They went above and beyond to detect that the leak wasn't plumbing related per se but caused by a bad seal on the roof line where my sewer vents/plumbing stacks meet the outside. They stayed for two hours and were very thorough. Can't thank them enough. Next I called RP Smith Plumbing because they only had 4 total Yelp reviews. My mistake was that I should have called RP Smith first. Upon calling at 9am on Sunday morning, they answered immediately. They had a technician contact me and subsequently respond to my house within an hour. The technician quickly fixed the broken water main, and a cracked sprinkler pipe and had us back up and running in about an hour. Since it was a weekend, I was expecting to be charged an arm & a leg but the bill was very reasonable and definitely less than I expected. I am very happy with their service, promptness, and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to anyone (friends, family, or clients). I believe the techs name was Felix (I am horrible with names) and he was awesome. Thanks to him and RP Smith, I am a happy customer. 5 Stars all day.

They removed all of our exiting gas lines and installed a brand new gas Tankless water heater.
