The owner Kim is the rudest nastiest most condescending person she is not helpful she blames you as a customer, questions, whether you're even calling the right store. She is not helpful. I made a specific request on my order which was ignored. I ordered it the day before and it wasn't delivered till almost 7 PM at night. Even though I was told earlier in the day that it was already on its way around 1:30 in the afternoon to a location that was less than 10 minutes away and her response was, well, you didn't talk to me. I shouldn't have to talk to the owner to get a clear answer. on top of that, she would not listen to one word. I said as a customer, she. I've read some mixed reviews about all the locations of Edible Arrangements, but I thought it was worth a try since I had a discount from an app. I received surprise order of a cup of chocolate dipped strawberries (containing 6-7), a mini pineapple covered in white chocolate with sprinkles, a mini pineapple shaped in a flower covered in chocolate, and larger pineapple slice shaped as a cupcake covered in white and dark chocolate. I like the concept of decorative edible fruit arrangements. There was only one strawberry with a bruise, and I generally don't like pineapple because of the lingering aftertaste on the tongue. The worker was very nice when I picked up my order, but at the original prices, I probably wouldn't bring myself to purchase anything. read more

Placed an online order for a thanksgiving bouquet to give as a gift and didn't experience any logistical or technical issues. Came to this location to pick up my order and the storefront was a bit small. My order was already prepped and ready in the pick-up fridge area and service was very friendly. While the bouquet looked incredibly cute, the actual fruit came out to be a little bit disappointing. There were some visible bruises on the strawberries and pineapple flowers especially, and the lettuce used on the base was rather wilted. A lot of care, time, and effort goes into creating these arrangements, which is reflected in the prices (this bouquet was slightly less than $50) and I just wished the fruit quality had met our expectations. read more

I ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day not only did they put the wrong pick up date, they tried to give me an arrangement that was already made which was nothing like what I ordered. Wanted to order something nice for my daughters. All in different places. We ordered Thursday before Easter and the listing said no problem for Saturday before...for $29.99. Too much but we did it. Always come to this location. Have to say the first thing I notice is the Amazing customer service. They are very nice and take time to make recommendations depending on the occasion and they go through the different options with you. They aren't quick to upsell you either. Which is great. As far as the fruit itself, it's great. I've always got fresh fruit, my wife loves it and when I get some arrangements for my daughter she enjoys it as well. The location is very nicely kept. Wow! I have never been so disappointed in a product in my life. I received an (in)edible arrangement from my unsuspecting co-workers after my mother's passing. Little did they know that what I would receive would be a bouquet of rotten, moldy fruit. But wait, that is not the worst part; that is not the part that has me absolutely steaming mad. This company has zero conscience when it comes to the environment. They skewer the fruit using hard, plastic sticks about 10 inches long. There were about 50-60 of them, stuck into pieces of styrofoam - double-whammy! Multiply those plastic sticks and pieces of styrofoam by, god knows how many thousands per year, and you have environmental crimes against Earth. These people should be behind bars. Was looking for a gift that was not too sweet and still healthy, so I took a chance and order an arrangement online for a Thanksgiving day delivery. Ordering online was fairly easy and the shop location was chosen for me according to the zip code. Payment options were CC or Paypal, which was convenient. This review is based on customer service and delivery service for this location. Just around 9:50AM this morning, I received a call from edible arrangement's driver named Bob confirming the delivery. We did a bit of back and forth trying to locate the door to the house. Bob was patient and really tried hard to make the delivery in person as timely as possible. After sometime, delivery was made and all was good. But, shortly after, I realized that the address typed in on the online delivery request had a typo and arrangement was dropped off to the next door neighbor, omg! Kimberly from the shop reached out to confirm the delivery and was extremely helpful in setting things straight. It took no time to make sure the delivery was made to the correct address and confirmed it via phone call. What a relief! Kimberley even offered to arrange a gift for the next door neighbor who decline the delivery as she knew it was not meant for her. I placed a order for a birthday delivery on a Friday around 3pm and the manager called me saying that they already went to that location twice today. The manager said they will re-deliver my order first time the next morning and refund my delivery fee. I get a call from them recipient around 12pm that they haven't received the order so I checked the status online and it said "arranging now". I get another call the recipient around 3:30pm that it still wasn't delivered and she didn't get ANY phone call so I called the store and they was closed. I checked the order status and it still said arrange it now. I called customer service Sunday at 9 AM and the manager was completely rude. I asked her why my order was not delivered and she said that they attempted delivery. I said according to the order status online it still said arranging now and not out for delivery therefore there is no proof that you attempted delivery. I told her that the recipient was home all day with her son due to the rain and no one knocked on her door or called her cell phone. I asked her to repeat the address which was correct and I asked her for the telephone number of the recipient and she read it off a wrong number but I said according to my receipt I put the correct number. So I do not know where she got this wrong number from because according to my receipt in my email I've put the correct number. The manager kept saying I don't believe her and I kept saying no I do not believe you because according to your order status it does not say out for delivery. She said that she never updated the status and I said that is not my fault so therefore I need you to fix this order and re deliver it as soon as possible. She kept yelling and telling me that I don't believe her and she was going to refund my money and I said I am not asking for that I want the recipient to get their gift. A coworker of mine had to get emergency surgery so I along with other coworker decided to do something nice for her and get her some chocolate covered strawberries as a get well gift. I went to the store location in Forest Hills on 6/15/2023 and was met with rude customer service. The person assisting me was very short and proceeded to rush me while I tried to order and ask questions meanwhile I was the only one in the store. It didn't help the situation that another customer who entered the store received better customer service than I did and unfortunately I believe ethnicity had something to do with it since that customer and the employee were of the same ethnicity. I tried even getting flowers since they had a bouquet on the counter and requested something similar only to be shown a bouquet that barely produced any budding flowers all while expected to pay $50 plus for them. I only got the strawberries and the employee who rudely helped me her name was Kimberly. Corporate wasn't even any better because despite calling multiple times and filing a complaint due to discrimination I was also ignored by them as well. Till this day I have not received a formal apology at all from the store. Poor experience and will never do business with them again. As per my father in-law no one ever answered. I figured they were busy because of Mother's Day of course and they would re-try later. I didn't hear back from the in-laws and do to the fact that I was away on vacation celebrating myself I never called them back either. At 10:10PM I received an email from edible arrangements Forest Hills -245 stating my order had successfully been delivered. Even though I didn't hear from my mother in-law I was glad "they made it" (Well at least I thought they did). Today (Thursday 5/18) while back at work I got a voice mail from 718-575-4129 at 10:31AM. Message: This is edible arrangements calling to inform you that we attempted to deliver your order at 9:30AM on Sunday and the recipient was not available please let us know if you would like us to re-attempt delivery or issue a refund. During my break I heard the message and was completely surprised! My thought: wait didn't I get an email stating my order was delivered!!! I noticed the over all rating for this location is really bad, not surprised after my experienced. Forest Hills is a nice area and I'm sure the location gets plenty of business but a good rule of thumb is: I'm a good enough person to forgive you, but not stupid enough to trust you again. So with that being said, I don't care if this location is the only one around within miles in my area, whenever I need an edible arrangement it won't be from this location. You will get to choose many different options. For example, you can choose which fruit should be dipped into chocolate. This location was our pickup location, and later they called us and said the fruits were not fresh, so they would send another one. How kind are they!(actually the strawberries were not fresh..)
