Been here several times now. The first time was to deliver & set up for a private event. They have an outdoor dining area that's nicely decorated and they have outdoor heating available. The 2nd time was for a birthday celebration and a 3rd time was for catching up. The service was great for both dining experiences and the food was plentiful. For the birthday party, it was on a Friday evening, for a party of 6, so we were able to order a la carte. On my 3rd time, it was on a Saturday and they have prix fixe menus on Saturdays. It was confusing because we didn't know how that worked (it's a little different than a prix fixe menu during dine LA/OC week). Some of our friends only wanted to hang out and drink (not eat), but everyone that was at the table HAD to participate in the prix fixe menu - so eventually, they moved us to a smaller table because only some of us were staying for dinner. The casual bunch left after a few drinks. I thought we got to choose an appetizer, entrée, and dessert for the prix fixe, but no, it's almost a combination of prix fixe/buffet. The food came in 3 rounds, the first round was all their cold appetizers, then the hot appetizers and finally, ALL THE MEATS. HOLY CRAP, we were so full by the end of the night. The prix fixe menu was worth the price for the amount of food you get. I just wish we had the option to eat and hang out without having to participate in the prix fixe menu. I can understand why they don't allow it from a business standpoint, maybe offer the options of a la carte & prix fixe on weekends. read more

I have been coming to Eden Garden for over a year now (almost weekly) and have loved it every single time! The food is fantastic, I have ordered nearly every item on the menu at this point and it has always tasted authentic and just like back home. My personal favorite is the grilled salmon entree and tabouleh and soujok as appetizers. Appetizers come in about 5-10 minutes and entrees take about 20 minutes. The restaurant is outdoors, so it sometimes gets a bit chilly but they have heaters near every table, it's always crowded but definitely has space (call to reserve if you can). They can host small/huge parties, and I always see large parties here. They play arabic music which is never too loud; and they do have a belly dancer who comes every Friday night at 9pm and that is a great show! The ambiance and vibe is absolutely fantastic and makes you feel like you're back home in Lebanon. Service is great and the waiters/waitresses and always helpful. Hookah is absolutely perfect!! They use plastic hoses so you know you're getting a brand new one, and they clean their hookah glasses all the time so they are very clean, they have a coal man who switches the coal for you quite often. You have the option for a clay head or apple head (I get the Apple head). Took my family there on a Saturday, Expectations for a middle eastern restaurant that offers shows like belly dancers are pretty much standard across the board: the party should continue well into the night, however the dancer was pretty much done by 8:30pm and by 10:30 pm we were practically shoved out of the restaurant by them taking away our plates (without asking if we were done), turning on the lights, and cutting the music. And the bill ended up around $450 for 8 guests that got a few shishas and some appetizers for the table, not even any meat. Not worth it at all. There's an obvious standard for how these kinds of restaurants operate, I don't think my expectations are unfair. read more

Had dinner here with my family for the first time. Got lucky as it was the night before Mother's Day and the place was packed. We didn't have reservations but the hostess was able to get us a table quickly. I had the kefta plate and it was delicious! The meat was juicy and flavorful! Walla we came hear about 1 1/2 years ago and the food was good......we made reservations for dinner today, Sunday, May 27,2023 for dinner as soon as the food came we knew something was totally different as soon as the kibbeh Niyeh and I knew it was a different chef. I asked and yes a new chef from Lebanon was their head chef. We ordered red Snapper fish along with mezzas and lamb chops out of this world and we ordered frog legs that were so moist and to die for. We had a reservation at 730pm but had to call twice since we keep getting the wrong time. We got there at 735pm table was not set up so we waited. Then it was too much chaos and not enough staff. Our waitress was all over the place, probably came back once to ask for refill, didn't explain what are all the food condiments they brought to the table, the bill was incorrect and the best part we saw a RAT/MOUSE . I actually came here the day before the state wide lock down. I wanted to do something different for my birthday so I had a few of my friends meet me here on a Friday Night to eat some tasty Mediterranean food and at the same time watch some belly dancing. I was told the entertainment would start around 8pm prior to making a reservation. That night no one showed up to dance and I was disappointed because I was hyping it up to all my friends. The servers kept saying she would come but never did..oddly they pretended nothing happened and never apologized. One server I believe her name was Mercedes was very friendly and helpful and the majority of us ordered the garlic chicken which we were told will take at least 30 minutes to make. Eating out on the patio was great because of the nice weather , the lights and the smell of the flavorful hookah. Went Fri night on a date... made a 630p reservation online. Easy! You may bring your own wine, $10 uncorking fee. Belly dancers on Fri/Sat night...for an hour only. She no-showed Fri which was a bummer. Thats why I picked to go for a date so there'd be something to do if my date turned out lame. We made the best of it. Our server was nice...the date was meh. Belly dancer was ok. There was only one for an hour and she needed a little more junk in her trunk in my opinion. But she was alright, there should be two to go across the guests. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, the host excellent, and the owners made me, my family and my gusts feel very welcomed. This is my first time hosting a high school graduation party. Zaina was amazing. She was very easy to work with. She was very professional, very responsive, (which I loved), very friendly and there was NO surprises. We have been coming to this place for about 5 years now, unfortunately this will be our last time. Service was OK she was knowledgeable but not very friendly and attentive, she didnt really show up at our table much to check on us. Food has gone downhill!! The flavors of our favorite items don't taste the same anymore. Food isn't terrible, but you won't be craving to come eat here again. Lastly, the worst thing about our experience was the ridiculous amount of nats/ mosquitos they have flying around! There were so many that we literally had one landing on our food every 3 minutes. We would have to pick them off our food and / or scare them away from our faces. This made us so uncomfortable to the point where we decided to take the food to go and finish eating at home. The hostess was very kind, and all of a sudden I have met Zaina, who was very great, who has helped me with her little helper Jolina. And to be honest with you, I don't know how I can leave.
