I was looking for leather boots, but unfortunately, the store was going out of business and there was no shoes my size that I liked. Being a size 8 is pretty common and a lot of the shoes were on sale. I did see a lot of styles that I liked, but unfortunately, the only sizes left were pretty tiny. I don't know if the shop will open elsewhere, but it was closing after the weekend I went. Staff never acknowledged us and prices seem pretty reasonable for the leather shoes that were left . I popped into this store a couple of days ago and received fabulous customer service from Cassidy. I couldn't believe the discounts they were offering. been a very loyal customer to ecco for many years, purchased dozens of shoes, have a pair of dress shoes, rarely worn, maybe 5 to 6 times max, but purchased a few years ago. Contacted Ecco because the heel, completely disintegrated, wearing the shoes maybe the fifth or sixth time, they apologize and offer me a 20% discount toward another purchase rather than replacing the shoes and honoring their brand. Will never purchase another pair. Obviously these shoes are defective. Look at the photos. read more

Great quality of brand at this outlet in Camarillo. My husband was very satisfied purchasing his two "ECCO" leather shoes. Their costumer service is excellent and warm welcoming. Their store is high selective for men and women's shoe ware. If you come during the week is less crowded and there's plenty of parking available. I really enjoyed the positive experience of shopping and quality of brands reduced from their retail price. I own about 5 pairs--golf, hikers, boots, and casual shoes. He also gave me fashion feedback. He made my shopping trip a phenomenal experience and with his help, I've refurbished my golf shoes and achieved a better fit in my hikers. I was clueless about how to buy my true size and achieve comfort with my wide ball area and narrow heels/ankles. He stretched my shoes for me. read more

Love this place and everyone in it! I brought my mom here for shopping a couple weekends ago and Nicole and Greg were very helpful trying to find the right size and color for my mom's tiny feet lol. (She's also very picky. Bonus points for keeping her happy lol!) I myself also bought two purses, with the help of Mariana! She even cleaned and shined one for me (twice) and made it look as fresh as possible. ALSO I got my hiking boots here (also with the help of Mariana) and I've already taken them on a few hikes (one very long one) and LET ME TELL YOU...they are sooo comfortable and really ARE waterproof. I'll be getting the other ones soon! It is apparent that everyone in this store excels in customer service, and they all seem very happy here. Players are a reflection of the coach! I've been here a few times and have been pleased with the customer service although the selection of shoes is typically the same and you're best off finding a good deal in the clearance section at the back of the store. The salespeople are great about listening and coming up with suggestions based on your feedback and since the sizing is European and that sometimes means I'm a 45 or 46 in size, I can count on them to give me some honest feedback on fit. The last time I visited a saw a pair of boots in the clearance section I liked but didn't purchase because they were scuffed up; I came back to the store an hour later with my wife for a second opinion and was surprised to see the staff had oiled and applied polish to the boots. She said, "I knew you liked them and wanted to clean them up for you in case you returned". Five minutes later I walked out with a pair of boots. read more

It's one my favorite shopping spot , actually it's my favorite shopping spot in this outlet . No so many people knows about Ecco shoes for men and women but seriously it's one of the best one in the market . The question: is it pricey ? Answer : depends who's asking ? If you gonna compare to one of the major big brands in price wise the answer will be yes . But if you look at for quality and comfort the answer is no. I am sad at the quality of the product that is being produced now. Years ago ECCO is all I would wear. In the past 4 years I'm on my 5th pair due to poor stiching. In two different styles, none the less. And now you can't even trade them in for the defect of the stitching anymore. Now you have to apply online for consideration. Really? And the Customer Service in the store was the same quality of the shoes. He wasn't helpful at ALL. I didn't ask for the stitching to come undone so why must there be A CONSIDERATION? Sad, just sad. In the past couple years I wont even recommend ECCO's because of the stictching, and now this. Thumbs Down, these are the last Eccos I will own. read more

Went in to look for some shoes. I usually buy my shoes at ECCO because of the quality and comfort and never have had a bad experience such as the one I did with a tall heavy set guy that was at the register. There were two guys working this day and as soon as I walked in I asked the tall heavy set guy if all the items in the far back were 50% off and he gave me an ugly look and said in a rude tone "nothing's 50% off its Buy one get one half off!" At that time I just ignored him and kept looking for some shoes and the other guy approached me and asked if I needed help kindly and I told him no that I was ok. Several people exited the store and the tall heavy set guy told them to have a great day except for me. I don't know why he acted the way he did. I think he needs better customer service training and should treat everyone as equals in the store. People tend to forget that no matter what you look like it, that doesn't determine what you have in your wallet and where you should shop. Please help this guy in attaining better customer service skills and maybe a uniform as well. It goes well with a store that sells great quality items. Not a rude "salesman." read more
