I wanted to pay cash for full price, but they said no warranty On a cash purchase. I wasn't going to complain when they promised me the car's Satellite radio would work & it is also was listed in car manual but it didn't. I returned the car next day at noon & Sales Manager handed me a paper of special instructions to remedy Satellite Radio functionality however it didn't. The car dashboard kept saying return to dealer. I wasnt going to complain when I brought the car again on that same day at 4:45 pm for them to take it to a Ford dealership. I decided to cancel the deal and I received my old car back the next day & was told the loan would be cancelled, along with me signing paperwork. I'm only complaining now cause today, less than a week from the purchase of the vehicle which I had returned, I receive a text from their automatic loan system stating they was going to charge me tomorrow, one week from the date of the purchase.. I called & spoke to the Billing Manager who said "They forgot to cancel the loan." I felt compelled to contact my bank to cancel my credit card to ensure I didn't get charged and reissue a new card. This was important to me in that I wouldn't get charged for a cancelled vehicle purchase. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for a new card to be mailed to me.

Jason Preuitt said he looked for me and couldn't find me and i was in the same room as he was. So he made the call to fix it called me a liar because I didn't tell him I went to bbq joint. Regardless of I went there or not. He saw me in the waiting room but continued to fix car . He never said one word to me while in waiting room. I probably would have just let it go. When it was time for me to buy my first car I made the trek to Arab. I talked to John Sheffield about the car I was hunting and he showed me a couple cars that *almost* fit the bill, but I had my heart set on something pretty specific. So, I walked away. Fast forward about 6 months... John called. They had literally *just* taken the car I was looking for in on trade. I went out there, looked it over (they hadn't even had time to clean it up yet) and made an offer. It needed a tiny bit of body work, but by the time I picked it up it was in better than new condition. So, thanks to John and Major Motors, I've got a car I LOVE. Recently, I scuffed my car. I went to a local body shop where I'd had work done before and got a quote. That quote made my jaw hit the floor. Remembering what a great job they'd done on the initial bodywork, I called Major Motors. They did a beautiful job, rotated the tires, changed the oil, and gave me new wipers all for about 60% of the initial quote. They do offer referral credits, so if you go out there, please let them know I sent you!
