The Results: I wanted to wait until I'd gone through both summer and winter before posting this review. I can honestly say the windows have performed great--much better than what I had before. Kim stated that she is uncomfortable. Perhaps she might want to think about finding a new job as she is not customer service oriented. Anybody know of a good awning storage facility in Chicago?
