Clean shop with nice staff. They seem to have a lot of older customers and treat them very well. Their pedicure prices are really reasonable, and include massage with warm stones. They have massage chairs. I think their pedicures are really good and I have very hard thick toenails. Once I had an ingrown toenail with an infection starting and my nail tech noted my discomfort. She called over a "specialist" who was able to trim my nail gently and relieve the pain and prevent a bad paronychia. There are many techs and, with one exception, they all did a nice job. I came in here for a gel manicure and regular spa pedicure. I call about 15 mins in advance to see if there was an availability and I'm glad I did because ahe told me to come with no wait. 2 ladies walked in behind me, and the business kindly asked them to return in 1/2 hour. The services were very reasonably priced. My gelbmanicure with spa pedi was $60. There was a scrib, callus scrub, hot stone and foot massge. The ladies were very kind. Keep in mind they do charge a 3% credit card transaction fee and tips can only be cash only. I totally fell for the star review on this place. The lady who did my nail had very little knowledge on dip nails. I had to tell her twice to file my nails down more because it looked like I had about thirty coats on. She gave me the dirtiest look and didn't even talk to me. When she was working on my cuticles she was so rough I bled in three different nails but all she said was to hold tight. I waited more than 20 minutes to past my appointment and took almost two hours to do pedi-mani and came out with so much disappointment. If I didn't have to go back to work I would've told her to file more and fix it. The other employees didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in and I would have to vote the experience as one of the worst. I was really happy with how my nails initially turned out when I first got them done last Tuesday. But not even a week later and my nail polish was peeling off. I got a full set with acrylic and it usually last for a couple of weeks when I get them done from other places. I honestly don't think they used acrylic on my nails but charged me so and told me they were. Went in for a standard mani to kill time before meeting a friend. I was immediately greeted and sat down after picking my color. The technician was so thorough in her work; I was very impressed with how many times she went back to fix my cuticles before applying polish. She even offered to ring me up before she started painting, just to make sure my polish would not get ruined. After my manicure, she checked twice to make sure my hands were dry before saying I was good to go! On top of the great service, $12 for a regular mani is a STEAL. My hands look great and the polish was applied flawlessly! I enjoyed my visit so much I might just make the drive from Lynnwood when I need to redo my pedicure! Best nail place ever Amy and Nina do amazing job and they only charge for $20 for shellac manicure and since I need my nails super short they do amazing job my cuticles never split and shellac lasts for good 2 weeks. They have the good chairs with plastic covers for feet soaks. Have a huge pick for shellac colors and you can bring your own if you have a favorite. Can't say enough good stuff about this place. I consistently (from three different awesome ladies) get shellac manicures that last 3 weeks from Nail Master 2! No chips, I'm serious--and I type and use my nails all day. The shellac manis are just $25 each! I've only had one pedicure so far but it was SO relaxing; a real pampering. I will definitely get more pedis in the future.
