BUYER BEWARE! They bribe you to take down bad reviews (I was offered $1,500 but then would have to sign a legal document not sharing my bad experience anywhere.) The short version: They sold me a vehicle with thousands of dollars in existing issues. The long version: I live in Austin, so I had Anthony do a FaceTime tour of a Tesla Model X with me. He reiterated again and again how clean the vehicle was. Zooming in on a tiny little paint chip here or there, but everything else was "great." I bought the vehicle and had it shipped to Austin. First time driving it, I knew there were issues. 1. The A/C didn't work at all (huuuuge problem in a hot state like Texas.) 2. The vehicle, after driving for a bit, would go into "creep mode" where it wouldn't accelerate and said it needed to be taken in for service. 3. The passenger's rear side of the vehicle was covered in hail damage. It's cosmetic, but wasn't disclosed and majorly affects the re-sale value of the car. I contacted Anthony right away (literally day 1) to let him know about these 3 issues. No response. Gave it some time, pinged him again. No response. Weeks go by, and it's not until I left a 1-star review that all of a sudden they reached out and wanted to help...but only if I would take down the review. So I took it down because if they wanted to make it right, then I'm good with that. By this point, my vehicle was at the Tesla service center. When the bill came back for $2,500, they only offered to cover $1,500 because the vehicle "didn't have any issues" when it was with them Now my vehicle is in the shop for a second time because there was still the acceleration issue, so it's actually $3,700 total to get these issues fixed (not counting the body damage.) Very, very disappointing car buying experience and a super painful lesson that these guys either don't test the vehicles they get in...or they do and they lie about the condition they are in. **VERY UNSCRUPULOUS and SHADY behavior** I went looking for a VW Sportwagen they had advertised. Everything started out fine, Jovan was very attentive. I wanted to take the car to have a pre purchase inspection, and I was told I'd need to leave a deposit. I WILLINGLY left the $500, but I was never told I would not be able to get it back. It appears this is a common tactic with this dealership. The inspection did not go well. There was damage to the roof of the car (apparently a tree limb had fallen on it), but the inspection found a crack on the A-pillar that went straight thru the rubber windshield gasket, and into the A-pillar itself. Then inspection place told me to not buy the car because there was a lot of filler on the A-pillar, but the cracks would allow water in and rust the car from the inside. I told Jovan this and they refused to give me back my deposit. I was NEVER advised it was non-refundable. I looked at their site and it appears they have not been able to sell this car. Dishonest, Evasive, and Sold Me a Car With Serious Problems My experience with Ultimate Motor Sport has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. From the start, the process was disorganized, and it only went downhill from there. First, they do not hold vehicles during financing, even when you're actively working on your application. They ask for a $500 hold payment. That's a poor business practice and adds unnecessary pressure. The salesperson, Jovan, messed up my down payment more than once, despite clear communication. I had to correct him multiple times just to get the paperwork accurate. The real problems started as soon as I drove off the lot. The check engine light came on almost immediately, so I took the vehicle to BMW for a diagnostic. What they found was alarming: Transmission Control Unit recall Malfunctioning radiator blinds Collapsed engine mounts (critical) Leaking rear differential axle seal (critical) Total repair cost: over $7,000 -- and none of it was covered under the $3,500 extended warranty they sold me. I later found out from the warranty company (Elite) that Ultimate Motor Sport never even paid them so the coverage was denied. I had to cancel it myself, and while I did eventually receive a refund, it took an entire month. In addition, one of the tires had a bubble, and all four were winter tires, completely inappropriate for my area. I had to replace all four, costing me $2,000. They also lied about having completed an oil change -- BMW confirmed it hadn't been done. They even tried to quiet me with a $700 payment, but I declined. But **most reputable dealers don't reset the check engine light just to trick people into buying a car. Transparency and customer support are not what you'll receive here. It's difficult to give this company a one-star rating. They deceived me by claiming a bumper-to-bumper warranty, which was a lie. I tried to cancel the warranty, but the company refused, resulting in me being charged $1000 for five days of warranty coverage. Their unprofessionalism is evident in their lack of concern for customer satisfaction. They call you five times a day if you're trying to buy a vehicle, but if there's an issue, they turn into ghosts. The only thing consistent is the clerk answering the phone and saying they'll call me in an hour. However, if there are any problems, they seem indifferent. I've been researching buying an early 2000's corvette for about two months. I selected a few I was interested in