I hired them to clean my grandparents house as a gift because they've gotten older and it's really a chore for them to keep up with cleaning. The staff is so friendly and listened to all the areas my grandma wanted extra attention to. She has a fairly big house and 3 dogs so there's always pet hair and dirt that accumulate. She came out personally and met with me to discuss my expectations when the ladies arrived to clean. I was very impressed by the service I received from this company. The ladies did a great job, they cleaned the blinds, and even dusted the ceiling fans, cleaned the based boards, vacuumed around the ceilings just in case there were cobwebs! hello, if you are wise consumer, please do not use this company. I installed new laminate floor to whole house. there are a lot messy and dust all over the house. so, i asked her to bring ladder to clean all dust, cabinet. and floor. i have 2 kid(3&1 yrs) so i need to bring them outside while they are cleaning. instead, my wife was staying there. for 3 hours job, they came and start chatting each other in Spanish. so i don't know what they are talking about. but they keep chatting.. it doesn't seem the talking for work. also, I REMIND all of you THE LUNCH TIME IS INCLUDED in 3 hours. no one think it is included. when i came back with 2kids after 2 hours passed. i stepped on the floor. my foot became black... oh my god. what did they do??? i asked them to clean the floor again, also they told me they cleaned all cabinet. so i checked. but all heavy dust still was there. what did they do?... wife told me they mopped the floor 2times. but, i think they didn't mop with power. they just rubbed the floor with mop... i really disappoint and waste my money and time. this is all true story that i earn to spend $$$. i don't know how they have many goo yelp reputation. also, their picture are not real!! it is just online picture.. you can find same picture on google. please, don't don't don't ever use them. read more

I bought a living social deal for 3 hours of cleaning. I called to schedule knowing that they would probably be swamped with new customers from the deal. The person who answered the phone was very polite and friendly. I called on Monday hoping to schedule an appointment for either Friday or Saturday as we were getting ready fro my daughter's birthday party Saturday night. She was able to schedule a two person crew for 1 1/2 hrs for Friday at 8:30am. This was perfect! The two women showed up at 8:28am today and were very friendly. They brought all their own supplies, including vacuum (it seems like many places do not). They asked me what I wanted them to focus on and set out making my house sparkle! I was very impressed with the professionalism of every employee I dealt with, the ease of scheduling and the timelessness of the cleaning crew. If I could give Monika 10 stars, I definitely would! We were getting our house deep cleaned because we are listing it for sale. We scheduled someone that we had used previously to come and clean. Unfortunately, the other company stood us up. We had to scramble to find someone else because our carpets were being cleaned the next afternoon and our photos for the listing were being taken the following day. Based on her Yelp reviews, I called Monika at 4:50 pm. I explained to her the predicament we were in and asked if there was anything she could do. She said that she was already booked the next day, but she was just getting ready to head home for the evening and she'd stop by our house on the way home. By the time she got to our house, she had already rearranged her schedule to be able to help us first thing the next morning. She personally came along with two other people to get it done as quickly as possible before the carpet cleaners got here. I was in need of a good cleaning company for a new listing in Cypress, I was short on time due to the contractor being behind but I finally got the news that the house was ready to list. I only had 24 hours to find a cleaning company to make the house shine and make my open house a big success. I pulled up Yelp and did a search and Eco Cleaning Solutions came up, but it said they were closed for the day. I sent Monika a message and she responded within a few hours. I told her what I needed and she quickly agreed to sent George to make it happen. George was a great pleasure, he worked hard and he even pointed out a few details that needed to be fixed or repaired. He left the house perfectly clean and it just shined.
