually, a nurse escorted me into the exam room, where I waited another two minutes before Dr. Vincent arrived. While she was pleasant in demeanor, she performed minor procedures--clipping one toenail and removing a small patch of dead skin--without informing me that these would incur additional charges or that they weren't covered. These actions seemed like part of a routine evaluation, yet I was later billed over $125 for services I could have easily done myself. To make matters worse, the billing submitted to my insurance was inaccurate. The procedure code claimed that nail debridement was performed on 6-10 nails, when in fact it was only one. When I raised this concern, the office accountant said they would adjust the charge--but not the insurance submission, which raises serious ethical concerns. I spoke with the office manager, Sandra, who was kind and professional. She offered a partial reduction, which I appreciated. However, the core issue remains: these charges should never have been applied without my consent, and the insurance coding was misleading at best. Dr. Vincent insisted she had informed me of the charges, which is simply untrue. I would never knowingly agree to pay over $125 for a single toenail clip and minor skin removal. This experience felt deceptive and exploitative. Bottom line: Be cautious. Services may be presented as routine but later billed as extras, and insurance may be charged inaccurately. I strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere. To help prevent future incidents like this, I intend to submit a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Orange County District Attorney's Office. While this may not lead to immediate action, it will at least put this office and Dr. Vincent's name on record. If others have had similar experiences, it could help build a case--or at the very least, encourage more ethical practices moving forward. I'd like to clarify a few points: - Appointment Delay: My appointment was at 1:30 PM, but I wasn't seen until after 2:15 PM--not the "minimal amount of time" wait you mentioned. Even if others were being treated, my scheduled time should have been honored. - Unapproved Services: You clipped one toenail and removed a small patch of skin without informing me these would be billed separately. I wasn't given a chance to consent. - Billing: I paid $89 at the visit and $33 later--$122 total, not just $33. The refund was partial and only offered after I raised concerns. - Treatment Accuracy: You prescribed long-term antifungal medication, acknowledging that clipping alone wouldn't resolve the issue--yet that was the only treatment provided. It's something I've done myself many times in the past, and it never fixed the problem I genuinely appreciate you taking the time to respond and for that, I've updated my review to 3 stars and I won't escalate further. read more

I got bunion surgery 8/22. When I woke up my pain level was a 10! My foot was totally botched. Dr. Vincent insisted it was "fused " at 8 weeks and that I need to start using it. The pain was unbearable. I continued to complain until she ordered an MRI which showed nothing but a glowing light since my foot was now full of metal. I went for a second opinion and a CT scan was ordered. It revealed broken navicular bones and accessory bones . Like a FOOl I let her do a second surgery 3/23 to retrieve the broken fragments. During this procedure she 100% collapsed my ankle and did some tendon/ligament adjustment that made my foot almost completely unusable. It retracts at night like a claw and the pain is excruciating! I'm now 2.5 years post op and it gets worse by the day. All 12 surgeons consulted except 1 sss as I'd to amputate my foot . I'm non diabetic. I have come to learn that the "rod" or beam that she placed running the length of my foot was actually a leg rod not a foot rod. My entire big toe joint was destroyed by her when she hammered this rod into my bone. read more

Going to see Dr. Ebonie Vincent was the best medical decision I have ever made!!!! I was very unhappy with my earlier podiatrist and went to Dr. Ebonie Vincent for a second opinion about a diabetic foot ulcer. She was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. Dr. Vincent immediately drew up a short- and long-term action plan. She provided care not only for my foot wound but cared for me as a whole person; as a diabetic, that is extremely important. Dr. Vincent addressed all my concerns in person and on the phone. I cannot image that there is a more compassionate or competent podiatrist in the area. Met with Dr. Vincent today regarding my 1st MTP joint and onset of gout. It was an awesome experience and informative as well. Set a plan to treat the problem, get xrays, and determine how to attack the issue in the future follow up. Her staff was awesome providing excellent customer service and compassion during my Visit. They took me in even earlier than expected and answered all my questions as well. Dr. Vincent's bedside manner and attention to detail and care was excellent. I was a patient of Dr. Vincent's for almost a year due to painful plantar fasciitis along with other heel/ankle pain. When I first met Dr. Vincent I was hopeful that she was going to be able to fix my issue. She's very personable and seemed knowledgable so I was very hopeful. A year later with 2 separate visits to Physical Therapy, 2 MRI's, 2-3 X-ray's and 2 cortisone shots, I am still in pain. When I told her after the 2nd stint at PT that it didn't help, she tried to send me a 3rd time. I felt like she didn't even look at my file before coming in and talking to me. I had 3 cortisone shots within a 3 month period. I thought they needed to be spaced out more than that? At the beginning of COVID in March I made a phone follow-up appointment, but never got the call. After waiting an hour I called the office and it still took another 45 minutes to get her on the call. The front office was supposed to send a referral for a boot. A week passes by and I called my insurance company, who hadn't heard from the office. I called them and they tried to say it was submitted. After my 2nd MRI I was waiting to get the results and thought Dr. Vincent would call me like she said she would. I already had gotten the results myself, but wanted to hear what she had to say. I had to call for a week straight to get a return call from her, which I never did, even though the office said she tried calling me. Between Dr. Vincent not even looking at my file before seeing me and the issues with the front staff, I would stay away from this practice. read more

Doctor Vincent is a miracle worker! I've been embarrassed by the fungal infection on my toes for years, and have tried every over the counter remedy available to take of it, but nothing worked. Dr. Vincent recognized the issue right away, took care of the infected toes, and gave me a treatment plan to get rid of the infection once and for all. The process does take months, and you have to be diligent with it, but I am happy to report that I could be a toe model for how great they look now. I recently went in for a follow-up visit due to an ingrown toenail, and she took care of them quickly, efficiently, and painlessly. I was in and out in 25 minutes. My only regret is not visiting her sooner. I've recommended her to tons of friends and family, and they all have given her glowing reviews. When I initially went to see Dr. Vincent, I found her to be very sharp, knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She explained what my issues are and what needs to be done. That was back in October. Here we are at the end of the year with still no surgery scheduled. The surgery scheduler Sandra isnt the best. She doesn't return calls for days or weeks and I almost went to another doctor because of it. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Vincent for a toenail with a nasty infection. It turns out it had to be mostly removed before further procedures could be done. I'm a complete pain wimp, but Dr. Vincent managed to perform the removal almost painlessly, and was clear in educating me on next steps. She is reassuring, instills confidence because of her obvious competence, and overall provided a great experience under the circumstances. (!!) Hands down Dr. Ebonie Vincent, is the best I had Plantar fasciitis and, she performed a miracle, my foot is now better after six months in pain didn't know what was wrong went to her and she help me a lot with the little advice on stretching and, as well as a Cortizone shot and it's better now thanks to Dr. Vincent, I know that she explain things very well to me what the problem was and now I use it as a technique throughout my workouts as well as work.
