From bringing out samples/color selection, to helping me stay in my budget, to installation --They were patient, kind, and I could tell they were passionate about what they did. I ended up going with some faux wood blinds, and they were great quality. Matt (owner/operator) also recommended blackout honeycomb shades for my bedroom window when I mentioned the morning sun was waking me up way too early. Instant cave setting, it was great! But it was lightweight enough to easily raise it and turn the room back into a bright and open space. Now that I'm in my second home, I'm always dreaming of the day when I'm ready/able to purchase new blinds for these windows. I'm pretty sure the current blinds are circa 1989....they are ridiculously heavy and discolored from the sun and in desperate need of an update!