test driving and one of them was at Ultimate Motorsports. I sent a message through Carfax and received a call from Belinda the next day. This lady knows her stuff! She's worked in the car business for 17 years. It felt like I was buying a car from a friend. I arrived to the dealership the next day for a test drive. It was no-hassle from the time I arrived until I left about an hour or so later. I decided I'd buy the car and asked if there was wiggle room on the price. I already knew the car was priced competitively but I figured it never hurts to ask. They're a no-haggle dealership which is refreshing! Their prices are what's marked. I did compare the prices with Kelly Blue Book and Car gurus and noticed it was a good deal. The car had lower miles than expected for that year model. I didn't look at the other cars on their lot but their inventory seems to be very high-end! Their office is located in a residential area. It's a warehouse with a gated lot. The receptionist is a friendly older lady and the scent of candles fills the reception area. I arrived the day after the test drive to purchase. Belinda said she'd have the car cleaned up and ready for me upon my arrival. I had a question about the catalytic converter. Belinda immediately asked the service guys to check it out and was able to provide me an answer quickly. I read some of the other reviews here and have an opinion that some people just don't put enough research into a car purchase. For whatever reason that may be, it's not a purchase that can be made without doing your homework! After seeing an online advertisement for a Sprinter Van I was told that the ad was a stock photo. They charged a $500 deposit to hold without disclosing it was non-refundable. Once I saw the Carfax Report it revealed the vehicle had structural damage and had been in several accidents. They would not disclose what happened and have yet to refund my deposit. I was not willing to finalize an out of state purchase without full disclosure of the condition of the vehicle and now am having to fight to get my deposit back. They were dishonest from the start. Highly recommend avoiding this place. Update on my review: again now the transmission speed link stopped working, apparently since this Van was in a flood the Bushing also the cap that holds the shifter cable is rotten and needs replacement. Big F to ULTIMATE MOTORSPORTS! They hide the truth about vehicle conditions, I'm so pissed rn they never told me anything about it. I purchased a 2016 Ford Transit Van from them about 6 months ago... today it gave up... it says Motor overheat, after further inspection by professional mechanic he mentioned that the radiator fan is broken, and that it has many hose leaks. When I purchased the van they assured me all was in great conditions which was a big lie. I've read other comments here with similar issues and I do not recommend anyone purchasing any vehicle from them. Also very sketchy practices as I reached out to owner and haven't got a response back. As I was looking in the glovebox compartment for the vehicle owners manual I found out they put the wrong manual!! (Photo attached) the gave me the 2018 Ford F-150 and not the one for my 2016 Ford Transit Connect. Very very unprofessional, and they lie about the vehicles previous conditions. I talked to one of their mechanics and he personally told me that Omar the owner of UTMS tells them to fix the minimum for the vehicle and to have it work for at least 1 week so it ends up being the customer problem and not theirs...and not to fix anything that's going to cost them $$$. So yeah they purchase vehicles that have been in previous accidents and don't take the time and $$$ to fix the issues before selling it as it is like new. When you visit their About Us page it states that they are a "family owned" business, however this "dealership" is not even locally managed and there is no "management" to contact. We worked with Hollis who promptly answered all our questions and, in general, was very responsive. The veicle listing for the car we were interested in purchasing detailed specifications that did not match the original window sticker - nor the window sticker for the "installed" updates. The listing also included many photos - one of which clearly showed TWO key fobs lying in the front console's cup holders. Once the down payment was sent and financing secured - we were unable to make contact with Hollis for more than 4 business days. It was only when we finally made contact and asked Hollis how to go about canceling the transaction did we finally receive an update on shipping and an expected delivery date. Normally we would not purchase a vehicle out of state, but we had researched the make/model and test drove various model years, etc. We felt confident that a "family" owned busines would treat their customers well - especially those customers who made a purchase. Unfortunately, once the vehicle did arrive, some of the "included" features were not actualy included and for some reason we received only one key fob. We made at least eight attempts to contact Hollis (our only contact) for a week and a half after we received the vehicle to speak to him about this. We NEVER heard back. Ater contacting several OEM dealers and local dealerships, we discovered it would cost us a total of $522.47 to purchase ONE extra key fob remote, have the software installed, pay