Always perfect ! Came for pedi that was over due, and a polish change. Quickly got me in on a Monday night, and gave my favorite hot green tea. Manager always checks how I'm doing, the techs are pleasant.

We were looking for a mani/pedi place that was open for on the way home from Anaheim. We found this one that was still open on a Sunday Evening. We called to confirm and they were very helpful and confirmed that they took walk ins. We arrived with 45 min left before closing time. We were just going for pedicures but we ended adding the manicure because they said they didn't mind. It did take a while to get serviced but they kept coming around to acknowledge us and let us know that as soon as their team member became free they will help us. It was VERY BUSY! No one in their team was just standing around. Everyone was doing something. We finally were attended and all of the team ladies were great! Funny and attentive. They kept apologizing for the wait time but both my husband and I understood that 1) we came last minute and 2) we were conscious of their customer service. The place is clean. Smells good. The sounds is very relaxing. Massage chair were amazing for the time that we waited. The nail work on both mani and pedi were great! They gave us a complimentary drink while we waited. They have one of those robots servers that bring it to you. All in all we are definitely coming back!

I got my nails done here and honestly love how they turned out. Tracy did my set and she was awesome. She helped me pick the best nail shape, and she's super detailed with her work. Plus, she's really nice and easy to talk to, so the whole appointment flew by. Highly recommend Tracy! Will definitely be back.

Okay, hear me out.. I like this place. The vibes and people are so so sweet at the nail salon. This was the first place I've seen give out complimentary drinks while you get your nails done. I think everyone is hospitable and very attentive to their customers. However, at about the 1 week mark I started having my gel-x nails popping off. I came in once to get my left middle finger fixed (for free) but then 2-3 days after, my right hand started losing nails. I think part of the problem is that the gel x tips were too curved for my nails so it actually kind of hurt when it was placed. I didn't know there were differences in the curvatures until after I did some research. Anywho, I got them done two weeks ago on 11/14 and I am now missing three nails. I'm frustrated because I had hoped it would last til at least 3 weeks since all the ladies said "I'll see you in three weeks for a fill!" I think the nails are done beautifully. I am just sad that I can't enjoy them as long as I'd hope.

Upon entering I was greeted by who I assume is the owner(?). She was so incredibly sweet. She offered me a beverage and got me a separate chair so I wouldn't have to put my purse on the floor. I got my nails done by Hannah! She is amazing and so personable. She took her time to make sure my nails were the right shape and length but also worked quickly so I wasn't there forever. i got black gel x nails with cute halloween stickers :)

My regular nail tech recently retired, so I was looking for a new spot. The ambiance at Eco is lovely and the ladies at the front desk are very sweet. Beyond that, it was so bad I thought I was on candid camera as part of a prank show. My tech began by removing my Gel X nails with an e-file and kept slipping and knicking my skin. (I had raw spots the next day.) Kind of a red flag. I asked for "medium almond" but she brought out the kit for longer stiletto extensions and said she would file them. I thought this was odd but said okay. She kept removing the extensions and re-doing the glue, leaving me with dried glue all over my hands. I let her know my natural nails were poking out at the sides and asked her to fix them. She then told me I made her nervous and her hands were shaking. REALLY awkward, but I felt so bad that I just let her finish because I wanted it to be over with so I could go home and fix them. There was excess glue caked beneath and around my nails, and later that day I noticed one nail was crooked and had a gap between the Gel X and my natural nail. I stopped in the next day and asked the front desk if I could have just that nail replaced by a different tech. The tech was annoyed at the outset and said the gap was fine and that the nail wasn't crooked. She called two other techs over to agree with her but I said I wanted it replaced. She literally sighed and rolled her eyes, then would dramatically drum her fingers on the table while the gel was curing to convey how inconvenient this 10 minute process was for her. I couldn't even feel mad because it was borderline funny how bad the experience was. I guess I learned not to be swayed by decor and complimentary drinks.

