I got my nails done here and honestly love how they turned out. Tracy did my set and she was awesome. She helped me pick the best nail shape, and she's super detailed with her work. Plus, she's really nice and easy to talk to, so the whole appointment flew by. Highly recommend Tracy! Will definitely be back.

We were looking for a mani/pedi place that was open for on the way home from Anaheim. We found this one that was still open on a Sunday Evening. We called to confirm and they were very helpful and confirmed that they took walk ins. We arrived with 45 min left before closing time. We were just going for pedicures but we ended adding the manicure because they said they didn't mind. It did take a while to get serviced but they kept coming around to acknowledge us and let us know that as soon as their team member became free they will help us. It was VERY BUSY! No one in their team was just standing around. Everyone was doing something. We finally were attended and all of the team ladies were great! Funny and attentive. They kept apologizing for the wait time but both my husband and I understood that 1) we came last minute and 2) we were conscious of their customer service. The place is clean. Smells good. The sounds is very relaxing. Massage chair were amazing for the time that we waited. The nail work on both mani and pedi were great! They gave us a complimentary drink while we waited. They have one of those robots servers that bring it to you. All in all we are definitely coming back!

Okay, hear me out.. I like this place. The vibes and people are so so sweet at the nail salon. This was the first place I've seen give out complimentary drinks while you get your nails done. I think everyone is hospitable and very attentive to their customers. However, at about the 1 week mark I started having my gel-x nails popping off. I came in once to get my left middle finger fixed (for free) but then 2-3 days after, my right hand started losing nails. I think part of the problem is that the gel x tips were too curved for my nails so it actually kind of hurt when it was placed. I didn't know there were differences in the curvatures until after I did some research. Anywho, I got them done two weeks ago on 11/14 and I am now missing three nails. I'm frustrated because I had hoped it would last til at least 3 weeks since all the ladies said "I'll see you in three weeks for a fill!" I think the nails are done beautifully. I am just sad that I can't enjoy them as long as I'd hope.

Upon entering I was greeted by who I assume is the owner(?). She was so incredibly sweet. She offered me a beverage and got me a separate chair so I wouldn't have to put my purse on the floor. I got my nails done by Hannah! She is amazing and so personable. She took her time to make sure my nails were the right shape and length but also worked quickly so I wasn't there forever. i got black gel x nails with cute halloween stickers :)

My regular nail tech recently retired, so I was looking for a new spot. The ambiance at Eco is lovely and the ladies at the front desk are very sweet. Beyond that, it was so bad I thought I was on candid camera as part of a prank show. My tech began by removing my Gel X nails with an e-file and kept slipping and knicking my skin. (I had raw spots the next day.) Kind of a red flag. I asked for "medium almond" but she brought out the kit for longer stiletto extensions and said she would file them. I thought this was odd but said okay. She kept removing the extensions and re-doing the glue, leaving me with dried glue all over my hands. I let her know my natural nails were poking out at the sides and asked her to fix them. She then told me I made her nervous and her hands were shaking. REALLY awkward, but I felt so bad that I just let her finish because I wanted it to be over with so I could go home and fix them. There was excess glue caked beneath and around my nails, and later that day I noticed one nail was crooked and had a gap between the Gel X and my natural nail. I stopped in the next day and asked the front desk if I could have just that nail replaced by a different tech. The tech was annoyed at the outset and said the gap was fine and that the nail wasn't crooked. She called two other techs over to agree with her but I said I wanted it replaced. She literally sighed and rolled her eyes, then would dramatically drum her fingers on the table while the gel was curing to convey how inconvenient this 10 minute process was for her. I couldn't even feel mad because it was borderline funny how bad the experience was. I guess I learned not to be swayed by decor and complimentary drinks.

Came here last min with 3 of my family members for mani pedi combo. They were very fast to pick up the phone and very pleasant to talk with. The vibe of the location is very relaxed and attentive. We were greeted right away with a smile and once we got into our chairs we were offered a variety of complimentary beverages. They offer a few different levels of mani pedis and don't Push hard for upgrades, which I liked. They were very efficient in their technique while also taking the time needed to do a proper job. Overall, I would recommend this place. The employees were very nice, they did good work on my family and the place is beautiful.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted, everyone was so nice. I just got the regular eco pedicure and the lady was extremely nice. I even got a complimentary water (but they also served beer and wine), a hand cream, and cuticle oil!! I will definitely come here again with my friends.

