So I went shopping for a high quality hot tub at a reasonable price and this was by far the best place I found. They make their own hot tubs to very high standards of quality , and they even resell them to other businesses . Basically a wholesaler. I had the pleasure of meeting with the owner initially, several of the employees, and eventually the delivery guys . Every single person conducted themselves with friendly professionalism. Harley and Manny - these two brave souls got stuck with the seemingly impossible task of delivering the hot tub. And even though we encountered multiple problems with the spacing of my backyard , they were able to figure out and Tackle every single one of them. And now I have an awesome hot tub. We searched multiple Spa dealers, but it was the first interaction that made us go back. Throughout our process, there was always fantastic communication, John always kept us informed about the status of our spa order. John cares about your investment, and even convinced us to get a less expensive model that had more bang for our buck. John conducted one preliminary drop off inspection (for free) of the area we were planning on putting our spa to ensure on delivery day they could plug, fill, and let us enjoy. He worked with our time frame- our pool construction was taking so long, but was still able to deliver the spa as soon as possible.