the service fee for pairing and include the emergency metal blade key. It is completely preposterous that a well-awarded dealersihp would treat us this way. It is a shame and a great disappointment that this extra cost falls on us especially when we KNOW FOR A FACT that the vehicle came with a PAIR of key fob remotes - as TWO appeared in the listing photos ON THEIR website. Family owned - I don't think so! If it is, then shame shame on this family for selling luxury vehicles to customers who are treated like junkyard auction buyers!!! **After reviewing the "Buyers Order" we received via email from Hollis - we noticed a completely different model than what we inquired on and thought we were purchasing. This makes us feel like we were duped on purpose as every step of the process was smooth and excellent UNTIL they received our overnight payment. read more

When the car backed off the truck it had scratches all over 75% of the vehicle. I called and the dealership said sorry it's sold as is. I immediately took the vehicle to multiple 3rd parties to obtain estimates on the damages. All estimates are over $3,500 to repair damages on the vehicle and rims. No safety inspection! BEWARE of straight up lies from this company. I bought a 2015 Lexus RX 350 for my wife. I spoke at length with my salesman, Amanuel, about the vehicle history and we did a facetime inspection of the vehicle. Amanuel told me he was taking car to service department to get oil change, safety inspection, full interior and exterior detail, and would address all the concerns found during the FT inspection. I was unable to get any 1-way rental cars from my home in Dallas to Houston due to nationwide Covid related rental car shortage. Amanuel told me he would take care of everything and have the car shipped to me. When the car arrived on the trailer I could instantly tell none of the promised items were ever completed. No oil change, no interior or exterior detail with empty fast food packs under driver seat, door dings on pass door, scratches all over rear bumper, loose trim on exterior and interior, only 3/4 fuel level, missing rear cargo cover, and random plastic trim pieces in the trunk area. But that wasn't the worst part because when my kids excitedly climbed into the back seat for their first ride we discovered that both outboard seatbelts would not retract and were inoperable. I took the car to my local Lexus dealer and they said the seat belts are faulty and will require replacement. They also informed me the brakes were at 1mm of brake pad remaining and the rear wheels have wheel locks but NO KEY to remove rear wheels. After informing my salesman of all the issues and concerns I had about my wife's $25k bday gift his exact words of encouragement to me were "I'm sorry it didn't meet your expectations. We cleaned it but probably missed some things. I got to it the best I could." Don't be duped by the 5-star reviews. After my salesman blew me off I discovered there is no way to reach anyone at the store with any complaints after the sale. You must send an email to a generic inbox. I sent an email with full details with no response. I called and texted multiple times with no response. And there was no follow-up call after the sale. Ultimate Motorsports is the ultimate car dealer disappointment and I am requesting a refund of more than $3500 to make my wife's new car safe to drive with our kids. Wish I could give "0" stars, mainly, to the sales rep, Rodrick King, (at least so far, only had the car for a week). I purchased an Audi Q5 from Rodrick. He made LOTS of promises over THE PHONE and less commit real in writing. I should have seen the warning signs right there but I didn't. I was stupid (first time I have done this and NEVER WILL AGAIN!) and bought the car "sight unseen", through the advertisement on Cargurus.com. Thought it was a beautiful car at a reasonable price. I guess the statement, "if it's too good to be true, it probably is". Long story short, I asked all the basic questions....how does it run, overall appearance, carfax history etc. I was "told" there had been damage to the rear of the vehicle but it HAD NOT BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT. I requested the Carfax, still haven't gotten it! I noticed it didn't have car mats and was told by Rodrick he would "snag some from another car". No car mats. I asked if it had the manual, NO MANUAL. I asked for a video of the inside and outside of the car. It's used, didn't expect it to be perfect but he did close up's on the parts of the car that didn't have scratches and he'd pan out on the areas that literally had NO PAINT or scratched areas. He made sure not to show the dangling sun visors on the inside of the car. I was told that if any parts are not at a minimum of 70%, they are replaced. Took it in for the "inspection (IDOD) and asked them to Check the brakes. Front breaks are new but back brakes need to be replaced! I wished I had read these reviews before the purchase and even moreover, would have asked for a different salesman because I didn't have a good feel from the beginning. LISTEN TO YOUR GUT!!! And by God, if you purchase from them DON'T USE RODRICK KING!! So, a week later, $18 for visor clips, $38 for a used Audi manual, $168 for floor mats and will soon spend $200 on rear brakes. I'm not even including the scratch repair or the wheels that are all scuffed up... Rodrick