Junior went above and beyond to match the color of my bumper to the rest of the car after repairing some damage--it was imperceptibly a different shade but he lined it up. My cars bumper was ripped off due to the timing gate at our house closing and not being able to move the car on time and ended up leaving a big hole in my bumper. I wanted to share my experience with Fletcher Body Shop. Two weeks ago I was in an accident that totaled my car. Gerardo, the owner's son, was walking by with his brother and stopped, made sure I was ok, and offered to have a tow truck there within minutes to tow me to the body shop, free of charge, so my insurance adjuster could come look at the car. He assessed on sight that it was likely a total loss (meaning the body shop didn't stand to gain financially from this) and still waited with me and my girlfriend, gave my dog water, and sure enough, the tow truck arrived pretty quickly and towed my wrecked car to the body shop, completely free. Just a very nice and kind gesture from one person to another. Gerald, the owner, came and opened the body shop, which had already closed, and made sure I was taken care of. Gerardo checked on me a couple times via text over the next few days to make sure I was ok. I just wanted to express how grateful I am for their kindness on a really terrible day, and I wholeheartedly recommend them and will utilize them for any body shop needs in the future. I have been somewhat wary of body shops in the past, but a couple years ago, someone put a nasty dent in the rear door of my VW while it was parked in front of my house. I brought it to Fletcher Body shop; they fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. Well about 15 months later the door developed a crack in the paint, right where the original damage had happened. I came here a few weeks ago to get my van looked at considering repairs and a paint job. Once I got the quote I told them I'd definitely be back when I was ready. So yesterday I called in and I asked them if I could bring my van Back because I was ready now. The person on the phone advised that I could come in this morning at 9 AM, so I made plans to drive here 30 minutes and I booked a rental car nearby for 9:30 AM. Only for me to arrive and a gentleman that was there said he had no clue Who told me to come at 9 AM and that I had to come back in a few hours or I could leave my number and have them call me when they were ready. It's just upsetting that someone picked up the phone yesterday and told me to be there at 9 AM And when I arrived at 9 AM everyone acted like no one at this establishment had told me that so all of the planning that I did goes down the drain today because now I have to get to work so I'll be looking elsewhere to get this job done. read more

I originally had an estimate on my front end damage at Silver Lake Collision for $4800 (and that was after working with me on the price and coming down $1000). Fletcher Body Shop gave me an estimate a week later, noting the exact same damage and parts to be replaced. They were able to work with me a little bit, and the estimate came out to $2900. Since I hadn't seen any reviews online I was a little bit skeptical of the quality of work that would be done but I agreed to the cost and they started right away. The owner called me several times to update me on the progress, which I really appreciated (although he was a little hard to understand on the phone). I thought maybe the cost would go up a few hundred when I went to pick up the car, but not so - it was exactly $2900! And as far as the quality goes, my car looks and runs better than it did before I had the wreck! They even took out an existing dent and repainted the entire front end. They washed the outside and vacuumed the inside for me. It truly felt like I was driving a new car! The entire staff was very friendly and I had a great conversation with the owner while I was paying for the car and getting the receipt. I can't imagine going any other place to have my car repaired now that I've had such a great experience.
