Quite simply, superb... I am the owner of three cars, one of them exotic, two of them on their way to be collectibles. Needless to say I am fussy. Simply put: I was stupefied to see the results. All three cars, when done, looked virtually showroom new--this despite two of the cars being over fifteen years old. It's one thing to shine up an old car, and put a buff on the clearcoat. It's another thing entirely to make a car utterly dazzling from across a parking lot, glistening like it was rolled off the assembly line that morning. It's even more to do it with three cars. I just bought a used car and I'm super excited. I called last Friday and begged them to squeeze me in before the weekend so I could cruise in my '79 Mercedes and show off my sweet ride. They were so accomodating. The guy who did my car worked until 8:30pm Friday night! When I got my Mercedes back, she was looking brand new. On the outside the paint was super shiny and the wheels were sparkling. On the inside, I thought I would have to buy new floor rugs but Eco Detail saved me the trouble since they got out all the stains. And the leather was looking great too. Eco Detail rocks! read more

We had a Living Social deal for an exterior detail. They did a nice job with the detail of my vehicle - the car was spotless and shiny when they were finished. They even managed to take a small scuff off my kick panel. They offered to remove several light scratches for an additional fee, but I declined. Although the voucher was for an exterior detail, they vaccuumed my interior, wiped down the dash and washed the interior of the windows. I was pleased with the service and would recommend Eco detail. The not so good: I didn't receive the cleaner I was supposed to receive as a part of my deal and didn't realize it until I got home. The biggest negative was scheduling the appointment. I called and left a message and received a call back within 48 hours, however, the next available appointment was a month away. read more

Javier and his team are the best car detailing service in all of LA! Honestly, I've never had such a good experience with anything auto-related. They were extremely professional and beyond reasonably priced. They did the most thorough job cleaning my car (even got the dog fur out of the back where other car washing services had said it was impossible!) -- and they buffed the side of my car where I'd had a little "run in" with a pole, for only $20! All in, I paid about 1/2 of what I pay at my regular car wash and the job was 1000% better. And the best part it, Javier and his guys will come to your part of town (for me, it was Wilshire and Barrington in West LA, but they're in Silverlake and other parts of LA throughout the week). However, through Javier's expertise and informative suggestion, I drove away from Eco Detailing feeling as though I've owned a new car. My car looks like a million bucks. The high quality (Brazilian Wax) polish added extra gloss and unbelievable shine to a once dull black coated car. Jaime's persevered through the hottest day this year and delivered a stellar result. I was in the market for an interior detail for my car and yelp sent me a coupon for eco detail. Timing couldn't be better. After all the great reviews about this place, I had to call in to ask for more details and make an appointment. As a heavy smoker, my main concern was the smoke odor coming from the interior and the ashes that was stuck between the leather trims of the door and seats and center console. I went with the elite interior detail($130) + smoke odor prep($50). Javier took 7.5 hours to complete my interior. That shows me that they are very serious about what they do and the quality work put in. My interior was finely detailed from the seats, floor mat, center console and so on. All the ashes were gone from the leather trims, the difficult reach spots unless you use a very thin brush. They used some special baking process to remove the smoke odor from my car and repeated twice. Javier did advise me that the smoke odor will be gone about 80% but I think it's almost gone. My AC ducts smelled good and new again. No more nasty odor coming from your AC vent after you turn it on. Eco Detail is by far the best detail service that I've found and will be a long time customer. Price may seem a little high but you won't feel that way when you see your car after the detail is done. I actually felt that they undercharged for the service that they gave me. After about 4 days, the nasty odor came back after turning on the AC. Spoke with Javier and will be going in next week to get it done at no charge. read more

I could not be happier. Going to Eco Detail is kind of like handing your car over to someone with an obsessive cleaning disorder. I have NEVER had my car so clean. I brought it in to the Brentwood location for a full detail and air duct cleaning - and they worked on it for the next 7 hours. Yes folks -that's how long it takes to get in every nook and cranny. And oh, they did. My car is 10 years old and has been neglected, but with one trip to Eco Detail, he looks half his age. No joke. I really can't stand air fresheners and the fumes from cleaners. That "new car smell" is actually toxic off gassing from the plastic parts, and I can't believe people pay to add it back to their cars. I was really impressed with the level of knowledge the Javier had about detailing my car. He was able to explain the challenges with my particular year and model of Audi and demonstrated the different pads and polishes that would be used in the process. So I arrived in my black car with swirl marks and several deep scratches and they did an amazing job! I was so happy that they removed the deep scratches, I thought it would need to be painted/repaired at a body shop. Very cool. What really made me happy was the customer service. Less than a week later, a crazy cat left a bunch of new scratches on my hood. Javier made time to buff out the scratches - free of charge. Fantastic guys here & excellent service. I had them work on two of my cars. The first was a minivan I was getting ready to sell. They really cleaned it up and buffed out the paint, getting out years of deposits - i've never had the paint feel so smooth! I am a smoker & needed to get the smell out - they got it 75% gone, but I think if I had given them more time with the oxygen machine it could have been 100%. Needless to say, I successfully sold the car shortly thereafter. The second car is a black station wagon that had major flaws in the paint & they took really excellent care of it, as the paint job is pretty sensitive. Even going so far as to use new products & addressing small details that were above & beyond the service package. Would definitely go back to these guys. read more

So I got this Amazon deal of the week in my e-mail and it was Saturday. Deal was great so I called to find out more. Eco Detail was near my apartment and my car's paint was looking really bad. I met Javier and he reviewed my options. He was very kind and straight forward. We discussed a scratch where someone had keyed my car and I wanted it to be perfect if I ended up trading it in. He felt he could definitely make it better, but if I wanted it to actually be fully repaired with dealer paint etc..., it would need to go to a dealer or body shop. I agreed and appreciated his candor. The body of my car had tar like dots from palm trees, yellow and other tiny stains from the elements that I couldn't get out and the body of the car felt like medium sand paper grit. This is a light silver Jetta - 2011 that I purchased new. I knew I needed help to save the paint, but all I could think of was, "how did this happen in a little over a year and how is this guy going to do this without water?" Well, he gave me a sample of what he could do using a small spot on the hood of the car, which was probably the worst part. It was as smooth as it was when I purchased it. The sand paper feel was gone, color spots embedded in the paint gone and that tiny part of my car had come back to life. After that I was sold. Javier and his associate worked on my car and the body is so smooth to the touch and looks shiny and new. Now I'm so proud to drive it. Sharkey (my silver Jetta, yes I named my car) and I are very pleased with the outcome and are happy to sit in traffic or zoom down the freeway because we look good! read more

Not only did they do a not great job detailing my car, but a week later I was standing behind Javier at an ATM as he hit was super rude to a young girl who was waiting in front of him. THEN when I saw his branded eco car sitting in the parking lot I realized he had LEFT HIS ENGINE RUNNING while at the ATM for 10 minutes. Bought an exterior detail coupon and spent the extra $40 for the interior detail. They did an absolutely remarkable job on my father's car. My dad needs to quit smoking for health reasons and I was amazed that they were able to get the lingering smell of cigarettes out of the car for FREE. Meanwhile the exterior glistens like the car is brand new. All hard water stains from sprinklers completely gone. Truly one of the best detail jobs I've ever seen and at an unbeatable price.
