I recently went to The Fed of Warwick with a few friends and we had a really great experience. We started with the pita, spreads, and olives for the table, which was a perfect light start. Drinks were on point too, the margaritas and mimosas were especially good. For food, we had a mix of items like the beet salad and a few cheddar classic burgers, and everything came out just how we asked. They were also really accommodating with modifications, including gluten-free options, which made everyone feel comfortable ordering. So my friend brought me here weeks ago and I was pretty impressed. I love the ambiance from the barrels stacked in the middle of the bar, the architecture, to the art adorning the walls. The bartender was extremely attentive, friendly, and patient. Service was also very quick. I had the hamburger which I still have no idea how i was able to finish with no room for dessert. Service was a bit sub par for Sunday brunch hour. We were seated and took quite awhile for the waitress to come over and take our orders. It took quite a few asks to get water refilled or even check in on us throughout the meal. The food fell a little flat for the price point. The coconut shrimp was the best thing we ate. Large crunchy shrimp with a few dipping sauces. The souvlaki was more of a taco than a mini souvlaki. The toothpick was also impossible to take off the shrimp making it a bit of a challenge to eat. The homemade pita wasn't my favorite. It was lacking the fluffy pull apart texture of a pita and was more dry and gummy. The presentation is nice but for plates that average about $24 it's a little high for the delivery. read more

The Fed is delicious each time I have been. It is a little on the pricey side, but hey, it's Warwick. The service each time I've been has been great with the bartender recommending good drinks. I can recommend their burgers which are quite tasty especially when paired with the truffle fries. Their classic sangria pairs perfectly for a nice meal. It's centrally located in downtown Warwick. Due to the nature of the structure (an old bank), its has high ceilings and the sound does carry so I would file this as good for a group, but not if you are looking to have a one on one conversation. read more

I love how they incorporated aspects of the building's history as a bank into the interior design. The menu is rather inflated price wise but our burgers were huge and delicious. Fries were decent, though I prefer thicker cut fries. Service was friendly but a little inattentive. The beverage glasses are too small and they need to serve their water with ice. We dropped in on Valentine's Day at 5 pm expecting to have a nice cocktail on the nonalcoholic menu. We were seated at the " low bar " section of the bar which would be perfect for our family member who usually comes in his chair. Accessible design. The restaurant itself is exceptionally renovated in the old Chase bank and has been restored to pristine glamour. High ceilings, low noise levels, elegant finishes. Perfect date night place in this tiny Main Street with excellent flattering up-lighting the inside trees. We decided to try the food which was a delicious Barbq sandwich and superb French fries. And, a pita souvlaki. Pretty sure based on our visit that the menu is all great. It's casual. But very very nice. Delightful to find a new favorite here in the village. read more

LOVED the Fed!! This is a brand new business, which will of course have kinks. I read some of the bad reviews and don't think it's fair for people to be so critical of a new place. The interior is gorgeous, the food and drinks were delicious and our service was very good. We were given the wrong fries but the waiter immediately made it right, which is all I would expect him to do. Again, a new business. Be patient, people! Very disappointed. Beautiful space but the food was not good and very pricey. I had made a reservation through open table and received confirmation. When we got there and asked for our table they had no record of our reservation. We ended up sitting at a high top which was not comfortable. The waitress was very nice but I will not be going back to this establishment. If you are looking for Greek food in Warwick I highly recommend Opa. If I could give it zero stars, that would seem fair. The staff is thoughtless regarding the menu and potential allergens. The overpriced food sadly cannot save the egregiously inefficient service. I ordered a mocktail and received the actual cocktail. Our food took 2 hours to arrive. When I spoke to the manager she feigned apologies and nothing was comped despite the awful service. I enjoyed my time at the Fed, but I wouldn't go back. My table of 6 and I had sent $500 during our dinner and after an hour and a half spent at the table in total, they asked us to vacate the table since they had another group coming in. At that moment, the two tables next to us were completely free and washed and no parties were waiting to be seated. We went out to dinner with family friends to catch up for the holidays, and we were shocked that for the price of the food, they rushed us throughout appetizers and entrees and wouldn't let us stay at the table for the 2 hours most restaurants allow. Additionally, the size of the dishes widely differed for the price. The sausage appetizer included 1 sausage link cut into 4 for approx $20 (nothing special about the sausage) whereas the burger was large for around the same price. It seems like the restaurant doesn't know how they quite want to style the dishes/menu yet. read more

