I talked to John Sheffield about the car I was hunting and he showed me a couple cars that *almost* fit the bill, but I had my heart set on something pretty specific. So, I walked away. Fast forward about 6 months... John called. They had literally *just* taken the car I was looking for in on trade. I went out there, looked it over (they hadn't even had time to clean it up yet) and made an offer. It needed a tiny bit of body work, but by the time I picked it up it was in better than new condition. So, thanks to John and Major Motors, I've got a car I LOVE. Recently, I scuffed my car. I went to a local body shop where I'd had work done before and got a quote. That quote made my jaw hit the floor. Remembering what a great job they'd done on the initial bodywork, I called Major Motors. They did a beautiful job, rotated the tires, changed the oil, and gave me new wipers all for about 60% of the initial quote. His dad was also there I literally watched them pull my car in the shop. Jason still setting at his desk. They fix the problem and tell me it's not covered. Jason Preuitt said he looked for me and couldn't find me and i was in the same room as he was. So he made the call to fix it called me a liar because I didn't tell him I went to bbq joint. Regardless of I went there or not. He saw me in the waiting room but continued to fix car . He never said one word to me while in waiting room. I probably would have just let it go.
