Received a bag full of chocolate covered strawberries from edible arrangements. This was a surprise so they were even better! Two rows of chocolate covered strawberries and a brownie in the middle were amazing. Unfortunately, they did not last long. How could they when they were soft and sweet? I mean seriously. I did share with my boys so I am thankful they did...or I may be rolling out the door! The strawberries were delivered but left outside. I have placed an ordered on the 7th for Mother's Day.. This location is the closest to where my mother leave. And I left them my phone no# since my mother don't really speak English. And honestly with this lockdown. She should alway be home. So why would they need to contact her anyway!?! Mother's Day came and went. I didn't call my mom until 7pm that night wondering why she haven't call me once she receive the arrangement. No my mother never receive anything. The next day I called this company. Shirley the dispatcher told me that they tried to call twice. I told them that there were no phone calls nor were that any voice messages. How I know this? Because it's my no# that listed as a contact person. I asked her if they called. Why didn't they leave any messages. She completely dodge my question. Just said they called twice. And I kept telling her no they didn't. And when I looked up the order on Mother's day. It said Order In Process. But I looked again the following day. It said OUT FOR DELIVERY. Shirley didn't really care to explain why it's delayed. And if I would've known that my gift won't arrive until Monday. I wouldn't have paid $20 for the special day delivery fees. In this situation, honesty would've satisfied me. I would've call my mother and just said hey your gift won't arrive until Monday sorry. But when they said they called twice yet I receive none. I'm very annoyed by that and to not even bother trying to make the situation better especially during a time like this when I can not even visit my mother for a celebration in honor of her is very very displeasing. Unfortunately, my hubby's Valentines Day was not as good as it could have been. I had two different orders, one for my mom and one for my hubby, going to the same address. I figured with us being in Rockwell, that they would deliver them together. However, Mom's came on Valentine's Day, but hubby's didn't get there until the following day. Now, had it been a nice bouquet, I probably wouldn't be so upset about it. It looked like it had been made the previous day, with the pineapple hearts drooping and dried out, the chocolate covered strawberries were melting and sticking together. For the amount of money that I paid for this arrangement, I am highly disappointed. They refunded my delivery charge but I have received nothing for the botched delivery and substandard product. I have used this company in the past and have been delighted. I have sent them an email to voice my concerns with no follow up phone call or email or any kind of communication whatsoever from the store manager. I am beyond disgusted at this point and would not recommend this store to anyone who wants a quality product and to at least get their money's worth. Now, when the driver did show up the following day, my mother said something to him about the tardiness of the arrangement and his response was "we had over 400 deliveries for Valentine's day!" First, this was just an excuse as they had delivered my mom's bouquet just fine. And second, I think they made my hubby's bouquet for Valentine's Day and didn't deliver it in a timely fashion. How very neglectful and unprofessional to not have someone contact and unhappy customer and try to make it right. Please consider this before ordering one of their "edible" arrangements. AWFUL! I placed an $80 birthday order with the Concord, NC store and upon arrival the strawberries were not ripe, the canteloupe and honey dew melons were hard, too crispy and not sweet AT ALL, and the pineapples still had rine on it. We couldn't enjoy any of the fruit and my mothers birthday gift was ruined. I called the store and the manager only relayed messages through the cashier instead of speaking with me to rectify my issue. They offered a 50% refund or a 6 count of chocolate strawberries. This is the worst experience I've had with Edible Arrangements and I WILL NOT be purchasing anything else from this location. I sent them pictures of the fruit at their request and you can clearly see the strawberries had light green tips as well as the rine on the fruit! Their fruit was not quality and the customer service was horrible. Their "Certified Happiness" guarantee is a gimmick. I have requested a full refund. read more

Tried to have a order sent for my wife's birthday to her place of work and they couldn't find it. I could understand maybe if the business or Address was in a different city than them and didn't understand how to get there but when the place I wanted it sent to is the city hall in the same city as them and they can't find it is outrageous. I listed the right address and also informed them it was concord city hall. I know for a fact they have been there before for orders for other people. I tried calling and got hung up on. The driver I guess didn't care enough to look into it any further and decided to not deliver it at all. Very disappointed especially for the price they charge.