Came here last min with 3 of my family members for mani pedi combo. They were very fast to pick up the phone and very pleasant to talk with. The vibe of the location is very relaxed and attentive. We were greeted right away with a smile and once we got into our chairs we were offered a variety of complimentary beverages. They offer a few different levels of mani pedis and don't Push hard for upgrades, which I liked. They were very efficient in their technique while also taking the time needed to do a proper job. Overall, I would recommend this place. The employees were very nice, they did good work on my family and the place is beautiful.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted, everyone was so nice. I just got the regular eco pedicure and the lady was extremely nice. I even got a complimentary water (but they also served beer and wine), a hand cream, and cuticle oil!! I will definitely come here again with my friends.

I came in today to try this new place since it's so close to home hoping that it would be my new go-to location. So far I'm very happy with it. Everyone was super friendly and the place feels relaxing and clean. I just came in for a gel manicure (which Nancy did a great job on) but I will be coming back to experience the mani & pedi together. Oh! And at the end they were nice enough to send me home with a cuticle oil which will come in handy! read more

I found this spot on Yelp and was not disappointed! The salon is beautiful and very calming. They give you a free beverage served by a singing robot!!! I got a simple mani and pedi, added gel for both, got callus remover and did an extra 10 minute massage because Kimberly was so good! Lena did my pedi and was great, Kimberly did my mani and was super attentive to detail and HOLY MOLY - her hands are STRONG! I had to add on the extra 10 minutes on my shoulders because she was so good at the hand massage for my mani. Totals: Simple Mani $20 + gel $15 Simple pedi $30 + gel $15 + callus remover $10 10 minute massage $15 I'll definitely be back! So glad I came in. read more

I'm not one to usually write reviews, but this one had to be done. This is by far one of the best nail experiences I've had in over a decade of living here in Southern California. Nia was fantastic. She took so much care and effort in her attention to detail was incredible. It was very easy to make an appointment online through their website where you could see which nail tech are available being that this was my first time here I just picked any and ended up getting Nia. The salon itself was very peaceful with very calming music with the front desk worker offering everyone something to drink. The color selection was very good and a lot better than most salons in the area which tend to have the same colors. These were different from anything I've ever seen. I asked Nia for a short almond shape and just a regular color and it looks like exactly what I wanted without even specifying. I told her I have to type at work and without hesitation or pressure to get them a little longer she did exactly what I wanted. She took time with my cuticles and gave me lotion at the end and to top it off. I got a free cuticle oil from the front desk person. I will be coming back and booking with Nia. Specifically everyone in there looks like they do a fantastic job. You can't go wrong with anyone 10 out of 10 would recommend. Ps this salon is practically in my backyard drove today because I had other errands but in the future easily a 5 min walk. read more

Super cool vibe, lovely plant and bamboo decor, aerials of Costa Rica playing with chill music. You get offered drinks as soon as you sit down; loved the Vietnamese coffee. Beautiful spa chairs. I ordered the Coco coffee package for a pedicure, shoulder massage, and a simple manicure with clear polish. Min was AMAZING for the pedi and massage! The other gal, not so much. Rachel at the front desk came over and asked how everything was and I was honest. I only got like 2 minutes of hand massage and my nails looked super dry at the cuticles. She immediately ran and got cuticle oil, put it on, and gave me the bottle! Also she massaged my hands and arms expertly. I AM VERY HAPPY. Moral of the story: let Min take you to Paradise. Great place...they made SURE I was happy. They even gave me a balloon and said Happy Birthday! (Even though it's not my bday lol). read more

Lady helping me was rushing the whole time doing my pedicure. Not sure if she was in a hurry to go somewhere I arrived at 5pm I spent more money to get a good relaxing time ordered the 60.00 dollars package pedicure. She cut my big toe was bleeding, and I felt there was for a little of time she drained the water as fast as she could.The massage time was also not good she started the timer and then walked away. I had to ask her again to start the time again. Not only that the whole time she was on her phone wearing her airpods taking to someone very softly. I just feel if your working not to be on the phone find it rude for the customer. I left notwell taken care of. Will not be coming back. The front office staff is nice 1 star for them. read more

