We found a large pool of water in our garage and couldn't trace it back to any particular area. The only thing I was certain of was it was coming from within our unit. Based on past experience, I called and left him a message. Eddie replied to my message in less than 15 minutes advising that he'd have a team dispatched later that day. After leak detection, they were able to trace the leak to a pipe that was buried into a slab of concrete. They got to work and fixed the issue in a very timely manner. Eddie's Rooter Works is the plumber to call. Heard a drip, but didn't see any faucet or shower dripping. All us home owners, know that's not a good sign. Called Eddie's and they came out an identified, by going under the house, thru crawl space in bedroom closet, a very small hole in pipe in bathroom. Wow where do I start, I met Eddie in the mid 90's in Carson California. He was a teenager and a member of the Los Angeles County Fire Dept. Explore program. He was young, aggressive and very talented, just the type of man the department was looking for. Fast forward twenty years Our paths crossed in a plumbing supply store. He had moved on in his career objectives and was working as a plumber for another company. Fast forward again I was is urgent need of a plumber, I was dealing with another company and was getting the run around which was very frustrating my wife and I. I had remembered that Eddie and I exchanged information so I called him, he answered but he didn't catch on to who I was. He was at my home a hour or so later to assess the issue. He returned the next morning with Brian, Eric, Jimmy and David formulated a plan and started the job. I failed to mention integrity as one of his characteristics. We had been without hot water for a couple weeks at this point and within a couple of hours we had hot water. Our home was built in 1968 and for some reason the builder ran waterlines under the slab so fifty years later the lines begin to fail. We elected reroute all the plumbing through the ceiling which was a major project. The crew is almost done with the job which has created a mess, the guys clean up everyday before leaving which is also a blessing. I'll finish my review later but to this point Eddie's Rooter Works has exceeded our expectations. To this point they have have earned five plus stars, his guy's speak very highly of Eddie and I'll speak highly of them! Today 4/29/20 Well today's notes are the conclusions of last weeks review. When I returned home to check the on the progress of the job they had started, it was all done! All new copper plumbing, clean install, no leaks, replaced drain from kitchen to main drain & most importantly No Water Lines in or Under the SLAB! After dealing with 3 other plumbers in the past, finally got a recommendation from a friend to call Eddie's. Had a leak in our outside water line that was difficult to access - under a retaining wall of a concrete enclosure. Eddie, Eric, and the crew did a great job locating the leak and doing everything needed to minimize the disturbance in the process of fixing the leaks. As an add-on, I asked him to find replacements for our (non-std German brand) shower handles. Eddie went out of his way to locate compatible handles and replaced them! Thank you Eddie!!! I was experiencing an annoying humming and I couldn't figure it out. I called a Plummer not Eddie and gave me a very outrages quote. I wanted the humming gone but didn't want to pay that extreme amount. I starting going down the list on yelp and came across Eddies. Decided to give him a call and I was glad I did. Ed has cleared the drains for my house, he has repaired the shower plumbing and has recently replaced the galvanized pipe with copper in my house. He came over quickly for all the problems and was thorough in his work. He made sure everything was explained and completed as asked. Ed also was really inexpensive for the services he rendered. I called several other plumbers about replacing the galvanized pipe and Ed was the least expensive and least condescending about what needs to be done. I want to give a super 5-Star review to Eddie's Rooter Works! They did a fantastic job replacing part of our main sewer line...sawing out 12' of the concrete pad, jackhammering through the foundation, excavating 1' or more down to the corroded 3" cast iron pipe from the 1960s, and successfully managing to tie all of the connected pipes into a brand new ABS system, topped off with a great-looking new concrete floor. Brian ran the job on-site and was really professional, communicative and great to be around. Ed was totally on top of everything, and all of the guys who showed up to work had a great work ethic and attitude. Lastly, Ed's price was beyond fair, far lower than our previous plumber's (Radisic Plumbing) bid. There is just about no job a homeowner dreads more than replacing a sewer line under a concrete pad, but we were really lucky and 100% satisfied using Eddie's Rooter Works! read more

After dealing with an absolute horrible plumbing contractor, we were a bit nervous about hiring another plumbing contractor to correct all the issues from the first one. Eddie came out and looked everything over, gave us a list of all the corrections and pricing to do so. Eddie was there to oversee the work and was very attentive to doing it the right way and not the fast easy way. He and his crew went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done, not just correctly, but also aesthetically correct. I would not hesitate to recommend them as they are a 1st class crew. They always left the property cleaner than when they came in and their work is impeccable. I know that if there were any problem or concern, they would be there immediately to address and correct any issue....but judging from the work they have performed thus far, I doubt they have any recalls at all. I had a leak inside my house and found it on Wed. Called AHS and they assigned someone for the job who came later that day, who just saw the issue and recommended a leak detection company. Later AHS assigned another company to come out and they couldn't come out for another 7 days!! That is when I remembered driving behind an Eddie's Rooter Works van that morning on my way to the office.It sounded like they can take care of the problem. I called Eddie and was able to scheduled a visit for the next day. He came right on time and took care of the problem right away. I am so thankful to Eddie and his team. They were very professional and CLEAN!! They wore masks and when making the hole on my wall to access the leaking pipes, they had a cloth on the floor, a vacuum and even cleaned my floor afterwards. They also found the problem right away. I don't usually write reviews, but they deserve all the praise. I have kids and we were turning off the water to minimize the damage. I was having the hardest time finding a plumber to install a reverse osmosis filtration system for me. I called about 10, some were booked (and graciously called me back to tell me that), some initially said they'd do the work but then wouldn't return my calls, and then there was Ed. Ed actually answered the phone when I called, said he was in the area and would come on over. He was the second plumber to come by that day to give me a quote and not only gave me a much better price he said he could do the work right then. And he did! He also foresaw and overcame a few challenges (limited space, and some missing parts that were supposed to come with the filtration system) and he was gracious, courteous, professional, took the time to touch base and communicate with me throughout the job when things came up and then he was done and all cleaned up! And now I have delicious water! No more jug lugging to fill at the store! The install looks beautiful, really quality work, I couldn't be happier! read more
