Despite multiple emails and voicemails--most of which have gone unanswered--I've received almost no communication. Erin spoke with me once during my initial outreach and seemed open to working with my insurance, but since then has consistently ignored my follow-ups. Even my care advocate has tried reaching out and hasn't heard back. Every few weeks I get a brief response, only to be ghosted again. At one point, Erin offered to remind me of the pricing--when I agreed, I never heard back. I had high hopes for this practice and have been transparent about how important these services are to me. But the lack of communication and follow-through has made it clear that patient care is not a priority here. I'd recommend looking for a practice with dedicated staff who can actually support new patients through the onboarding process.

I came here because I was having trouble with some communication speech issues after a concussion. I learned so much about my own brain worked and what could be done to help. It was a fun process getting my brain to rewire its communication. They use a variety of games and things to watch while I was hooked up to the equipment and I found it relaxing and fun. The professionalism and the level of caring for the patients is great and the team here will help you with your brain goals whether it is better learning and retention with school or recovery after any kind of injury, they do a great job.

She is patient, always willing to talk to us, and even communicates with his teachers at school to ensure our son is always getting the care and support he needs. She's also extremely knowledgeable, and is able to explain the roadmap for what she is working on not only now, but in the future, and how it will help our son overcome the challenges he came in with. We are so grateful we found Child Success!

We decided to do the Kinder Prep Camp after having done the Friendship Club, and were very…read moredisappointed with the lack of compassion and accommodation for our anxious 5-year-old compared to all the other regular camps we did this summer. We received a call within an hour of him being at the camp that he was stressed and overstimulated and didn't want to participate, so he was going to need extra support to stay. This was shocking to me considering how little time he had been there, that the point of it was to help kids adjust to kindergarten, and that their ratio was 2 adults to 7 kids. They told me that he consistently improved over the course of the first day and further improved on the second day, but that it would be too costly to keep another adult there to help him. It was sad for us because he left on a high note, telling me that he'd made a friend and that he had done a better job staying in the group. He clearly felt like a success and I wish he'd been given the opportunity to continue improving, but I didn't want him to stay at a camp where the facilitators believed that he was too much for them. He successfully did a year of TK last year and several other camps this summer, some with a ratio of 1 adult to 16 kids. CSC was polite to me and pro-rated me the other days, but it was upsetting because I assumed the most expensive camp I signed up for this summer (held at a therapy location) would be the greatest success, not the one camp that had to call me about an issue. This camp may work out for kids who are already very familiar with their gym environment and don't really need that much help when they feel anxious, but if you're looking for something that will help your child if they struggle in a new environment, this does not seem like the best choice. Some camps that worked well for us this summer were Pedalheads, Compass Clinic's Friendship Island Camp, Campbell Hall's Creative Arts Camp, and Destination Science.

Went to renew my medical card. I only get a year renewal since I have HBP…read more My card was gonna expire and had a few weeks left to renew. I went to this exact location since its close to my job. Did my physical, everything checked out fine. Then all of a sudden as the practitioner is finishing her paperwork she asks, "Have you ever had a sleep study?" I said "no" "Well you have a neck size of 17 inches and you have hbp so its required that I give you one, im only gonna give you a 3 month certification but you have to schedule a sleep study with your primary care physician" I get upset because im like why in the hell would you wait until the end of my physical to hit me with that curveball? It was bad enough the hell I had to go through just to keep my blood pressure under 140/90 then she hits me with that bull****? As im asking questions, she kept cutting me off before I could finish any of them. She knows that was some bull****. And im guessing they been doing this to plenty of commercial drivers whom im sure had the same questions. She kept blaming it on new DOT rules but talking to my other co workers, other concentra locations wasn't doing this. I would have loved to have known about the damn sleep test beforehand, that way when I came to renew my medical card I could have had everything already present so that way I could keep my year certification without running the risk of not being able to drive. If you dont have a DOT medical card, it is illegal for you to drive a commercial vehicle. Remember I only got a 3 month certification and it took 3 months to get an appointment with kaiser for a sleep study. I took the sleep study and found out I had mild apnea but they still gave me the cpap machine. I also come to find out at the same time that I had to sleep with the cpap machine for at least 21 out of 30 days in order to renew. By the time all that would be done, my medical card would been expired and I wouldn't have been able to work. The shit was such an inconvenience and stressful situation that I ended up going out on disability until I was able to gather enough cpap data to renew my medical card. All this happened thanks to this location. If you have a commercial license, stay away from here. A few of my co workers gave me a location where ill have to pay out of pocket but I won't have to deal with this inconvenience. This was a very unprofessional experience, won't be dealing with them again. With the way that was done, I'm wondering if theyre in cahoots with any of these medical companies that sell these cpap machines?

My wife and I wanted to give our son the opportunity to socialize and be around other children his age without immediately enrolling him in daycare. Since our son isn't speaking yet, we weren't quite comfortable sending him somewhere for several hours every day. NAPA has been the perfect fit for our family. It gives him the opportunity to experience a preschool-like environment, interact with other children, and become more comfortable in a classroom setting before officially starting preschool. The facility is always extremely clean and very well maintained. They also have a comfortable parent lounge with coffee, water, and several other amenities, which is a great touch. What I appreciate most is the level of attention, patience, and genuine care Kimberlee and her team show our son and the other children. To encourage our son to speak more they've offered us speech therapy session once a week. We've had a wonderful experience over the past few months and feel great about bringing him here. I highly recommend NAPA to any parent looking for a welcoming environment where their child can socialize, learn, and become more comfortable around other children!