Service here is absolutely amazing! Every time I come here they use a brand new set of nail utensils, the place is spotless, and the service is unmatched. They offer you a choice of your drink from tea, coffee, wine and beer. And every nail tech that has done my pedicure has been sweet, quick and efficient. This is my go-to place!!

Came in around 11AM on a Friday. Rose did a beautiful acrylic set for my wedding. The attention to detail is amazing. Kimberly did a deluxe pedicure service and it was Soooo relaxing. I highly recommend this location. Customer service is phenomenal & I will be coming back. The robot that serves your beverages is beyond cute as it sings and makes its way to you.

I came in with an inspo picture and left with Easter egg nails. Don't like how they came out. They're not awful but not what I asked for. They're very bright and pastel and don't match the colors to the picture. The lady that did my nails didn't really care to fix it either after I told her the colors don't match. $60 later and I'm stuck with these nails.

This place had a very relaxing and calm aura. Everyone is extremely kind and sweet. Lisa took great care of me and the pedicure that I had requested, my feet feel brand new! It's very close to a lot of shops in the area which is wonderful as well as you can end a day of shopping on a good note with a mani/pedi. The place is pretty cool and trendy, but if you're asking for a design please make sure they actually prove they could do it... I came in for short duck shaped nails with the new trendy flower on the finger with cheetah print French tip nails and they said they could do it ! I believed them once she started I was fine but she shaped my nails square at first and I told her I wanted duck shaped, she looked confused she had to call the manager): first red flag. I did not like how they came out and I was vocal about it when I was leaving. the manager didn't offer a discount for poor quality work instead she offered to 'fix' them. At first my cheetah prints looked like giraffe spots and she fixed them to look like a cheetah but the flower and gel x was so thick so they look super tacky I also got a pedicure and all together paid $160 I did not tip because they're liars! Not worth coming if you want designs! Go to your local nail girl who is home based and cares about quality and not all about the money!! read more

I will start by saying the place itself is very unique and clean. The staff is polite and friendly. I have been here three times already. They offer you a drink when you first arrive, which is pretty nice :) The first time I went I got a regular pedicure (no gel) and paid $49 dollars. The second time I got a regular gel manicure and paid $35. I went again for a third time for regular gel manicure and paid $45. I was really hesitant to go back a third time because of their prices. I totally understand that everything is going up in price but I just feel like is too extreme for regular gel. The reason I went there in the first place is because it was closer to my place and didn't have to drive far. After this third time, I will definitely not be going back here. However, it was worth trying :) read more

I really wanted to enjoy my visit to Eco Nail Bar because the salon itself is clean and has a nice vibe. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't the best. I got my nails done on Sunday (June 29th), and they're already chipping -- less than a week later. During my pedicure, I politely declined gel a few times, but the tech continued to push it, which made things a bit uncomfortable. The pedicure also felt rushed and was done a little sloppily. I appreciate the effort, but I was hoping for a bit more attention to detail and care. Hopefully next time will be better! read more

I went in for a pedicure service and the lady was doing things rushed, the ladies who worked there were really nice and attentive. The only down side was the lady that did my pedicure cut out my ingrown nail and cut me when using her filer not only that but a day later my ingrown nail got infected from her using instruments that might have not been sanitized or sterilized. I wouldn't come here again. Great beautiful atmosphere but the experience I had was not worth it. read more

A pedicure that was $105 (wow!) before tip should have been a perfect experience... they were super nice offering water, candy and alcohol (that's a new one to me)but I had to ask multiple times for warmer water in the chairs spa tub. I don't think the girl who started knew much which is fine, I don't mind someone whos learning usually but each of my big toes was stabbed a couple times and I now have my right big toe red, inflamed and oozing a little a week later. I think I was hoping maybe the stabs weren't that serious and I've cleaned it properly a few times but its still bothering and hurting me to where I'm avoiding any closed toe shoes to keep an eye on it. Another girl took over to redo the painting portion and it came out super cute but I was sitting there 2 1/2hrs. I've only ever sat that long if doing both hands and feet. I know sometimes things happen and can be unfortunate (oops i stabbed you again and again??) but 2 1/2hrs was way too long for just a pedicure and to not have had more caution/care involved with sharp objects. So time and carelessness are what will keep me from going back. read more

