This was an all round great experience. Echopark has a very modern showroom. As I walked in with my wife and 2 year old boy they greeted us and offered us water. I was then introduced to our salesman Mike B. who was a true gentlemen. We found a vehicle we liked and also advised we wanted to trade in one of our vehicles. Super skeptical but pleasantly surprised. We walked in and the atmosphere was laid back and low pressure. The dealership was clean, innovative with big screens you search their inventory from. When my husband and i had only 3 days to buy a van for our summer road trip we stumbled upon this dealership. We had been vigorously researching prices and vans for almost 2 months. When i first walked in and Echo Park explained that they didn't negotiate I thought "what's the fun in that?!". But as we went to other dealerships on the area we quickly realized this company's cars were priced the lowest so there was no need for negotiation. We picked out the van we wanted, test drove it and discovered they had just got hit by a hail storm so the roof of the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica we wanted was damaged with small dents. They planned on fixing it for us for free but their contractor couldn't get us in until Monday; well we had already schedule our vacation to start Monday and didn't want to rearrange our plans, so we almost didn't buy it. The manager at Echo Park Centennial called their contractor and asked them to start working on the car sooner so they took our van that day (Friday) and it was completed by the next day (Saturday). It looked awesome! Some other great customer service examples are : - our saleswoman washed two vans we were deciding between for us so we could take a look at the paint etc. - we weren't attacked at the door like pushy dealerships do - we could search their inventory alone on a tablet and big screen instead of walking around a hot lot from van to van - the salespeople are on salary so they don't have a sleazy desperate vibe - the manager is no longer this scary person behind a door crunching numbers back and forth until you feel worn down and screwed- it a take it or leave it sales situation - the manager seems to have great relationships with his staff bc there isn't any pressure to make sales- they purposefully price the cars confidently low so they know they are giving you a good deal and it just comes down to if you can afford it. Overall- if you do your price research before hand you will know that their dealership has the best prices. read more

Be aware that this company recently changed their practices of how the show and finance cars. They don't accept anything from the customer except cash or railroading into their finance product. This makes me think that this company might be having more difficulties financially then they would lead to believe. I made an appointment with them to see a car, and when you do this with professional sales groups they don't sell the car you are looking at out from under you while you are on their premises. Be forewarned that if you go to look at a car, don't walk away from it more than a few feet. read more

My husband and I walked through the lot, by the window where a sales person was sitting and began looking at the cars. No one came out to see if we needed anything. 10 minutes later a worker drove a car close to us and parked it, got out and walked away without asking if we were being helped. We continued to wall the lot for another 15 minutes with no help. So I am very happy that other people were treated well; unfortunately evidentially we did not appear to be viable customers to EchoPark. Since my husband loves to buy newer cars often, I guess we can strike this dealership off the list! read more

