Not only that but Chris has raised prices which would be excusable if he did a good job. He ruined at least 5 different sheers from different people at the salon i'm in. Earlier he'd told me how he services a bunch of fantastic sam's and how these ladies would throw around and bang their sheers up and he'd have to fix them as they constantly bought new sheers every two months. I had a couple of kitchen knives that needed sharpening, one a high-end knife and the other a cheap one. The owner, an elderly gentleman who gave off an aura of a supreme master of knives, carefully examined each knife and said he could sharpen both. I paid the fee and was told they would be ready in a couple days. Four days later I called and was told the knives were ready for pick up. Both were sharpened nicely, like new. The cheap knife, which originally had some damage to the blade, was repaired and looked like the day it was bought 20 years ago. We are happy to have both of these knives back in our kitchen, ready to slice away. While I was there, I asked if they had any kitchen scissors and I was shown a couple of options. The differences between them were explained so I could make the best choice. I bought a pair and have been very happy with them!