truly lives up to the definition of a "used car salesman". I placed a offer for a 2007 GMC on eBay. It was promptly declined and followed up with a phone call from Yameen "Joe" Jehanzeb. Joe indicated that the car was sold (which it wasn't) and then directed me to a 2004 Suburban that they had in stock. He did not want to do the transaction through eBay/Paypal so they could save commission expenses. At the time I relied on their positive eBay reviews, which I now see are incomplete and a false representation of their business. (see radditional reviews on BBB, ripoffreport, YP and an enormous amount of negative reviews that are not recommended on Yelp). Yameen Joe Jehanzeb, Omar Haseeb, Farhan (Frank) Sultan, Sami Hasan, Sharjeel, etc operate under several business names including Affordable Sports & Imports, Amazing Cars LLC, Ultimate Automobiles, Car Champs, PSL Autos, Ultimate Automobiles of Houston and more. Have fun reading through all of those reviews (check out YP, Google and Yelp for starters). I purchased the suburban, it took them three long weeks to deliver it and I had it delivered directly to a local car mechanic. The mechanic called me immediately and told me all the monitors/codes/check engine lights had been intentionally cleared and it is highly likely there is something wrong with the vehicle. BTW, there is no spare tire or jack kit. You can see where this is going. Making a long story a little bit shorter - +$5000 later and I still have not even begun to do work on the failing transmission. They promised if I drove off the lot and something happens mechanically that it would be covered by my warranty... well 4 days later, I had to have my car towed to a mechanic that cost me 850$ which was not covered under the warranty. The mechanic told me that this was a problem that had been bandaged, and the car should not have been sold in that condition. I called the dealership to speak to my salesman, I was told he was on vacation, I had to call back three or four times over the next several weeks, trying to speak with at least the manager,no one would ever return my phone calls.I sent them a copy of exactly what happened, and what I had to pay for, no response at all from the dealer, I would highly recommend looking somewhere else before you pick this establishment to purchase any kind of vehicle. read more

Unfortunate experience. I should've read and listened to the negative reviews on yelp and Facebook. Purchased a truck from this company and was told I could only put money down if it was cash, zelle or cashapp. Cashapp does not allow you to spend more then $500 at a time and zelle doesn't allow you to spend more than $300 at a time, so realistically you're screwed unless you have cash. Then, when you go to your bank they'll tell you that you have a limit of what you can pull from an ATM. Whilst trying to pay them how they require, we are being told that there's 0 negotiating and that there's a second buyer ready to jump on the truck. Finally we convince our bank to offer us a higher cash draw from an ATM. (I was still ready to give a five star review at this point AND DID. But since, I have replaced that review with this one.) On our way home from the dealership the check engine light comes on. Then the next day the truck breaks down on the side of the road and is to be towed home. $5,000 of repairs later that the bogus $3,000 Warrenty they sold me covered NOTHING. They say they can only offer me a $700 refund towards the repairs. Not even close to $5,000 (took me a few months to even receive that $700 that I was able to talk up to $1,000.) So two days in, I am spending approx. $5,000 total getting this truck repaired. Once we get the truck back we go back to the dealership to see about having some chips on the windshield repaired (they promised they'd fix them when we bought the truck as they were pre-existing.) We get the truck back with scrapes all over the side mirror. The sales manager denies this happening there, however I am pretty sure I'd know if I ran into something. Mind you this is a very lifted truck, it's not from a shopping cart and was NOT there when I dropped the truck off. On top of all of this, I am told that the truck was given a fresh oil change at time of purchase. Here we are a few months in and it's due for an oil change. Bogus lies to get you to purchase a vehicle. Sad because I love the truck, but the amount of money I've had to put in the truck and the amount of time I had to wait to even drive it while it was repaired... very sad experience. I got burned by this dealership and I would definitely avoid business with them. Bought a 2010 Lexus RX350 off an ad on eBay. There was no mention of any dings, dents, etc and the Autocheck/Carfax indicated there was an accident 6 years prior. The pictures all looked good and the car seemed to be a good buy. I was working with a sales rep named Betty. Every communication had an issue with comments such as "I don't have the password to my email" to "The computer decided to not print the mileage disclosure". I had arranged for delivery and after the car arrived it had a dent in the passenger front fender and scratches all over the front and rear bumper. The dent was barely noticeable in the pictures and the scratches and cracked bumper were clearly not pictured or disclosed. I called both Betty and Omar and they both said, "I'll check with the manager and get back with you". I just approved a local body shop to do the $2600 repair to replace the front and rear bumper and pull the dent in the front fender. