Came here Sunday for the bears 1 topping family specially for $19.61. Also had the appetizer platter. Unfortunately the onion rings were deep fried to death and my wings had no sauce. For the price you're better off picking 2 apps instead of the platter since it only includes 2 wings. 1st time ordering from this place and will definitely be the last. I picked up an order that was ready on arrival (pizza, onion rings & side of marinara) and drove 10 min home. As soon as i opened my order, my pizza was cold, the cheese wasn't even pulling apart from other pieces, the lid to the sauce was melted completely into the sauce, which was absolutely nuts and the food was just inedible. We called and they refused to refund our order & wanting us to drive all the way back so they can see it. They listened to what their cook said & they even told us that we even waited 5min for our order which was completely FALSE! It was ready as soon as we got there! We had guests over & i was not about to leave my guests again for their mistake. They took our info & told us that they would give it to their manager in the morning to help us sort it out. Never received a call & when i called, the morning manager was not there & someone else just told us that the most they can do is give us a $10 credit & refunds are not possible because the day prior payments were closed!! $10 credit doesn't even cover the amount of my appetizer! My order was almost $50!!! That's not my issue as we tried to get things sorted out as soon as we got home with our food! We normally don't call to complain but the food was so unedible that we HAD to follow up because our order was almost $50!! So now I'm out that money and had to order from ANOTHER place to have food and spend even even more money all because they REFUSED to make their correction. Even today they are refusing to right their wrong! Never EVER returning to this place! read more

I walked in- they were slow to seat me. I had work to do during lunch but they have no internet. When I asked the waitress for the passcode- she refused to give it to me. I walked out and laughed. So much for my working lunch. They lost their two best servers months ago and it has really gone down hill. read more

My husband and I went for lunch today September 23rd, our server Robert was great, he answered all of our questions and made us feel valued as customers, very friendly and helpful. We had free boneless chicken wings with the purchase a pizza, we had the pizza of the month delicious, thin crust with vodka sauce, sausage, Italian sausage, red peppers and 2 kind of cheese. Tried their "famous" Taco Pizza. It was pretty good. It has the meat/sauce mixture on the crust with some melted cheese. Crust was semi thin but was able to hold all the stuff. The next layer was crushed tortilla chips, lettuce, and shredded cheese. It's pretty thick overall so stuff falls off. A fellow reviewer recommended asking to melt the chase on top and we did. All in all it was a good but not great. I would recommend getting the smallest size because leftovers are trash as they do not reheat. Our server was really good this time. If you have food allergies do not eat here, my daughter is allergic to all soy products. We started the conversation with our server Meg who was very nice, but had no idea what would be safe for her to eat. She went to the kitchen and asked the chef what the pizza crust contained, Meg came back and told us that the chef was not sure what was in any of the food but the salad should be safe to eat. We politely asked to speak to the manager or the owner, the owner came to the table and told us that she was a small business owner and did not know what her food contained, I am sorry but that is not an acceptable answer. With all of the food allergies that are out there today you should know what the products are that you are using in your restaurant, and offer to go and read a label at least. read more

We will not be returning to Ed n Joes. Had a reservation in the bar for a concert that we were very much looking forward to. We arrived and were assigned a table. Was sitting there 10-15 minutes and was approached by the hostess telling us that we have to move to another table outside of the bar because someone else was going to get our table. Haven't been in a while and thought we would give it a try for a carry out order. Got our usual selection of one cheese and one sausage, green pepper, onion. While we didn't order them well done both came out that way. The cheese seemed to have a lot of sauce around the edges the middle was lacking. I really enjoyed the pizza! The waitress recommended it and I am usually leery about pizza but I ordered it any way. The fact that we were there for lunch and it came with a free app didn't hurt. We ordered the Buffalo chicken bites (there's other flavors to choose from) and each got a small pizza. Thin crust of course. It was crispy and happy that I was given the option of the pepperoni on top of the cheese cuz who likes steamed pepperoni under the cheese?! I was too full for the desserts that sounded too good to pass up but that's a reason to come back as well. It was our first time here and dropped in on our Saturday errands run. The place is cozy with a take out area, bar area and dining room. We were able to sit at the windows and people and pet watch as it was a nice day. It was a comfortable place to be. We ordered pizza but our server didn't bring the chicken. PLEASE don't advertise something that isn't delivered. We always order from here because they have gluten free options but after today's experience, I am questioning where to order next. Ordered online, which does give you an option to order ANY size gluten free Crust then add $2. After order was placed, received a call only one size okay, that's fine. Picked up the food and asked if I would receive adjustment to card that was already charged since there was an up charge for the original size of gluten free. I was told credit on next order. Picked up the pizzas and arrived to my daughters to see the gluten free crust pizza was raw. Called and cashier stated 15 minutes a new one would be ready, requested it be cooked well done. I was given the newly cooked pizza which was also raw. I asked them to put it back in. The girl said "this is how we always cook them" which is wrong because I've never had this issue before. They put it back in, when I arrived back to house. The crust is literally sticking to the board and falls apart when trying to get a slice. I did not call back again since I already called before, drove back to get a fully cooked pizza and was told by the cashier this is how it always is. Disappointing that first, I was not able to eat when the rest of my family ate. Secondly, I drove back to get a pizza that still was not cooked the second time around and then employee did not try to make the situation right even after the second attempt of getting a cooked pizza, but instead a form of belittling towards me. I was in the area and my girlfriend told me about Ed & Joe's taco pizza. So of course I ordered the Taco Pizza to go which I have never had before and it was pretty good. It was hearty and loaded with shredded cheese, tomato, meat, lettuce and tortilla. I didn't know it would be this big so I ordered the "Family" size and we have enough leftovers for the next couple nights. It came with salsa and sour cream which was also delicious.
