Ventured upstate to pick some apples and decided to stop by here from some grub and local cider. The reviews are stellar, and I am so happy that the reviews are accurate. The boyfriend and I shared a flight of local brews, wings, truffle fries, and a pork chop. This was plenty of food for us two, we left completely stuffed and happy. The wings were quite average but we devoured the entire plate. The pork chop was cooked perfectly and the corn salsa on top was so delicious. I'm not too crazy about fries but they were perfectly crispy and seasoned. The service was fantastic too- my server checked up on us a healthy amount of times and gave me awesome recommendations for the beer flight. My friends and I decided to try this restaurant for dinner during our stay in Warwick area because their menu appealed to us. It seemed like a popular place to eat at. After half hour of wait time, we were seated. There were not problems with ordering food but we waited over an hour for it to come. Our one appetizer didn't even come until the very end, which was the eggplant meatballs. At that point, we lost appetite for food (and hangry). The food was great but I wished I didn't have to wait so long. We overheard one of the waitresses mentioning that their service was slow because 6 of their workers were on vacation. Yeah!! When I seen the pork belly tacos on the special menu, it was a no brainer! That, with an IPA out of NYC was the perfect lunch. This is a good place but there were some issues. With reservations the wait is pretty long. The other thing Was there were several mistakes with our order. The appetizers were great but the burgers were dry. Everything we asked to remove from the food based on allergies were either left on or added to other ppls food. Went to eat here recently. The atmosphere seems very nice. Some nice artwork on the walls. We were seated quickly. They have a lot of craft beers to choose from. I ordered the Bad Ass Burger, cooked medium. The burger was served well done but that May be because of the cajun seasoning in the meat. However, the burger tasted very good and had a lot of blue cheese crumbles on it. The bacon on it was good as well. I did not care for the BBQ sauce that it came with and I was glad I ordered it on the side. The fries were good and cooked well. It could have been a better plate with some lettuce and tomato. The waitress service was very good and she was on her game. Bottom Line: This was a very good burger, it was cooked a little well for me and could use lettuce, tomato or coleslaw. It was still a very burger, one of the best around. If you like craft beer then I would say come here and try some out. They were so tasty just drenched in oil. It's an A+plus service to everyone considering with busy tables, non stop phone calls and putting people on the wait list. Price is definitely worth it, portion is big to share. I got the roadhouse burger with bacon, raw onion, egg and potato sticks. Burger was good, a little over cooked for my taste but the flavor was there. I asked for medium and it came back well done. My wife got the breakfast burger and she had the same issue. They also didn't give her truffle fries but out waitress was kind enough to remove it from the receipt. My daughter got the turkey burger and she said it was the best turkey burger she's ever had. Not sure she even has anything else to compare to but that's what she said. First time in the town of Warwick and as we walked around taking in the charm, we got a bit thirsty so we stopped by Eddie's Roadhouse ( Thanks Yelpers!) it's a small place but it has charm to it. Their cocktail/beer menu is pretty dam good. Local beers and spirits. The food that we ordered, (chicken parm w/vodka sauce and the angry shrimp) were so good. So good in fact that I had to eat it all and it ended up spoiling my dinner plans for later. i was so stuffed and the drinks were so good, I wish we could have stayed later than we did. There is so much to say about Eddies Roadhouse from the service to the food. Eddie was so gracious and excited about his food which was delicious and farm fresh! My husband and I had the short ribs with mashed sweet potatos while my son had the burger who said it was the best burger he ever had. We order from Eddie's at least once a week and sometimes get an extra meal for another day! Wish we had a restaurant like this in Greenwood Lake. We literally have never gotten a bad meal here, and we haven't even tried the amazing burgers yet (not sure how well they will travel for takeout). And when I come in to pickup, the staff are always very friendly, super sweet and attentive. Because I lost my brother to Covid, I still don't feel comfortable dining in just yet. This place was fantastic! Came here with a group of friends, for a friend's birthday on a Wednesday evening. We had called ahead to reserve a table, since they do not do reservations. When we arrived, the place was somewhat empty. After looking at the menu, there were so many options to choose from (for both drinks and food). None of us ordered cocktails, but I highly recommend trying one cause they all looked so good! I ordered the vegetarian burger with truffle fries, as did one of my other friends. Kind of inconsistent but when it's good, it's really good. I hadn't gone in years because I'd had a few bad experiences, but I gave it another shot a few weeks ago for Saturday lunch. We got the calamari to start, which was super crispy and perfectly seasoned, I got a pulled chicken bahn mi that was huge and loaded with really good house pickled vegetables, and my girlfriend had a burger that was slightly more done than she wanted it but the quality of the beef and everything else meant it wasn't an issue. Went a few nights ago and hadone of my favorite bloody marys in the area and great wings, but my girlfriend's steak didn't have a great sear on it and hadn't rested long enough, her Caesar didn't have anchovies on it (Which the server specifically asked if she wanted them and she said yes), and my chicken sandwich was just okay (It was listed on the specials as a hot chicken sandwich, which I assumed would be a fried chicken tossed in sauce, but it was grilled chicken with hot sauce under the greens. I wouldn't have minded but it was sort of expensive for what it was). Beer selection is always on point, the service is great, and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for food or drinks. Possible that they need more staff in the kitchen on the weekdays, but even when they're a little off it's still better than most of the food in Warwick. read more

Took a day trip to Warwick with my wife this past Thursday and found Eddie's Roadhouse. I ordered a mixed drink which was awesome, and used local gin, my wife had a craft beer.. which they have a great selection. The food was fantastic, I had a cheese steak and my wife had the crispy chicken sandwich... both had their own twist and were unique and delicious. Staff was friendly, atmosphere was a LITTLE loud and it was a little bit cold inside but other than that, we were comfortable. The menu selections are pretty diverse - we were taken aback by how many burger varieties and interesting sandwiches they offered. While we waited we went and played pool across the street and gave the host our phone number and told him to call when our table was ready. I think I need to come here again to see whether I would rate this place a 3.5 or a 4, but I had a nice first experience. When we got in on a Saturday around 4 pm, we waited 10 minutes for a table. Compared to other restaurants in the area, this one was definitely more filled than others. I ordered the turkey burger (minus the jalapenos) and it came with handcut fries. It's sometimes hard to get turkey burgers that have any juiciness so I was pleasantly surprised with this one. I really liked the sauce on the burger and the avocados. The fries were also very well cooked. The size of the burger was definitely enough to keep you full. The service was pretty good and we didn't feel abandoned to the corner. The place got pretty loud, which makes it hard to have a really in-depth conversation. The entrees will run you about $20, and the sandwiches and burgers around $13-14. He selected two beers similar to the style beer we were asking for. The beer was delicious and enjoyable. We had wings for an app, split buffalo & bbq and it was bomb. My boyfriend and I have a passion for wings and we were impressed. We ordered burgers for our entrees, mine was the "Stix" burger and my boyfriend chose the "Garlic Aioli" burger and boy, was it good. My burger was cooked to perfection and everything on the burger tasted fresh and had a powerful, yet satisfying taste to each bite. My boyfriend said his burger "had a perfect charcoal taste and the bun was super fresh." Also, "the garlic aioli was off the wall." I normally try not be corny and post yelp reviews but I felt this place deserved my overly detailed experience. The bartenders were awesome and looked excited to help us have a great dinner.