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, however, it looks like they are not recognized as being in business with them. If this has happened to you as well. Very bad dealer I bought a BMW M6 in August of this year and you have no idea how much I regret it, here is my story like many others. I contacted the seller Sarah, who was super attentive to me until she convinced me to give the down payment, I paid 10,000 to retain the car since I'm buying from Miami, when I ask for photos of the car, she tells me that the car isn't there and that they are painting the front bumper because it had rock marks, after giving the down wait more than 1 week to see the photos, they take it. the photos on the websites so that the car looks like new and they manipulate it with Photoshop, the car is ready for delivery and uploading it to the transport truck they break the front bumper, another 2 weeks for me to receive the car in Miami, Sarah, after I gave the down payment, no longer answered any of my messages or calls, when I finally received the car at my house, it arrived with many problems, the bumper was badly painted, the check engine was on, which they reset the computer to you can't see it, the dash is broken, the brakes are in poor condition, oil leaks and a thousand more problems, my experience was super bad, I've already spent more than 6k dollars trying to update the car, at this dealer they are some thieves and I do not recommend it even to my worst enemy read more

That's the new way to buy things these days and I wanted to try it. The photos they had of the car online were either photoshopped or specifically taken to avoid showing the major cosmetic damage. The interior seat leather was ripped/torn across the side of the seat in two of the seats. The rear outside of the vehicle had damage near the windshield that requires replacement of the entire panel, and repainting, not to mention the risk of damaging or cracking the rear windshield while repairing. I also found the front fog light to be cracked upon the vehicles arrival. I tried contacting the dealership and the sales person, Daniel (who was extremely unresponsive and sends my calls directly to voicemail). The dealership told me they would investigate my claims initially and get back to me. I waited weeks to hear back. I called over and over again and got sent to voicemail. Then I sent an email, to which they didn't reply. I got to the sales person one time since the original interaction where I told them they lied about the car having no cosmetic damage and he claimed he had been in the hospital and that he'd get back to me soon about the vehicle. I have not heard since. This dealership is a bunch of crooks and liars. At the least, if they didn't want to pay for the repairs, they could have told me so instead of ignoring me completely. Who behaves like that? Their service is appalling and I highly recommend against spending a penny on them or even wasting your time looking at their vehicles. In addition to the cosmetic damage, the vehicle has a few electronic issues as well. The previous owner replaced the headlights to LED lights and the car constantly beeps and has a light on about the lights not being compatible. So now I have to replace the lightbulbs because that is extremely annoying. Needless to say, I will be getting in contact with the Better Business Bureau and considering legal council. I also want to mention that even if there was a possibility of this damage occurring in transit, that is a company hired by the dealership and they should be responsible for any damage done to the vehicle in transit. read more

Overall, disappointed in the transaction and dealership. I purchased a 2013 Tesla from them and the day ended up being a 12+ hour ordeal. Some highlights: (1) I drove 3 hours (from Austin) to make their opening time of 10am on Saturday only to find out no one showed up with a key until approximately 10:35am and I needed to wait outside parked on the street, despite communicating with the salesperson (DJ) multiple times I was making the drive to be there at opening time; (2) I asked my salesperson (asked on Thursday AND Friday for a Saturday appointment) specifically to charge up the Tesla as I would be driving back to Austin only to find out that was never done and if I wanted to use their on-site charger it would 'only' take 4 hours to charge; (3) The tires on the driver's side, both front and back, were almost completely deflated and an employee inflated them while I was there. Relatedly I believe, on my return home ... I had a tire blow-out on Rt 71 in La Grange which turned out to be a 4 hour ordeal without a spare tire in the Tesla; (4) Total process time from my arrival (and waiting 35 minutes for someone with a key) to departure was almost 5 hours. It is to be noted that I was there for a vehicle I had already picked out and a price & trade-in amount already determined / negotiated / agreed to ... I know the car dealership world can sometimes be less than efficient but it was VERY frustrating to say the least; (5) I didn't find out until signing the paperwork that the vehicle only had 1 key fob. It is my opinion and experience that the standard is 2 and I would have expected a heads up on