It's easy for Yelpers to give negative reviews when they are mad but never take the time to write a positive review. 2014 I inquired about a corvette stingray and talked to Guss he was very helpful and actually had me wait for the new model coming out with all the upgraded features(8 speed transmission and etc.) Yes it was worth the wait and he beat every price in California...how do I know? I called multiple dealerships and not only did they not want to work up numbers they wanted to mark the stingray up 10k+ on sticker! Now a few years have gone by and I just got a chevy truck from Guss and he got me into the Midnight Edition that I love! Took it in this morning for an oil change he new I had to be at work and he arranged a ride for me. (I live in Visalia and dealership is in Dinuba) I am forever loyal to this dealership! I purchased a vehicle from them almost 2 months ago. Paid cash and was told we would receive our tags, pink slip and registration within a few weeks. I understand that the DMV is backed up. So giving them the benefit of the doubt we waited. After a month we called the DMV our self's and were told that they never received the payment for all the back payments that were due from the previous owner. And they could not do anything until this was paid. I called the dealer only to be told that the girl in charge of the DMV paperwork was out for another few weeks and nothing could be done until she was back. Still another week passed and now they said they would send it out today. Why did it take so long to send it? And why wait until I complained? They were quick to take my money. Our salesman, Anthony was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles on the lot especially the Tahoe that we purchased. I went into Ed Dena's last month looking for cars. I wasn't expecting to walk out with the car I did. I absolutely LOVE it. My sales man, Anthony, was extremely helpful and patient with me. He spent hours showing me vehicle after vehicle. He made sure I didn't leave the lot without the car I truly wanted. I've worked in sales myself and I can say he's an amazing salesman. This place has the worst service ever. If you buy are car here don't purchase an extended warranty. Expect to leave it for a couple of days. If you even get through the web of phone recordings for an appointment. Dropped off my Chevy Cruze for a service. They didn't reset the counter and never finished the service. My wife and I went back the next day to have them fill the DEF tank. We had to wait two hours for a 10 minute deal. Gotta say don't do it! My wife got here car here. Sold her a lemon. Needed whole new engine after a year. Every time she took it in they overcharged her. Driver side mirror broke off and was dangling, they quoted around 1000 dollars to fix. Local mechanic fixed it for 10 bucks. I've heard stories from others even worse. Services department telling clients they needed work done that was not needed. Replacing "old" sparkplug that had been already changed out a month ago. Stuff like that. read more

I didn't have a great experience when I was there. For starters the sales associate (Juan Torres) sat me down at his desk and asked me to pick out a couple trucks before we went out. I picked out two trucks that I wanted to see. Juan got the keys for the one vehicle and said he would get the keys to the second later. After looking at the first vehicle we began walking back inside. I believe after I explained to Juan that I was only browsing today and not ready to purchase his mood changed. I asked about the second vehicle and he said its pretty much like the first vehicle that I saw. I still wanted to get a close up look at it. We walked over to the vehicle but was unable to look inside due to Juan never retrieving the keys. He told me it looks exactly the same as the other vehicle and the only thing that was different were the floor mats. I feel if I'm spending $40,000 I should be able to see the inside of the vehicle. After going back inside the office it seemed that Torres was no longer willing to help me in buying a truck. While back in the office we spoke a little while longer, but Juan wasn't really interested in helping me anymore. After Juan told me that another dealership lied to me about the amount of money they were going to give me fore my trade in, I thanked him and began walking out of the building. While on my way out of the building another employee made a very rude comment to me. He said "I hope you have gold bars in the back of your car because that's the only way your getting that much money". All in all my car buying experience was horrible and not what I was expecting when I went in that day. Would not recommend anyone to go to this dealership. read more

I took my pickup in to get the window motor fixed on a Wednesday, and was asked to make an appointment. I was able to make one for the next day at 8 in the morning, I had class from 7 to 11 and figured missing one class wouldn't be the end of the world as long as I got my truck fixed, seeing as how I couldn't go to school with my window rolled down anyways. Well, I wouldn't have had such a horrible experience with these people if they didn't take 3 days to fix something that should take 30 minutes to an hour. The problem was they kept putting people in front of me who apparently were more important, and on top of that, they didn't even touch my car until the second day! By the time I got my pickup back I had to pay $130 for what was supposed to be warranty work because the people I have a warranty with said there is no way a window motor should take 3 days to fix! At first, they told me that the warranty didn't cover window motors which was obviously a lie. I wish I would've known these people like to take advantage of people they think are stupid before I went to them. You have been warned! read more

