They did a really good job in the five (5) straight years that we've used them. In addition to coming out quarterly, they come WHENEVER you call, and usually pretty quickly. They handle the interior and exterior of your home, and did a superb job of battling back the 'ants problem' that define Irvine (sadly...and why UCI's mascot is the freakin' Anteater). Moreover, living next door to a hiking trail, Preventative did a great job of ensuring that we never had mice, rats or cockroaches. Jesus arrived on time I mean to the minute of when they said they would arrive. Jesus was my technician he was informative and neat & clean. I have only cancelled a service 1 time due to being in the hospital, have always made my payment to them on the same day of service and given the technicians good reviews so imagine my surprise when looking at my on line receipt today I have an increase to my service... no notification.. nothing.
