I have been with Econex since 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. I had moved into a brand new housing tract and the habitat of animals were disturbed causing an influx of earwigs, grasshoppers and once a rat. THAT WAS IT! I called Econex and someone came to my home within 24 hours. My representative has always been consistent, courteous, professional and efficient. The phone representatives are the same. Been using service every two months for 3 years now. We're located in a newly constructed subdivision with an open field in the backyard. The builder is constantly digging and each time, we get unwanted visitors (bugs & roaches) outdoors & sometimes indoor. All of that stopped since we used the service. Technicians (Mat & Justin) show up as scheduled, always professional, friendly and serve with a smile. UPDATE 12/7/23: messaged the business through Fb regarding this since they don't seem to communicate in other ways. Received a reply back from someone (social media person??) and posted as a picture below. Still have yet to be contacted by the business or just simply be given an apology. Definitely not a place to do business with if you expect good customer service. Came home mid day today only to find one of your service trucks blocking my driveway. When I asked your employee to move his truck, he only did so a few inches and was still blocking the driveway afterwards. Explained to him that others come over our house mid day and since they are elderly drivers, will have a harder time parking in the driveway and if I needed to move my car out of the garage later on (which I do to get my daughter from practice), it would be harder to do since there would also be another car in the driveway. Instead he could have parked further up in our cul du sac (where all other service trucks park since our circle is very small) and when I suggest he should, only laughed and claimed he wasn't blocking my driveway anymore. Could have also parked in the driveway of the house he was working at or blocked their driveway (no one there was home at the time). Employee made several derogatory facial gestures, sounds, and looks at me and continued on his business. Simply just a rude person and no concern for others. I would never hire this company if their employees act like this one. read more

Subscribed to their quarterly spray services and was reassured by the salesperson about how "effective" their services would be against household bugs (I.e. riches, spiders, ants). After the first treatment, didn't really see a difference but I figured it needed time to do it's thing... After the second treatment, spider webs and ants were still visible throughout the surrounding of my home. Canceled, and if possible i would give zero stars. Honestly, I can't say there's anything really positive about my experience with this company even their customer service rep was rude when expressed my dissatisfaction with the service. read more

I called again the early morning of 6/17 to leave a message. Their response time is lousy. I am about to consult another exterminator company if I don't hear from them by tomorrow, 6/17, to get serviced the same day. This company literally came unsolicited. told me all kinds of stories about Terminix and how they are toxic and promised a cleaner chemical. That same night after i sent him away, I went outside my home, there was Amazon box overturned. I kicked it with my foot and HUNDREDS of cockroaches ran out from it (which looking back I now realize they were planted there.) I foolishly canceled with terminix which I have used for 20 years in every myself and famiky have lived in, without issue. I foolishly signed a contract with these hustlers onky 2 months in we started having horrible pest issues. Mind you I had NO issues until that guy showed up. I called to cancel their service and was stuck with a year contract. I just paid it in full to get rid of these clowns im now back with terminex worry free no contracts, no hustlers. When I called to reinstate wiith terminex, they told me they are known to follow their trucks and get addresses!! and show up soliciting their customers . Never again. Do not trust. Edmund was wonderful explaining everything that he was doing and what he was looking for. He was very professional and I felt very comfortable that he knew what he was doing. Many companies just want you to do the tent because it is a money maker for them, but Edmund was very honest and recommended that he treat the few areas that were affected by termites. I'm very satisfied with this company. They sent me a proposal electronically which was super convenient. It detailed the work they were going to perform, a payment and work schedule, and you can sign it right from the web. They are competitively priced compared to other companies that perform the same services. I also like that they auto-charge me for the payments so I don't have to think about it. But I'm still able to cancel any time. The technician, John-Michael, that came to my house was very attentive. He was very nice to talk to. He took his time to answer my questions. Do not hire this company. They serviced my home for several years. Then something changed. The tech used to leave note under the door mat indicating the treatment was complete. The tech would remove the Cob webs under my eve. I also saw visible evidence of the treatment. Now they send invisible techs. They bill you claiming the work was done. They don't leave any notes and there is no evidence work. This happened to couple times. They offered me free service call both times. After the second incident, I fired them. Either the company management is behind this scheme or they hire bad people as techs. Either way, I don't recommend dealing with them. Don't waste your money. read more
