Thank goodness for ecole. We started with my daughter at age 2 and she stayed until K. Additionally, my son who's now 4 (still there and heading to PreK next week). I have always felt like they know me and my family, have my kids best interest at heart and are just genuinely great humans. I'm updating my review of Ecole 360. My son is now 2 years old and is in the 2-year classroom with Miss Julie, Miss Krista, and Miss Ishaunna. We have been with Ecole 360 since my son was 5.5 months old. He has moved from the infant class to the older infant class to toddlers to now 2 year room. My husband & I are very happy with the care he received here and I love his teachers in the 2 year room. Miss Ishaunna has moved with him from tods to 2 year, so we have known her for quite some time. He still sees some of his teachers occasionally from infant/toddlers. We really like the caring staff at Ecole and the care they give our son. They are always happy to talk with us about anything we need. We also like the app that is used to log information about our child's day and to share photos and other information. The center recently upgraded their food plan to organic, which is a nice feature, though I'm not sure how much it applies to my picky picky eater (LOL). The kids also go outside to play everyday unless the weather is very inclement, which I appreciate. Everyone knows my son at the center and he is greeted everyday by multiple staff. I've included a photo sent via Ecole's app of my kiddo...the caption with this photo was "We are making homemade butter." Which made me laugh a lot. read more

My husband and I came to their open house after hearing so many great things but was definitely disappointed. The place stinks like cleaning chemicals and was still dirty. Dirty old rugs, dirty hand prints on mirrors and windows. Toys seem old and worn out. I was not expecting new toys but at least for the place to be clean for an open house especially. Attention to detail was not there. Also if the rugs are brown with holes you would think they would just buy new ones with the amount they charge per kid each week. Disappointed and we ended up choosing a much more VERY clean daycare. read more

We adore Ecole 360! This is our first experience with a daycare and we are so happy to have made the decision to go with this center and the family of teachers to care for our little lady! Our daughter has been in the school since 11 weeks - now 10 months old - and every day they make her smile as soon as we walk in the door. It's such a joy to see how much our child is advancing. She was born with a physical difference, which we were concerned could prevent her from meeting some of the general milestones, however the team at Ecole are helping her learn right along with the other children and she's now surpassing some of the developments months ahead of her age! We are thrilled to see her grow with the other children and teachers through the next few years, and truly believe she is making friends for a lifetime! read more

While the care my child received was usually great, and the facility is nice, the owner is a nightmare to deal with. During our time there, all of the other families left. There is an insanely high turnover rate with staff (I saw the director turn over 3 times and my child's teacher turn over 4 times). One director even sent out an email to all the families warning them about the place and the owner, to which the owner responded about how she was taking legal action. Meanwhile, all of the families were watching this wondering what in the world is going on there. There were also a lot of instances where I felt it was a cash grab, such as being told one price and later being told a higher price, or the "summer fee" where you have to pay additional costs in addition to the base cost, which is already high. The summer fee was double what they told me it would be at sign up. Some months we paid around $1500 total, which is too much for this place. The "healthy" food they claim to serve is sugary cereal and canned food. I have seen kids not in ratio here, but the director seems to have a cozy relationship with the local licensing investigator, so complaints don't go anywhere. All of the 5 star reviews you see for this place are from the owner herself or her family members. It's bizarre. read more

My youngest started this daycare and he absolutely loves it! He is happy when I drop him and pick him up. The teachers are amazing and they always have a smile on their faces. This daycare is super clean, safe, lots of things for the kids to do and they really have a great nutritious menu plan as well. Their location is great as well. My son has been attending Ecole 360 in Palatine since just before his 2nd birthday. He is now 3 years old and we couldn't be happier with our choice to enroll at this center. There is something about the staff and other families enrolled that I haven't experienced at other centers. It feels much less "corporate" and much more like family and friends! Everyone at the center from management, to front desk staff, to teachers and even other parents always greet my son by name and with a smile! The management hosts all sorts of fun events and activities for families that help create relationships among children and parents! Families are invited to special holiday activities such as Halloween parades, Easter Egg hunts, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Grandparent's Day and even center facilitated "Mom's Night Out" events! Communication is fantastic as they utilize an easy to use app to share information regarding what my son has eaten, how long he has napped, items that need to be replenished, and even pictures throughout his day! It's comforting to know he is happy and safe and to see what he is learning each day! I would recommend Ecole 360 to all of my family and friends! read more

My wife and I have both of our children enrolled with Ecole360 ever since our first was six months old. Currently they are 2yrs and 1yr old. We've been treated with nothing short of excellent customer service by the entire staff at Ecole360 . They are very qualified, dedicated, and most important FUN for the kiddos. The staff comes to work every day energetic, positive, and willing to answer any questions or concerns we are having. My wife and I could not picture our children in any other place for childcare. They provide a very structured learning curriculum, safe environment, and nutritional diet for each child. We are so very happy we found this "Diamond in the Rough". I would recommend them to anyone. Our 9 month old son loves to go to "school" in the morning and we are so happy we found a place that he enjoys and is doing activities versus just sitting in a play room. They do lots of fun things during the day and his teacher Aysel is amazing! He reaches for her when he sees her in the classroom and she is so well at understanding what the children need throughout the day. She has a magical baby radar that can tell who needs what and when and it's assuring for us throughout the day to know he is in great hands when we are away from him. She communicates with us when we pick him up as to what he might need when we get home and how his day went. read more

This is the best daycare you can find!! I was extremely hesitant to put my son in daycare, but my fears were greatly lessened after finding Ecole 360. Meg and Arnela are very easy to work with and Nicole and Marina are great with my 16 month son old. Daily lesson plans are posted, everything is extremely neat, clean, tidy, and kid friendly. My two boys, 4 Years and 1 year old go to Ecole 360. The entire staff, director and the owner are thrives to create positive and fun environment for kiddos and their families. My soon to be 2 yr old (in March) has been with Ecole 360 for about over a year now. My wife and I really enjoy having this place close to our home as the convenience of the location works out great with our commutes to work. Our son loves it here and the teachers have been very warm and welcoming to our family. For a first time mom, Ecole 360 has been an amazing daycare for my daughter. I have a 7 month old, she enjoys it there, and loves her teachers! She has been there for 5 months and I couldn't be happier. They have made me feel secure and comfortable knowing that they are taking great care of my baby girl. I instantly fell in love with this daycare. For my baby's very first day, they gave me a courtesy call just to let me know how she was doing. That meant the world to me knowing how uneasy and scary it can be for a mom to have her baby in daycare for the very first time. She was only 11 weeks when she started there. I appreciated that so much. They have shown that they care deeply about the kids. They take the time to get to know each and every child personally so that they can care for them in their own way. I am so incredibly thankful for all the amazing teachers at ECOLE 360. The decision to leave your kids in someone else's care is a hard one but not when it comes to ECOLE. They are like family to us and have helped raise my babies since being born. My son is in the infant rooms and the teachers are beyond wonderful. Miss Kelly has greeted my son every morning with open arms of love, she is just one of the kindest souls I know. Miss Aysel is like a second mom to my children and has help provide the love and support my kids need for growth and development. Miss Elizabeth has been a blessing to us when are kids are in the older infant room helping with their overall development and teaching us what we can do to help our kids. Miss Shante truly loves the kids and always makes sure to go out of her way to make us all feel at home. Miss Julie is the one who welcomes my daughter in the morning and allows her to feel safe when dropping her off. Miss Ishuanna, wow, where do I even start. My daughter talks about her all the time and asks to be with her when not in daycare. She really helps aid my daughter in behaving and teaching manners.