I recently visited this nail place while visiting my parents in this county. My mom and I were excited to get our nails done. While getting my nails done my skin was ripped and I got gel nails. I have been getting my nails done for awhile and have tried many places. The gel was very cheap and made my nails highly irritated. I developed contact dermatitis from this nails salon and I have rashes and my skin is peeling. I called them with my concerns and the lady on the phone had no idea what contact dermatitis was which was surprising since it is very easy to get in nail salons if they aren't clean. She kept telling me there was no way I could've gotten it there because they sterilize their tools. But I haven't gone to another place since. Just disappointed because it was $145 total. read more

Pricing is a bit high they charge for all the services $10 cuticle cutting $10 for two acrylic toe nails $15 for gel. Also everyone was offered water except me I had to ask for it. Eyebrows was $12 not bad, gelx reasonable. I gave one star less due to them not honoring the 20 percent off I saw this morning on instagram and facebook they have discontinued it so heads up ! I paid $177 with tip almost $200 they do a great job though Rose was amazing and Sharlene did an amazing job! Will be back. read more

My cousin referred me since I was looking for a new nail spot. My expectations were EXCEATED!! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me and made me feel very welcomed. I also liked that they have a point system that you can sign up for (name and phone number). You can collect points to earn discounts which I haven't seen at alot of other nail salons. The vibe is tranquil and relaxing. I'm used to chaos, loud environment with tons of people talking. They played soft music with beach sceneries on the TV's.I got a pedicure and I truly felt like a princess. The nail station cart was extremely clean and organized. They even have a complimentary drink menu as soon as you sit down. There were a variety of pedicures and every month they have a special themed one. I got the monthly themed one for November and it was adorable. They brought out a tray that had an array of different treatments as well as cute decor to brighten things up. This will now be my new favorite spot!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

I found this place by accident and I am so happy I did. I love the calming atmosphere. It's clean, sanitized and Luna and Nancy did a wonderful job on my hands and feet. I also received a shoulder massage and got an eyebrow wax. I appreciate that Nancy explained the process for people with sensitive skin. I normally don't like Gel X but I got them done with Nancy and they lasted a month no lifting or anything! I love acrylic nails but I don't think I'm ever going back. Nancy is really sweet and takes her time to perfect the length, shape and color you want. My husband got a pedicure and he also loved the service. Not sure who did his service but we will definitely be going back! read more

Okay so first the Pros: - we were walk in (2 mani and pedi with full set Gel X) and they were able to accommodate us - the salon is cute and looked to be very clean The Cons: - service was subpar I had requested a design with 4 different colors. She only gave me 3. I requested a color change bc it was neon yellow and not the vibe. I was told that is the "exact" color. When I shared that my nails look different from the reference- Lena told me that my nail bed shape and my nails were different so it can't be the same. Ms. Lena, that was my hand in the reference photo. Maybe the length was a bit shorter but I will let you guys decide. THEY ALSO CUT my little sister she was bleeding!!!! My sister told them and her nail tec said the cut was there before?! All in all, the prices (if we got what we wanted) are reasonable! But the service is a different question read more

I had a really great experience. I've been having a hard time finding a good salon near me since moving in the area. They accepted me as a walk-in. Came in mainly for a pedicure (cbd pedi 80$) and decided to add on a simple mani (20$). Sharlene did an amazing job with my pedicure. Nothing fancy only clear coat polish but felt relaxed and refreshed after. As someone mentioned earlier the services are a little on the pricer side especially the add ons. But worth it for the proximity, service and hospitality. The atmosphere was great. Very clean and organized. The salon manager/front desk was very hospitable and respectful. I definitely will come back in the future. read more

