Unfortunately my boiler need to be replaced, the AO smith company stopped making the same size boiler and refused to give me a new one. I had to bargain with them, the same time the owner Jay was standing by and told me after I talk to the company he would help me right away. AO Smith did not honor the 6 years warranty, I paid for 66 gallon but they only reimburse me for a 55 gallon. I have 3 babies, I can't wait and let them take cold shower, so I told Jay, and he was very nice helped me found the boiler and replaced it. Jay is really kind and has a heart for you. I called Jorge and he came out on time to take a look and provide us with a quote. His pricing was reasonable and we set a time for his guys to come out and do the work. They removed all of our exiting gas lines and installed a brand new gas Tankless water heater. The 2 gentlemen that came out (Leonel and Osvaldo) were super nice and did an awesome job (they work super clean). Within 2 days they ran the new gas lines and installed the new tankless water heater. Everything has been working great now (its been a few months). I will be having them come out to install a Gas Pool water heater as well in the near future, cant wait to get that done and report back.