Got the new car feel without the new car price... almost. 4/25 I arrived at the Centennial Colorado dealership, checked out the car, got a fair trade appraisal and committed to purchasing the vehicle. It did take longer than usual to get an appraisal because of a software update, but I was happy with price and was ready to move on. After signing the paperwork, car was detailed and we ready to go. I get in the car and notice a service light and when attempting to look up the warning, found out there was no manual. After talking with their service department, turns out the vehicle did not have the replace oil date reset. Asked about the manual, and I was told I could download it. Salesperson did end up getting manual from another car which only contained quick help guides but no actual manual. Oil change date was reset, ready to go, get in the car and another warning (TPMS). Somehow sensor got reset, but after driving a mile, the warning went away and almost four hours later I was on my way home. Drive home was at higher speeds (75mph) and the car was handling a little strange, kind of like driving on marbles. Turns out tires were way over-inflated by 13lb in the front and 7lb in the rear... all four tires were set at 45lbs, not something you would notice on a test drive at lower speeds. Now on to obtaining an extra key. I knew going in that the vehicle did not have an extra key, but the salesperson assured me that they have a key guy that could make me a key at a discount and that he was the locksmith's friend. Emailed the salesperson for the locksmith info and got no response, so I sent a text. Got a the following response " Sorry got tied up, his times change if you call the Colorado Springs location they will let you know exactly when if you need the # let me know". Called the Colorado Springs location and got placed into the locksmith's voicemail. Called again next day was given his number. Contacted the locksmith and was told that the EchoPark service department would have to coordinate the key purchase to ensure they got paid. Offered to pay up front, but that was not an option. Called the dealership back and they said they would ask their service department and got transferred to the owner of the locksmith company. The owner was not sure why I was transferred to him and told me to contact the service department (circles). Sent another text to my salesperson... no response. The BMW dealership charges about $450 for a key, fortunately David at Colorado Car Keys hooked me up for $260. Was the car a good deal? Yes. Was it worth the headache and will I go back? The 3 stars is for the CENTENNIAL LOCATION! These people don't even have most of their service equipment anymore, but they still made an attempt to fix the minor things on my car. They are the nicest and most professional in my opinion. The HIGHLANDS RANCH LOCATION is a big NO! DO NOT go there!!! The older heavier set man BEHIND the desk at the service area told me his "30 years of experience in the car business" was enough to diagnose the issues while he was behind the desk the whole time. He told me to "just take it to a Hyundai Dealership." I called there twice, they took my information, said I'd receive a call back BOTH times. Took two days later when I called understandably agitated to get someone to speak with. Eventually, I just called the Centennial Location where I actually bought my vehicle. Even though they don't do services anymore, Isaiah (the gentlemen at the service area) still tried to find the issue. Unreal. Listen to your customers. It goes a long way. To whom it may concern, I have purchased many cars in my time. The worst experience I have ever had is w/ Echo Park in Centennial. Found an Audi on their website couple weeks ago which stated the car was at their Centennial location. I drove up from Castle Rock only to discover the car was, in actuality, at their Thornton location. The sales person informed me he would have the car brought down & would give me a call within a day & confirm. Four days later, I had heard nothing. I drove back to Echo Park and asked to speak w/ the manager on duty & inquired why no one called me to follow up. This gentleman apologized & assured me he would have the car brought down to Centennial. Told him that would be fine & that I would be there that Saturday to look it over. That Saturday I drove back to Echo Park now being my third trip to look at a car which I should have been able to view my first trip in. The manager w/ whom I had spoken previously was not there. I covered off history w/ the manager on duty. I was prepared to buy the car, however, shared that I wished to have the car inspected by a qualified mechanic prior to shelling out $20K + dollars. This gentleman told me "That is not part of our model". That is a quote. Keep in mind, prior to my having purchased past cars thru the years, a Volvo, a Mercedes & BMW from dealerships all, of which, had no issues w/ my having the car inspected prior to purchase, Echo Park had issue w/ it. I informed the gentleman there was no way I was going to pay $20K + for car which had not been inspected by a mechanic confirming the car was in good repair. He then stated he supposed an exception could be made wherein I told him I would be back that Friday morning, which is today, to pick up the car and take it to my mechanic. He said that would be fine. I did set the apt w/ my mechanic. Upon arriving this morning, now my 4th trip in Echo Park, the manager on duty would not allow me to take the car to be inspected despite the fact my new Chevy Equinox w/ less than 300 miles on it would be left at their lot as would be a photo copy of my ID, car insurance, deposit, etc., Upon passing inspection which would have taken perhaps an hour, this gentleman lost Echo Park a sale of $22,000 this morning. I requested to have the car lot managers name so I could reach out to him. I did leave a message for him as well as two other managers as of 9:45 am today. It is now 1:10 pm as of the time of this review and none of them have followed up w/ me. My summarization: Echo Park, for me, is the most unorganized car lot I've ever dealt with. Follow up and communication is very poor. They do not respect your time, at least not mine. In fairness, the manager this morning told me I could have a mechanic drive down & inspect the car. That is laughable. Any serious person knows that is a laughable suggestion. He stated he was unaware that I was coming in or that I would be taking the car in for an inspection. Shame on the previous manager for not communicating that I would be there today. Any person who would buy a car without it being inspected by a qualified mechanic is a fool. NEVER EVER recommending this place to anyone. We made an appointment to see a car in advance. A rep kept texting me to make sure we were on time. I kept them informed of our status. Got to the dealer and they told us that we would be looking at a 30 - 45 minute wait. Mind you - we had a toddler waiting with us. While waiting, the rep that I was in touch previously called me asking if I'm there to test drive yet. I told the rep that we were put on a waitlist despite our appointment. That was our disappointing moment #1. And many more came after. Prior to coming (we drove 4 hours to get here), the rep told us that they take business checks. Not knowing how much my trade in car would appraise for (because they'd have to look at the car OBVIOUSLY) and the taxes, I didn't and couldn't bring a cashier's check. Thus the reason I specifically asked them if I could bring a business check. When we were finally about to see the car, another guy went to get the car, and then came back without the car, but told me that they can't take a business check. Another guy, who was supposedly a superior (and the epitome of a "used car salesman") came out telling me that people like me, coming from a distance, call in and get all the numbers figured out and bring a cashier's check. That was the biggest BS I've ever heard. He also said I could get financing and pay it off as soon as I get home. As if it makes sense for me to incur financing fees only to pay off the second I get home?? The same guy also told my husband that we were on a waitlist of 14 people. When my husband looked at the list, there were 7 people on the list. My husband said "so 7 people means 14 people to you?!" and my husband walked away because he was too disgusted at this incompetent guy who could not tell the truth for his life. I could not believe the BS coming out of this guy. We left without looking at the car and went to McDonald Volvo Dealer in Littleton, where we were treated professionally. We had mad ran appointment with Mcdonald Volvo as well and had asked the same questions. They told us they take business checks and you know what, they did. We bought an amazing used Volvo, without any financing, and were treated like the good customers that we were. I will NEVER EVER go back to EchoPark dealer nor recommend them to anybody. They are incompetent and apparently, can't seem to tell the truth. read more

