I cannot say enough about the kind people at this edible arrangements location - especially Kaitlyn. I think how people and companies handle conflict says more about them than how they perform on a good day. I placed an online order that sadly had to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond my control (the recipient left town and I was unaware). I called the store and Kaitlyn answered. I explained the situation and said I was willing to pay but asked them not to deliver. She put me on hold and went to work figuring out options etc. she ended up refunding my money, cancelling the delivery, and giving me details on reordering it at a new location. Through it all - I felt terrible as I know this affects their bottom line. But - this store was patient, understanding, and kind. I will definitely use them again. Our 3 year old Granddaughter had surgery this morning. I ordered an Edible arrangement 1 week in advance to insure it would arrive. At 1:15pm I received a phone call telling me that Edibles could not fulfill the order due to a shortage of skewers. They went on to blame Mothers Day orders and said that I should not be disappointed because they could deliver the order on Wednesday. The people on the phone call were rude, uncaring, and nonchalant about the position they put me in. By the time they notified me that the order would not be fulfilled, it was too late to get a cookie cake, cupcakes, etc delivered to my grand daughter. We were out of town and had no alternative solution. Stay away from this place!!! read more

Ordered a cheesecake and cookie tray from this location through the edible arrangements website. Was a thank you gift to a business. It was supposedly delivered. I checked with 2 different people at the business 2 different times, it was not delivered. Called the customer service number and got routed to the Bentonville location. I explained the issue. They said oh no we delivered it. I called the business again to verify, no delivery. Went to the Edible Arrangement site, put in a ticket, which gets sent, apparently, to the Bentonville location. Which of course did not respond in any way to my issue. Called the call center number in the email from Edible Arrangements....which routed me back to the Bentonville location. So money wasted, no treats were delivered, no one cared. Avoid this at all costs. Only gave 1 star because you have to post the review. Edible arrangements had responded to this thread. Saying they were going to escalate and giving me a contact email to follow up with. Sent an email in to them. Clearly the escalation process means deleting their response and continuing to 1) not have delivered the ordered product 2) not offering a refund or resolution to the issue. Again. Ordered a small 12ct variety package for my husband for our 27th anniversary. He shared his treats with everyone at work. Most of his co-workers didn't even know about Edible arrangements. My husband loves the dipped bananas and the dipped pineapples. Loved that I could surprise him with this unique present. read more

Just received an arrangement of fruit from a friend. It looked pretty but that's about it. This arrangement appears to have been made days before and isn't fresh at all. So DISAPPOINTING! The melon is opaque in color and tasteless, the dipped strawberries have brown leaves and almost a fermented taste, and the last few grapes are closer to being raisins than fresh grapes. I've received arrangements in the past that weren't this bad, but I don't think I'll be sending any of these as a gift if this is the best this place can do. read more

Ordered online, got a call within a few minutes that one of the items in my bouquet wasn't available and was it ok if they replaced with 2 upgraded items. I went back to Edible Arrangements and Jennifer Hill was SO GREAT!! I had my receipt within seconds. She also informed me of the new items offered, such as the green apple donuts, wedding packages, and other great client gifts!
