Chose to use EcoClean due to the stellar Yelp reviews but after paying $700 for cleaning, discovered an untreated spot. I would have expected a diligent cleaner to at least note difficulty with the spot. Additionally, we discovered our brand newly painted staircase chipped from the movement of the house. Water damage remediation First off they were prompt in my 93 year old mothers need. Her pipes burst and her bedroom flooded as well as the kitchen sink and cabinet areas. Excellent experience with this company for carpet cleaning. We recently bought a home in need of more than a little TLC, and I preemptively scheduled carpet cleaning for the day of closing. After researching all the hundreds of carpet cleaning services around the area, I went with EcoClean after reading all the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. Crystal did all the scheduling and answered my questions. Prior to my service, I received reminders which were super helpful. Our carpet cleaning technician, Sean, arrived not only on time, but called ahead to see if earlier might work (absolutely, because this house needed as much attention as quickly as possible). EcoClean is a horrible option for restoration. I had to fire them and am investigating my legal options. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Tony did ok for water mitigation after a water leak, but for RESTORATION, it was over 10 months, and they basically did everything wrong in my home bouncing between multiple unskilled, unreliable managers. My glue down vinyl floor wasn't installed properly with horrible workmanship, slices in tiles that cut your feet (see photo) that the entire floor had to be ripped out and redone twice. Floor still has issues with tiles popping up for no reason. The house was left with sawdust and splinters all over. Debris clogging vents and furnace got impacted with saw dust, causing costly furnace repair. Quartz countertop was ruined with scratches, stains, and superglue all over the underside (see photo) from having to detatch and reattach the counter several times because of their incompetence (forgetting to mount sink). They turned down professional recommendations and offered to sand the countertop 'in place", not even knowing the quartz dust is toxic. Cabinets installed were darker shade and unmatched style, had to correct, and sides of cabinets are scratched and banged up. Electric for garbage disposal installed improperly twice. Basement insulation installed improperly, still falling down. Walls (see photo) and closets painted only partially in non matched color. Seriously, they left it like that calling it "done". Trim and baseboards have noticeable slices in wood. They're installed and painted very poorly. I would NEVER recommend EcoClean for anything and caution anyone who uses them. read more

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Scheduling was easy and they were able to fit us into a cancelation spot the next day. John and Ben came out this morning to look at a possible mold issue in the attic of our new home. They were friendly, on-time and professional. 2 weeks prior we had another mold company come out and diagnosed us with mold and promised a quote. After following up twice, I never received a quote. After a detailed inspection, I was assured we did not in fact have any mold and the dark stains were just water stains from before the leak had been fixed. While it would have been easy for them to quote me and charge for the previously diagnosed mold, they were honest and felt no service was necessary. Working with any service provider is based on trust... and I can't say enough how impressed I am with these guys. They would be top of my list for any services I may need in the future. read more

We received really crummy news from Terminix 2 days ago. "Active mold, very dangerous, full attic restoration, $7,200," is actually the main words I heard... our insurance agent disagreed and said it wasn't a problem at all. (Both parties had something to gain)... We called EcoClean and scheduled an assessment for the next day (today). I was wary at first bc I was having another party come in who has something to gain by telling me something that benefits them financially. John Giza & his partner John arrived as scheduled, and gave a courtesy call an hour out. They went up, assessed and came down from the attic to tell me fairly better news. Yes, there's some mold. Active mold? Unlikely. Insulation? Fine for now. People. Hire yourself a company that doesn't get your business by scaring the shit out of you. Like EcoClean. John offered a spray service that kills anything that might be active. He also offered to replace the insulation, but only if it was bothering myself-it wasn't necessary. I went with the spray, $650 (this is their minimum).... They were quick, efficient and had fantastic customer service skills. EcoClean, you have great employees. The situation : I was trying to get my regular carpert cleaner into do my entire house, but they did not come thru and I have to find someone else. Time of work : 5 Stars The estimated was done in 30 mins and he got to worked immediately. No delay no excuses. Quality of work: 4 Stars They took care of the whole 2nd floor carpet, study room and entire basement. Quality of work overall is good and managed to get some stain out as well. Pricing: 5 Stars I do believe they are very reasonable. The pricing is honest and fair. They measure and priced by sq ft and they guy did not nickle and dime every inches. The crew did exactly as advertised...cleaned the carpet and tile grout! I ran into an issue of the old dirty carpet in my apartment that the building owner won't replace until I move out or remove all of my stuff. So, I had them clean it and they did a really good job considering how old and gross it was. EcoClean did an excellent job. We have carpeted stairs that had some stains from puppy accidents n puppy vomit. We tried cleaning it ourselves but once the carpet dried the stains came back. We were given a quote over the phone after discussing the problem with EcoClean. In addition to the cleaning they suggested their pet treatment. Terry came out (he was actually early) and walked the area. The quote given was what we paid. He paid special attention to the pet stains and even went over the area more than once. He discussed what type of home cleaner to use for spots. The carpet dried within 12 hours and the stains have not reappeared. Their price was comparable to other companies. When I requested an appointment (on Sunday, on line), they answered via email the next day. Easy to request an appointment via exchange of emails and confirmations sent to me, along with a confirming phone call. The morning of the appointment they sent an email with a photo of their employee, saying he was on his way. The employee showed up right on time and proceeded to efficiently deep clean and sanitize a sofa and love seat plus 5 throw pillows. This furniture had been quite dusty/dirty but not stained. The results were FANTASTIC! I really wasn't sure what to exepect because the only other time I had this furniture cleaned (by another company), the results were mediocre at best. So this time I was very pleased. I will definitely hire them again for future jobs, including laying new carpeting on the stairs and the bedrooms upstairs (yes, they do that too!). One of the best carpet cleaning companies we have ever dealt with. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the results. We had a water leak in our basement. Not major, but significant enough. Carpet was stained, the drywall was wet, and the baseboards were damaged. Not only did EcoClean assess the damage and quote us on the spot, (they were very reasonable) they then started the drying out immediately. The stain did not come out in the first, or second, or third cleaning, but EcoClean continued coming back until we were satisfied. they replaced the baseboard, restreached the carpet, and replaced the pad underneath.