My car had a leak in the water pump when I went to get an oil change they found out and they told me to go a week later too make sure it really was a water leak and definitely when I went back I needed a new water pump, I had my 3 kids with me while I waited! They told me my car would need to stay over night and if I wanted a rental! Yes of course! So I got a rental! Well the next day my car was ready and I was running late and they close at 5:30pm I called and spoke too Jose he told me he would wait for me to get there! I got there after 5:30pm and Jose, Ken, and Lupe were all waiting for me so that I can return the rental and get my own car back! Thank you so much I had an awesome experience I'm also so grateful for the extra warranty I have for my car, I paid nothing for the repairs or the rental, all I did was put gas in the rental!! I bought a used car for a lot of money..... They let me leave the Car lot the same evening with a low tire pressure light on and the oil light on, when I contacted them immediately they said to call back the next morning and they would make it right, I called the next morning and then they told me they wanted me to pay $1600, after haggling with them they said they would pay half which was 800 I told them that I would not pay that and that I would've never driven it off the lot that evening except for they had already driven off and left me in the parking lot, I have had continuous problem since then the computer went out the transmission went out all in a matter of a few months, i cannot even get a sales person finance manager or even Ed Dena himself to return a phone call...... I would never ever ever again use this car dealership, their behavior was as if it were a ma & pa car lot on a deserted street.......I feel stupid for leaving with one of their vehicles.... I understand that when you buy a vehicle USED they can't guarantee what will happen once you drive off, my gripe is not that I had problems with the vehicle right away it was that Ed Denas did not back their product or even show any kind of concerned for you once you have signed the papers....I would never recommend this dealership to anyone needless to say read more

We live out of state an heard how amazing Ed Deana's dealership was so we purchased a vehicle from Visalia's Ed Dena's in October 2015, in Jan 2016 we were having some issues with the vehicle due to improper installment, we also have gotten a few tickets frm the improper installment, unfortunately because the issue our vehicle has, an being that we live out of state no one in our area would fix it without the dealerships approval, with that being said we called to get the approval an the dealership either never returned our phone calls or gave us a run around, we finally drove down to the dealership in Jan 2017 to talk to them but the person that we need to speak with was unavailable an were told no one eles was able to help us with our issue, we left with a card and number of the person we had to speak with an we have still have yet to hear from anyone. In May of 2017 we were in an accident do to my tire braking off while driving, which i had my newborn son, 2 daughters, fiance, and myself, thank God nothing happened to us. My overall experience with them has been a the the least to say stressful, one-sided, an silent on there behalf, as I write this my vehicle is sitting undrivable while I still have to make my monthly payment. This was a repurchase from GM. The dealership had very little interest in working with me. While GM was very cordial and wanted to help. When I went to exchange cars there was some confusion about what to do and that's not my complaint. After picking up the car I drove straight back to work upon arriving one of my co-workers said hey you have a dent in the passenger door. When I called Gus back he said well we only pulled it off the truck and put it together. I said well I only drove it to work and just got out of it. He then said well I'll have my dent guy call you. I was so impressed that I came back the next week and bought my 2012 Chrysler 300. This being my first car buying experience, they were more than willing to answer every question I had. This dealership is one of the worst I have ever been to. The sales staff wasn't bad, but not great. The worst part of this dealership is their parts and services department. I bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze with a lowered suspension. Car was nice. Now almost 2 years later, I have had multiple problems with the tires-I'm constantly replacing them. . One particular instance of one my tires had stated to warp by the sidewell, and there wasn't any traces of I'll treatment. I did some research and found out that my tire would be covered by the standard warranty by the aftermarket distributor. I called Ed Dena's parts and services and put in my claim. I had called every few days, and still no update. The manager's name is Dave. He is hard to get a hold of, and doesn't really get back to people within a reasonable time. If you're in the Ca Central California area, steer clear of this dealership. Their service is horrible and the staff are lackluster. I will never go back here for any services. If I could give 0 stars, I would not hesitate to do so. read more