I had such a wonderful experience getting my nails done in Korea so I wanted to look up a place that offered Korean style nails. I found purrple nails which was conveniently located near me with a staff filled of Korean artists. My first experience was with Soo and she did fine I guess. I like that she was detailed about her design but she did cut my cuticle once and was very rough with drilling. For those who don't know, drilling gets hot and the artist should know to lift it every few seconds to not burn the person's skin. Because I liked the design so much, I made a second appointment to give another artist a try. This second appointment was with Ellen. She was sooo rough when it came down to removing the polish and cleaning and cutting the cuticles. One of my cuticles started bleeding a lot and she just used the dust to stop the bleeding but did not apologize once. I let it go. But after getting home, I noticed my cuticles and fingers were so tender and red. I decided to let time heal but it's been a week and my right thumb is still swollen and tender. It's painful to touch. I told the owner and Ellen and after some back and forth, they finally did apologize. However it left kind of a sour taste in my mouth because it just seemed like they brushed it off thinking 10 percent off the next appointment would really make up for the pain I'm having in my finger. Not sure if I will come back. The owner asked me to try another artist but how do I prevent this from happening a third time?

Horrible. Zero star…read more Made an appt and told them what I want done. My appt time was ~1.5 hours before they close. I was excited and drove 1/2 hour to try Korean nail salon. Prep for gel plus 1 extension took more than 2 hours then after the prep, they filed my nails down. They filed it so short and was unattentive that they filed off my skin and it started to bleed. It took longer than expected and I had to leave and was to return the next day. Thankfully I left because my filed down skin continued to bleed for an hour or more after. Gel and design took another ~2 hours. Total time almost 4 hours (+ 2 hours of driving time). Price was almost double other places I go to. Then less then 10 days after, the entire gel came off for one nail...next day, another...and next day a couple more. At least it came off neatly rather than chipped. At this point, I easily peeled off the rest. I messaged them and they offered to give me a free redo. Thank you but no thank you. I am not about to waste another 4+ hours and spend gas money all to risk getting an infection. Please hire properly trained and certified nail techs. Because other reviews have mentioned nail tech cutting down cuticles to the point of bleeding and nails chipping or coming off.

They also have a stamp card where you get a stamp for services $15+, and your 10th stamp gets you $10 off. They offer gift certificates too, which I thought was nice. Lisa did my manicure, gel x - it's my first time trying it and I am very happy. She just a flawless cat gel in a honey color. I told them that I needed a pedicure but they ended up selling me into also getting my nails done LOL which I'm so glad I did. I have really small nail beds and let them know, but they were extremely accomodating and was able to work around it. I told them that I'm usually shy of getting my nails done since my job is extremely strict on nails on length and color and they understood completely, asking me everytime if the length was okay and wasn't annoyed at me for wanting them shorter. They recommended me to get a builder gel extension which is something i haven't done before and it's been around almost a month since I got them done and the retention is INSANEEE. My nails usually last me less than 2 weeks since I'm super rough handed at work and daily activities I do, but they haven't even budged or wobbled or lifted and I'm genuinely so impressed. Literally life changing for me and I am so SO happy I decided to stop by this salon. They also gave me snacks and drinks too and they were so smiley and friendly. I've always had trouble finding a salon to stick to but this is genuinely going to be one of my go-to spots now. I don't usually get my nails done often, but now I want to after going here to continue to support them. If you're reading this review and debating whether u should go in or not, DO IT! Give them a chance they're so amazing here :)

I really wanted to like this place so much because it is close to where I work. The ladies were…read morevery nice, however, I am not happy at all with the outcome of my nails. I went here two days ago (07/18) and got a mani pedi. I requested for french tip design on my fingers. The whole process probably took about two hours and my nails looked okay... not great, but they looked okay. When I got home, I took a good look at my nails and realized that one of my hands didnt even have a top coat. I didn't realize at the salon because I was close to falling asleep. Luckily though, I gave them a call and they said I can come back in to fix the issue at no extra cost. I ended up going the next day because I had plans for the rest of the day. When I came in for them to fix it (yesterday 07/17), they happily took me in and applied the top coat. And I thought that was it. Unfortunately I woke up this morning and saw my nails were chipped in certain areas- ALREADY. It's only been two days since I got my nails done and they already look like this. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this establishment, but I hope this will push them to improve the quality of their products. I do gotta give them props for being kind, but unfortunately GEL nails should not end up looking like this after only a couple days.