this prior to signing paperwork and was a bit disappointed no doubt; (6) The salesperson communicated that the vehicle would come with a charger and a j1772 adapter and I didn't notice while at the dealership that the home charger (the standard Tesla bag, home charger, 240v / 120v connectors) was not in the vehicle. As can be expected, the salesperson is now saying that it never was and he can't do anything about it. I brought these issues to the attention of management (Cheryl). I was offered $150, but only if I signed an agreement that if I submitted a review like this very one (you know, the truth) that they could sue me for $1,000 per day while it was up. While $150 would be nice and would provide me about 30% of the cost for the tire repair, the replacement of the standard home charger and the 2nd key fob that is missing ... I would prefer to pay it forward and hopefully prevent someone else from having such a poor experience. My recommendation would be to go elsewhere. read more

Beware of this dealership. Ultimate Motor Sport. They will detail the car, and hide the defects , offer the car fax that may or may not be authentic then get snappy and rude with you when you ask to have the vehicle inspected by a third party. Lesson learned the hard way. I found a 2013 Audi A6 86k miles ... too good to be true was my first sign but I was in another city and inquired online. The first female dealer was rude , 2nd sign. I started to end the deal when another rep called me back stated she was out and he would take care of me. I inquired about the minor damage listed on their car fax and my skepticism. He reassured me that the car was fine and to back it up for me they would pay for an independent inspection of the vehicle - I found a place for them to take it but naturally they never took it , twisting my words that he thought I was ok with the deal without the inspection. 3rd sign. I purchased the car and 94 days later as I am refinancing the vehicle with my credit union they tell me the underwriters won't approve it because the car FAX said the car had been in an accident and the air bags deployed!! The very next day as My grill scrapes a concrete marker the entire front grill comes off !! The tow truck drivers shows where the dealership simply glued the left side of the grill to keep it in place. I could've died had it flown off while I was on the highway!! So please please if you're black or a woman please make sure you have a third party inspect any vehicle from this dealership. Never again will I ignore my instincts when dealing with smaller dealerships in houston Texas. Like public enemy says "Cant trust it!"They got over on me but I hope my experience will help someone make a wise decision and thank God for insurance and extended warranty ( if that's any good) .. you've been warned. read more

Recently, I purchased a 2016 Volvo XC 90 from Ultimate Motorsports and my salesperson was Sarah, when she contacted me to do a video walk around on the vehicle, I notice the hood of the car was loaded with splattered bugs, so I asked if she could clean and buff the hood so that I could see the condition of the paint to which she responded "We WILL do that and send pictures after we receive your payment... I questioned her about that again and clearly stated that I am nervous about buying the car when I cant see the finish through the dirt and bugs and she replied "The paint is in really good condition and I sent the pictures of the only two areas where there were scratches". Once again I said I was nervous, to which she replied, "if you don't trust me, don't buy the car. Well, guess what? She lied through her teeth! To make matters worse, when they buffed the car and clearly saw that the paint on the hood was ruined, she never responded to my request for the pics because the bug splatters literally ate through all of the paint, hundreds of bug mark, now indelibly etched into the paint not to mention all of the other paint issues that she did not tell me about, but were clearly identified on the shipping bill of lading. This was the worst experience in my entire life, I purchased a used vehicle and 3 days later it overheated! I took it in to get diagnosed and it's over 5,300 worth or work that's needed to the truck. I took the truck into a dealership and it's engine issues, radiator problems and a dozen more. I tried to contact the company to resolve this issue and even the warranty sold to me which was not worth anything because the warranty isn't covering much and I'm not getting anywhere. I asked for a swap out since the vehicle has been at the shop for over 2weeks and I've only driven truck 3 days. I asked for a swap or for repairs to be paid and they are refusing! Don't waste your time with these people. Was told things over and over with no delivery on promises. Joey the salesman will tell you anything you want to hear to keep you on the line, then will not respond to calls, or emails. The office will consistently hang up on you "on accident". All I wanted to do was buy a truck. My financing was in order but they can't do anything simple like send a buyers order. It was supposed to be sent at 9:30. Finally get ahold of someone at 12:00. They say they will "Send it right over!". 2 hours later I call again. "I think we sent it, we will resend". This went on over and over. At this point its been 2 days and I can't even get a response.