Very effective IG advertising and I'm so glad I gave them a try! Large, new shop, average pricing but a 20% off special for their soft opening made it even better. I had a deluxe pedicure for $60 (plus the discount) which included paraffin dip and nice long massage. Peaceful environment, tranquil spa-like music playing softly, without a strong chemical odor which you find at some salons. I recommend and will be back! read more

i got a pedicure w/ gel today and received 20% off the service! the salon is very relaxing and has a beautiful aesthetic. i would highly recommend! the staff is very friendly and i believe Nina did my pedicure and she was patient with me when i decided to change colors. the pedicure service was better than other salons. i enjoyed the exfoliation and moisturizing service the most. I found purrple nails which was conveniently located near me with a staff filled of Korean artists. My first experience was with Soo and she did fine I guess. I like that she was detailed about her design but she did cut my cuticle once and was very rough with drilling. For those who don't know, drilling gets hot and the artist should know to lift it every few seconds to not burn the person's skin. Because I liked the design so much, I made a second appointment to give another artist a try. This second appointment was with Ellen. She was sooo rough when it came down to removing the polish and cleaning and cutting the cuticles. One of my cuticles started bleeding a lot and she just used the dust to stop the bleeding but did not apologize once. I let it go. But after getting home, I noticed my cuticles and fingers were so tender and red. I decided to let time heal but it's been a week and my right thumb is still swollen and tender. It's painful to touch. I told the owner and Ellen and after some back and forth, they finally did apologize. However it left kind of a sour taste in my mouth because it just seemed like they brushed it off thinking 10 percent off the next appointment would really make up for the pain I'm having in my finger. Not sure if I will come back. The owner asked me to try another artist but how do I prevent this from happening a third time?

Depending on who you schedule your wax with, you could get in as early as 8a or as late as 8p. AMAZING! Ashley is an extremely talented waxer! I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a Brazilian whether it's your first time or even if you're seasoned. She strategically uses a mix of soft and hard wax, and makes you feel like you're in good hands from the get. Talking to her felt like catching up with an old friend. I booked the custom facial, and it was such a relaxing experience. They exfoliated my skin, did red light therapy, and several other treatments (I honestly had my eyes closed most of the time because I was so relaxed!). The facial, neck, and shoulder massage was amazing and made the whole experience even better. Nancy did an incredible job with the extractions and really took the time to remove a lot of my blackheads. My skin feels incredibly smooth, looks so much more even, and has such a healthy glow. I'm not one to usually write reviews, but this one had to be done. This is by far one of the best nail experiences I've had in over a decade of living here in Southern California. Nia was fantastic. She took so much care and effort in her attention to detail was incredible. It was very easy to make an appointment online through their website where you could see which nail tech are available being that this was my first time here I just picked any and ended up getting Nia. The salon itself was very peaceful with very calming music with the front desk worker offering everyone something to drink. The color selection was very good and a lot better than most salons in the area which tend to have the same colors. These were different from anything I've ever seen. I asked Nia for a short almond shape and just a regular color and it looks like exactly what I wanted without even specifying. I told her I have to type at work and without hesitation or pressure to get them a little longer she did exactly what I wanted. She took time with my cuticles and gave me lotion at the end and to top it off. I got a free cuticle oil from the front desk person. I will be coming back and booking with Nia. Specifically everyone in there looks like they do a fantastic job. You can't go wrong with anyone 10 out of 10 would recommend. Ps this salon is practically in my backyard drove today because I had other errands but in the future easily a 5 min walk. read more

The staff is so sweet and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. My favorite part--and something totally new to me--was the steam treatment for my feet. I got a regular manicure, and Vivian did an amazing job! she was very friendly, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. They also offer a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch.
