Got my couch cleaned today by Denys and he did AMAZING. I have a kitty who constantly sheds but she loves laying on the couch, so there was a lot of pet hair. Denys managed to get out the pet hair and deep clean my sectional couch and center console. All this at a very reasonable price. I quoted 3 other cleaners who wanted $300 or more. He was on time, polite and responsive when I was getting a quote. I was worried about harsh chemicals/smells but his product are eco friendly and no harsh smells. After he left I ran my Bissell Carpet Cleaner, without water, from four rooms I extracted a gallon of dirty water. I also insisted I pay in cash and did not give me a receipt either. Bait and switch!! Beware! Was told cost was $69 for 2 rooms and $10 hallway for professional steam cleaning. When kid arrived he started explaining how the $70 was steam cleaning but NO soap! That was additional $70 $150 total or $250 for stain removal and carpet would look brand new. He used cold water from the hose not warm from the faucet. He was down "cleaning " in 15 minutes. Had an attitude the entire time . The kid that was with him was nice but wasn't allowed to say anything. Do not use this company. Bait & switch. My carpet is worse now it has steam streaks! When I called to speak to a manager regarding the bait and switch they refused to transfer me. Do yourself a favor don't use this company! read more

Very impressed with the speed of booking an appointment, quality of work and price. Due to an accident, I found coffee all over my upholstery bed and rug. The technician was able to clean and address getting rid of all stains. I also had the couch cleaned and due to the feather pillows, the technician decided to take them back to the office to clean returning a few hours later in perfect condition. I never hid the condition of my carpet, and matter of fact, when I scheduled with your company, the scheduler was more concerned with me paying you directly than buying the Groupon. Secondly, I didn't get rude until I got offended....this was right before you were asked to leave. Your unprofessional driver should never park in a stall that doesn't belong to customers.... I would have been fine if you parked in my stall, but you didn't. Thirdly, you didn't wait for me, as I pulled up you were walking towards my door. I had already explained to the guy on the phone that I was getting ready to checkout at the store. Again, if I could give a NEGATIVE star, I would. It's huge and wasn't there before. I bought some cleaner from Amazon, Very unhappy now I know for a fact I could have done a better job with a rental from Safeway. Update: This is very important. The method of "stream" they used, left water on all my wood tables, everywhere. It took over 2 full days for the carpets to dry, 3 days later, still damp in spots. Long story, but it ruined my iphone, salt crystals from a lamp on a table that got soaking wet due to the excess water in the air- had my iphone on it, Charging port clogged and ruined phone! also warped my wood table. This is the most bizarre experience ever! I spent the entire day on fixing what they broke. Including a new spot where the machine they brought it stained my carpet. Nobody answers phone, I would like a refund at best! This is the worst experience I have ever had with any service in my entire life. No phone. Wow! read more

I was beyond disappointed with this service. They cleaned an area rug for us that had general wear & tear and a coffee stain - the rug looks worse than before they cleaned it, and they charged more than double what we were told on the phone. I had a very difficult time understanding the technician who mumbled and spoke very fast. I understand that the coffee stain was a tall order, but the rug should look better than before. Overall, it was very unprofessional - he didn't take time to clearly explain or answer questions, charged more than quoted, and I was very unpleased with the service. He said "we don't guarantee results", and packed up and left. I highly recommend against using this service. read more

I bought an Amazon deal... of corse..that's probably why you are looking these guys up. I moved all my furniture around on the day they were supposed to come. It was raining and I got a call an hour into my appointment time that they don't clean carpets when it rains. Ok, so we rescheduled for the next week. Moved all the furniture back and forth twice... The next week they came and told me that the Amazon deal I bought wouldn't really clean the carpets well enough- realistically they sell you the deal to come to your house, then want to charge you another couple hundred dollars because your carpets haven't been cleaned by a professional in too long. I did end up paying another hundred dollars after much negotiation and the promise of a 5 star yelp review. They were unprofessional. I would not hire them again. read more

Max & Lena called 15 minutes before they arrived within the time slot I was given. They were super nice and explained the process and answered all my questions. I paid an additional amount to have the carpet deeply shampooed and deodorized and I couldn't have made a better choice. My carpet smells new and clean!
