I ordered a fruit arrangement to be delivered the day of to Boston Mass. I was told no problem. I watched on my tracking app that the order made it to the edible location closest to the address where nothing happened all day....It never changed over to arrangement ready to go...or delivering arrangement. When I called the next day which was day after the bday I got deer in the headlights conversation from the location. So I called the Boston location where they were just rude. I was looking to order a fruit basket which we intended to deliver ourselves. We called this Edible Arrangement in CP to place the order. The starting hours listed on their website are 9am. I called at 9:05 and left a message. I called again at 10am and no one answer. After no return call by 11:30am we made other arrangements. At approximately 3pm we received a return call asking us what type of arrangement we would like to order. I'm not sure when my message was picked up but in my opinion not the best customer service . We ended up going to Market 32 and picked up a fruit tray and delivered it ourselves. I'm giving the rating a 2 because they did return my call. read more

I called & tried to ordered an arrangement for my 6 year old nephew for his birthday. It was 3 pm on Saturday the 20th the girl told me that they couldn't deliver anymore orders for that day. I said that was fine she told me that it would be there Sunday the 21st by 1 pm. I called to see if the ordered was delivered it was not. I called customer service he said that it was delivered at 4:22 on Sunday the 21st I'm not sure who they delivered it to but he never received it. :( :( read more

I'm giving it two stars not because I didn't absolutely love the product, but because I can get this product on-line so I'm rating this on service alone. First of all the person who waited on us looked like she was hung over. Everything about her appearance was off, and she looked like talking was the most exhausting process ever. She also couldn't stand up with out leaning on anything. We were ordering a basket for my grandmother, and we wanted to have chocolate fruit in it but she said it'd take an extra hour to get chocolate fruit. We believed her, but then got brought out two pieces of chocolate bananas to sample. When we returned after to get our basket, she said that they had run out of disposable coolers but didn't know how to do a refund. Instead of offering my mother anything, she just thought that it was okay to charge her for the reusable one that needs to be returned. Eventually, she gave my mom a box of chocolate dipped fruit instead of refunding her card. I'd really like to know why A. They have a box of chocolate dipped fruit that couldn't be placed in the arrangement or B. Why she didn't offer to sell us a box of chocolate dipped fruit if it can't be put in the arrangement? My mom probably said 5 or 6 times that she was disappointed about the chocolate fruit, is she sure she can't get us chocolate fruit, this is so sad, the chocolate fruit is her favorite, and not once did the sales clerk, who apparently was "new" and didn't know how to do refunds offer any way for us to get chocolate dipped fruits. It just honestly wasn't worth the hassle. I may still get arrangements cause they are delicious, but probably never again at this store. read more

Placed an order online from California for a friend and ordered an individual brownie to go with the order. They called because I had just missed the cut off foe the end of day delivery. No problem, would go out the next day. Order was delivered next day in the morning, incomplete; so glad I checked with my friend when she thanked me. By the time I could call, it was now the day after the delivery. They apologized for it not being delivered, it was overlooked because they were "so busy." They delivered it that same day and added some extra goodies. I'm 2000 miles away and can't be there for my friend, hence the order. So one star off for incomplete order and I don't think it would've been delivered had I not called, but happy with how it was handled. Plus, my friend said it tasted good. :) read more

if I could give this location a zero, I would. I ordered an edible arrangement with this location and it was the worst thing I could have done. They gave me a time frame in which the arrangement was not delivered by. When the arrangement was finally delivered, it was not complete. I called for them to deliver the bundles of balloons that was suppose to be with my order but they were very nonchalant about the fact that they didn't deliver everything. This company completely messed up my mothers birthday gift and day!!!! read more

We received a fruit arrangement with moldy fruit and the replacement arrangement we received also had mold! The store manager refused a refund, and was very rude stating multiple times that we were one of 30 orders and the only one to complain. I offered pictures for proof but she wasn't interested, just repeatedly said we were the only ones that had a problem. I had to escalate the issue to corporate and it took 13 days and several phone calls to finally get a refund. Corporate was very receptive and helpful, though they have to follow protocol and attempt to let the franchise resolve the problem first. We will never trust the quality of the food at this business again. read more

I called 3 days before my daughter in laws birthday to get the birthday arrangement delivered. They said it would be delivered on Sunday between 11 and 3, because that's the hours they are opened. Well it's now 5PM and no fruit was delivered and I cant get anyone at the store because they are closed. They did not have a problem billing my credit card within 1/2 hour after the order was placed. I will never order from them again nor will recommend hem to anyone. They are UNRELIABLE. I rried to rate zero, but the computer wouldn't let me. Marianne M. read more

So we went here for dessert since Edible Arrangements offers frozen yogurt, dipped fruit, and smoothies in the store. However the frozen yogurt machine is broken (associate mentioned this happens a lot - not encouraging). So I couldn't have that, the smoothie they did make was not blended enough with large chunks of ice, and the chocolate covered fruit wasn't available. Why advertise all of this in your store if you can't do this. Additionally the poor kid in front was by himself and didn't seem to know what he was doing. He told the manager in the back (who never came out to say anything to us) and we got a discount on the smoothie and some chocolate covered fruit but not what we asked for. Total failure and we won't be back! read more

I received an edible arrangement from my children for Mothers Day. The Van pulled up in front of our house hours after dinner and delivered the basket of fruit and chocolate dipped fruit. It was hard to look excited because when I opened the wrapping every piece of fruit was melted and mushy!! Most of it had to be thrown away. the package was very warm when they delivered it and it was very clear that it spent hours in the delivery van on an 80 degree day. I was so very disappointed and I felt bad for my kids too because they felt awful after seeing what was delivered especially for what they spent. Never again will we order from here!! read more

I purchased chocolate covered strawberries and found they were starting to turn. I returned to the store the next morning and nicely advised to whom I believed was the owner. Her response to me was "What do you want me to do?" I asked for a replacement and can not ever remember being treated so rudely. It seems every time I'd order in person or by phone, it takes forever.
