First experience here was awful. I ordered online here from their "hosted" online menu. That part was fairly easy. When I get there, that's when it fell apart... online gave me a total of 16.05, I get to the restaurant and I am told a different- lower price. Granted I was expecting and willing to pay the 16.05. They told me the total was 15.50 which was fine I mean it's only a dollar, we hand the woman 16 bucks. She gives me back .80? Confused I asked the price again and she told me 15.50 and I advised her she gave me too much money back. She just walks away from me... ok ummm thanks? Next comes the pizza... after having high suspicion due to the weird interaction so far I decided to open up the pizza before I left ... well it was wrong. I ordered black olives on my pizza and they put green olives. (I hate green olives) Their explanation ... get ready to laugh.... "We ran out of black olives, so we just put green olives on it." I was speechless ... mind you bc I ordered online they had all of my contact info so that god forbid they could reach me if needed... like oh we are out of black olives .. are green ok? My response would have been no. Then they had the audacity to tell me that I SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEM TO MAKE SURE THE ORDER WAS RIGHT!!!!!! when I asked them to remake or refund my money they just looked at me like deer in the headlights. At this point I was so upset I just walked out with the pizza... now I'm sitting here picking off an exuberant amount of olives bc they decided that oh we don't have any black ones so let's throw a ridiculous amount of green ones on... Great pizza... But be aware of the nasty woman on the phone, no customer skills all. She needs to go get a customer service book for dummies at Barnes and Nobles . "Thanks" is not in her dictionary and she needs classes on how to treat her neighborhood clients better on the phone. We have great places around with better customer service. If I could do a minus 10, I would. This is the third time in two years that we have ordered from them. The reason it was only 10 is because of the bad food and service. We keep thinking they will change. NO WAY. I would like to know what that meat is that is in the Italian sub. It looks like ham and taste like rot. Plus, meat in an Italian sub is always cut thin to get more variety. This one has the rot, cheese and sweet capicol. That's it. The Sausage and ziti I ordered had a sauce that tasted like it was from the bottle (or Can). The sausages from Alfredo's come WHOLE and there are two. Not some cut and smashed up meat. I've spent a lot of money here since April 2017 and I always find myself disappointed in one way of another but I keep giving it another chance because I want to support local business and this place is super close to my house but damn I can't do it anymore! Eddy's cashier is incredibly rude and has taken my order incorrectly many times, on the occasion she does get my order right the cooks mess up, parts of my delivery are often left out, but what really turned me away was the "rewards program." Like I said I've spent a lot of money here so I signed up for the rewards program, the last time I earned $10 off a $15 order the manager would not honor my reward! He insisted it was $10 off if I spend $25 so I showed him the receipt from my last order saying I earned the reward, I showed him the email I received from their site saying I earned the reward, and I showed him the info on their website saying $10 off a purchase of $15 or more when the correct number of points is earned. He insisted all of that was wrong and my bill would stay as is. I started to walk out and told him I'm not paying for it, that's horrible customer service and I will take my business elsewhere THEN he decided to "be a good guy and let me have it my way though he didn't have to." I simply LOVE this place. Their food is so cheap but amazing quality. The service has never been anything less than superb.

The food isn't spectacular but it's the service that will keep me from going back. I ordered online and had the proof of my order. When it was delivered wrong and I called to have it fixed the women wouldn't send the replacement without fighting with me about how it was my fault. I think the exact words were "next time you need to order it correctly." Are you kidding me? My company orders from Eddy's place on a weekly basis. Their food is the best around. I am a resident of Medford, MA and I've visited alot of sub shops there and I think Eddy's is the best sub shop Medford has to offer. If I could give a negative star rating I would. We ordered food from here online and after waiting an hour we called to see what the hold up was. they claimed they tried to call us 4 times to tell us they could not complete the order because they didn't have a brownie. Mind you this was a $42 order and they left us waiting over a damn brownie. BUT we did not recieve any call hence the reason we called them. the girl that answered was very frustrated and short tempered and started to yell at me that it wasn't her fault we didn't answer the phone and offered to send the order to us now after it had been sitting around getting cold for an HOUR. I cannot understand why a place would not just deliver the food minus the item missing, it's not like we would've cancelled it because of a brownie but we will cancel it due to the fact the food was just left sitting around and the horrible attitude we were given. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The service was HORRIBLE. besides Alfredo's right down the street has NEVER let us down we just wanted to give the new guy a chance and was extremely disappointed !! read more

got take out from eddys place pretty good greek thin pizza,its not the thick crusty normal greek and the price was great,it was like $14 bucks for 2 lg cheese and a 2 liter bottle of soda...the guy that took the order was pleasant,I paid by debt over the phone and it was ready in 10 min...it was good I will call again read more

the service is quick and friendly. but the food.. well its disgusting. i ordered from there for the first time tonight and i got the WORST steak bomb i have ever had. the steak and cheese was all right but everything else was NOT fresh. i couldnt even finish it. i will never order from there again. read more