This place is fab! I bought an Audi Q5 from Dave Fosco last week. He typically works at the Thornton location, but they had two different Q5's that I really wanted to see and Dave brought the Thornton Q5 to Centennial so I could check them both out. Centennial is also closer to my house. Great customer service! Serious, I'm very particular and hate everything about buying a new car, but this was the best experience I've had. They do a 100 point inspection. They even knew what percentage of break pads were left, so I know roughly when I need to do the next break pad upgrade. They have a no-hassle no-negotiation policy. They just price everything as low as the can. Everyone is super nice. The office space is very modern & equipped with multiple tablet stations, so you can see and search their entire inventory and find exactly what you want. Plus they have video games available for the kiddos. They provide an all around excellent car buying experience. While you're signing the papers, they take the car into the detailing shop for a detail and fill it with gas. I LOVE my new car!! Ask for Dave Fosco... read more

Our recent experience at Echo Park Centennial brought up serious ethics concerns. We had a vehicle we were wanting to purchase inspected by SOS Inspections. They are a service that only does mechanical inspections...no vested interest as they do not do repairs. They discovered issues with the steering, alignment, a bent wheel which, in their opinion, rendered the car unsafe in it's current state. The probable cause was the car having hit an animal and slamming into a curb. The remnants of the animal were still all over the undercarriage. As the car had new tires, it would have been impossible to have missed the blood and guts while it was on the rack. The mechanic told us it would be around $2000 to put the car in safe condition. An assistant manager, Jim, stated the mechanics findings were only "his opinion" and, as they were a fixed price dealership, no discounts would be given to make the repairs. Needless to say, we passed AND the vehicle is still for sale. read more

