This company re-shingled my 2-car pitched roof garage, left the surrounding are spotless, answered all my questions, and just did an excellent job overall. I had been putting off re-doing the garage because the main house is still perfectly intact. I also figured it might be hard to get a quality crew to come out just to do the one roof. However, the company that originally installed the roof had not done a very good job in tacking down the shingles, and they also seemed to have skipped a step (or two). With the rainy season just around the corner, I felt like I just couldn't wait any longer. When I contacted Rafael & Iris Roofing, my biggest concern was not only having the roof done correctly this time, but also finding Corning shingles that would match the existing shingles on the main house, since both structures can be seen from the street. Rafael & Iris' lead contractor, Ruben, assured me that neither would be a problem in terms of finding the right color and the skills of the men he worked with. Now, to be sure "not a problem" is a line contractors always say when they want to get your business, but in this case it was the absolute truth! The roof looks great and perfectly matches the main house, and I feel very confident the roof is solid as we head into what promises to be a very heavy rainy season here in Los Angeles.