Stopped in to see the place...loved it. Sat at the bar - I had a casamigo anejo on the rocks and my friend had a soda. Wish I looked at the menu before I ordered it. If you plan on coming, I highly advise you to look at the drink menu. They charged 29.00 for 1.5 oz tequila. That is the cost for half a .75 liter bottle! I drink this everywhere... not even NYC or Nashville has ever had the nerve to charge that much. I'm just in shock and disappointed that they would do this. read more

we went last night . waiter was inexperienced although nice and unable to handle his tables , meal took a long time to come out and when it did - food came out cold , no management stopped at table to apologize or explain . we had to ask for bread plates and empty glasses to be removed . Atmosphere is nice but very loud due to high ceilings and stone floors. Also there is No sitting at bar unless that is where you reserve your spot .The entire thing was reserved when we arrived . hopefully they can work out the kinks and improve to become the upscale restaurant they are trying to become . read more

Been thinking about this since dining there 2 weeks ago on a Saturday. Initial experience a week prior walking in without a reservation and was told by the 2 hostesses that both the bar and restaurant were completely booked when there were seats available. I understand another Google review called this out. I am not faulting them for this. We had reservations this time. The decor lighting and ambiance is great. We had the corner seat by the old vault door. The high ceilings do make it a bit noisy. Speaking of high ceilings, I feel they could have added a wrought iron spiral staircase leading to a catwalk 10 feet above the floor around 3 of the four walls and add a bunch of 2 tops to accommodate more patrons. Nevertheless beautiful decor. The menu is decidedly Greek/Mediterranean which is fine, but the decor, bank location and name makes me think steak. I thought they would at least have a steak special but they did not. It would be nice if they featured a prime Filet and/or Ribeye special. The service was great and our waiter was attentive as was the busser filling our water glasses. I ordered the Older Fashioned and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a glass of Tempranillo with my main and it too was great. The fresh pita and olives with tapenade was delicious, we ordered the Zucchini Fritter Balls which were also great. I ordered the Baby Back RibWich, which seemed to be a gourmet take on a McRib. It was also delicious. My only complaint is that it was too much food! The slab of pork on there must have been 10-12 ounces. The pickles and onions could have been cut a little thinner but it was overall very delicious. My guest ordered the Eggplant Souvlaki and it too was delicious. I did not think it overly expensive but on par for Warwick. They seem to be hitting their stride since opening and would definitely go back again. read more

So the Fed finally opened and the owner was at least smart enough to pick the beautiful old bank that was there before. I have to say they did a nice job remolding it with beautiful decor and accessories. Still felt like the place needed something but the food made me forget what that was. The food...where do I start. Spoiler alert...sub par at best. We started with the Zucchini Balls that were golden brown but the inside was definitely not cooked enough. My kids ordered a sausage appetizer that was way over priced and mediocre. My son's burger was good, but my daughter's steak souvlaki was horrible. Too much to explain on that one. My Hellenic Frittes was bland and will not be remembered. The fries were not good at all. McDonald's make better fries. I CANNOT BELIEVE I DIDN'T LIKE THE FRIES...TRULY SAD. The drinks were actually the only thing that was good but not enough. They really need to up their food to match with the rest of the place. What a shame for such a beautiful building. read more

I was SO excited to hear that there was a new Greek place in town. Unfortunately this place is barely Greek. I ordered the shrimp souvlaki and it was awful. Not only was the entire menu ridiculously overpriced, but the shrimp souvlaki was basically a taco with TWO shrimps in each of the three "tacos". More than half the taco was filled with just guacamole. Not what I was expecting as a "small plate," it was just an over-complicated dish. It was terrible. Half the menu is just burgers in which is just a missed opportunity to put a Greek specialty like a gyro menu instead. We don't need more burger places we already have so many in Warwick. They also charge for refills AND sides which sucks as if the prices aren't already high enough. This place is a glorified Eddie's in disguise. I'm sticking with Opa. read more

Unique presentation of my burger the fries both were delicious. Service was great. Upscale decor. Only downside is they need the popular beer as a choice but it didn't bother me just the group of guys who left because of it. read more