I'm not a fan of the car purchase as it takes too long and it's usually wrought with strategic confusion. Not at EchoPark. Caleb was fantastic. He listened exceptionally well and understood our needs quickly, and then gave us some great options. I like that the cars are inspected and have warranty as well. I always feel like there is something up someones sleeve buying car, but not here, and especially not with Caleb. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy. If it is always like this at EchoPark then we have a new place to buy our cars. We also will tell everyone in Stapleton since one is opening up close by. I took my friend to Echopark to help her purchase a car. She did not know a lot about cars and she wanted someone with her to guide her through the process. We worked with Nichole and I must say, she and Echopark made the stressful process of purchasing a vehicle much easier. I really didn't even need to be there. We started by choosing 5 or 6 vehicles that we were interested in and test driving each of them. My friend narrowed down her search and we took a closer look at the car inside a well lighted garage. My friend and I had lots of questions on features of the car since it had so many and Nichole new the car like she and it's features like she had owned the car for years. The no-haggle price system makes the process so much easier!! Nichole helped us through the entire process and we got a great price on the car which was $1200 under book value! Nichole also helped us with the financing and she had many options for us. I do recommend getting quotes for insurance before you go to the dealership if you want the best deal. We kept the entire Echopark crew 2 hours past closing because my friend needed to get her insurance in place before we drove away. Luckily for me, I was able to watch a playoff hockey game on a huge wide screen T.V while we were waiting while sitting on a comfy couch. My mother purchased a vehicle from the Arapahoe location in October, shortly after her 71st birthday. She was told by the sales associate, that it came with navigation. After months of trying to figure it out, and calls, she took it to a Dodge dealer. The dealer told her either the navigation had been installed and no longer worked, or it was never activated. We called the GM of the location, who told me he would speak to the sales man the next day, and call me back. After a week, I called again, and an email was sent to the GM. He called this morning and said there was nothing he could do. I called back and his mailbox is full-perfect customer skills. Their dealing with an elderly client is appalling. Not offering any sort of assistance to correct the error (and errors do happen), is even worse. Make sure anything the sales associate says is in writing, but after spending over $20,000 on a vehicle and having zero apology is even worse. I would recommend finding a dealer that cares about customers.Thank you. read more

I got my oil changed at the Echo store off Arapahoe. I really like the place. They do a good job. Previously I had 5 star service. Not sure what happened this visit. I checked in via Yelp and installs got an gift offer for doing so(a Echo Park coffee mug). But went to redeem it and they were out of them-- Ok, the guy checking me in, super nice, very helpful. He found me a coupon the last time I was in. Went back to pick up the car the next day, and there was a couple things on my sheet that were not my car. They took them off. Got the car and was told the car wash was broke so they didn't get it cleaned-- Ok, got home and went to review the visit and found an offer on Yelp for $10 off an oil change, wish someone told me-- Overall the car service has been good--3 stars, but the little things of customer service are the reason why I started coming to EchoPark. These mistakes are what you get at Firestone. Don't forget the little things. So these guys have batted the ball out of the park! I received a call from the manager and an apology for the small things. They got me a mug and a coupon credit. Those are great but the fact that they care about me as a client and customer is #1. Very pleasant car buying experience. They utilize mobile technology so there isn't a lot of running back and forth to the back office. The entire deal happened in about an hour which beats the competition in Denver by 3 hours. One unique thing that separates them from a common dealership is from the moment you walk in the door, the person that greets you is who you talk to until you drive out. We had a few questions later on and the same person was the go to. My salesman gave us a phone call a couple days after the purchase to check on us. We had a question about something so Daniel in service had us bring it in to look it over. I sent my wife in alone and she was treated with respect and said they were patient and answered all of her questions. Then he took care of our concern. We got another phone call about our satisfaction with the repair and the car in general. Having purchased a few cars in my day this place really stands out from the others and I'm glad I stopped in. This dealership is fairly new ( around 3 months old) and I'm so glad I discovered them. My only regret is not knowing about them before I purchased my new car. They have quite the selection of nice-gently used cars for a reasonable amount. I recently sold Echo Auto my old car and the process wasn't too difficult. I was offered a reasonable amount (more than what a couple of local reputable dealers offered). The only hiccup was when I officially sold them my car, I was told I had additional damages to my car since my appraisal. That was unnerving since this scratch had been there for years and was factored (so I thought) into the appraisal just a few days before. What's cool about their appraisal process of buying your vehicle is they provide you with a visual of what's going on and photograph your car from every angle and tell you the problem spots and how they have concluded your appraisal. That aspect of the process is pretty transparent. Those same appraisal pictures saved the initial appraisal amount of what was initially promised. In retrospect, I believe the oversight was simply an oversight and I'm quite sure they would be even more thorough in the appraisal process.
