Ordered a congratulations/birthday gift for one of my coworkers. I ordered the platter online. It was super easy to use the app and to set my pick up time. I walked in the store, I was greeted by an employee with a smile, she was super nice. My order was ready at the time I requested. The fruit was super fresh and really sweet. The platter was put together so beautifully. The way they packed the fruit was perfect even though I drive really bad the platter made it to her house in one piece and everything was still lined up and arranged perfect just like it was when I picked the platter up from the store. I don't know where they get this fruit from but it is always sweet and juicy with no defects. The chocolate that they use to dip the fruit in compliments every kind of fruit perfectly If you're ever looking for a really cute creative gift I would definitely recommend ordering something from edible arrangements. read more

Yesterday I ordered the chocolate covered fruit box and the 4 pack of their strawberry cupcakes. I ordered and paid for it online and set up a pick up for the next day aka today at 9:30 am. I went to pick it up after the gym at the time I scheduled. I said my name and my order brought in a bag. The worker was very kind and welcoming! Wished me a good day and that was appreciated! Omg! I have 2 young boys with special needs. They have a lot of teachers and caregivers and I wanted to get something to show my appreciation. The website told me cookie trays would be completed at 10:30. I arrived at 10:40, they weren't done. I was told they didn't know why the website said that and it would be 5 more minutes and then they would disappear to the back. I kept waiting, and ended up leaving. They had an hour to get me the cookies and they didn't. I was late to pick up my son and had nothing for my son's teachers for teacher appreciation week. It's taken several months for me to write this review but the website and this store aren't on the same page. And they're unapologetic about it. I do not recommend this store. read more

The delivery driver Steven was exceptional. He sang happy birthday and made my daughter laugh. Our house wasn't easy to find and we have a gate system, but he persevered. When he called I thought he was going to say he couldn't deliver or for us to pick it up (like UPS has had to do), but he made sure the delivery got to us. The arrangement was perfect and the fruit was really good, a really beautiful arrangement (sorry, we ate it too fast to get a photo). Placed an order for my mother in law on Thursday for Friday/mothers day delivery. Had a little but of frustration since the order was not delivered till late evening time. I called the location Monday morning and spoke to James/office manager. He was very kind, sweet, and soft spoken. I appreciated this. He immediately offered to call my mother in law to apologize. Since I had already done so he agreed to send her another arrangement by 5 p.m. today. WOW! its already 12 noon and he will have the arrangement prepared and shipped by 5 p.m. today. I spent a lot of money for my wife and got her the flowers with the chocolate and this great popcorn berries and wine flavored. I thought my wife would like that, I even ordered an extra bag. This stuff is not cheep. Anyway it was delivered and the popcorn they delivered was strawberry lemonade. I have lemon aid. I hate very few things but that is one of them. I called right away to let them know they sent the wrong popcorn. First they put me on hold for sometime then the person who finally got on the phone told me they had ran out and that was what they subbed. I never got a call that they had to sub it or I would have probably changed the order. Anyway James got on the phone and told me that they had some other flavors and I could bring it back to them and I could pick out another flavor. You know if I knew I would have to go pick it up then I wouldn't have spent the money to have it delivered. We went to the store and they literally only had two other bags left. All they had left was a bag of Carmel and a bag of bbq. Wow they could have told me that over the phone. They told me all about how there shipment fell into the sea or something like that. I am the consumer, I don't care about your delivery problems. I bought an item and didn't get it. After all that I reluctantly deceived to take the two they had left. My wife said she wanted to keep one of the strawberry lemonade and they actually charged us for it. Then they acted like they were doing us a favor. OMG I can't believe the audacity of this place. Anyway I gave them 1 star because I can't give less than that Update. James the manager sent me a message saying I could drive across town a second time so he can refund me the 6 dollars. I just told him to keep it. The story I got was some sob story about some tragedy about their shipment falling into the sea. And though I am not completely heartless I am the consumer and don't really care about delivery issues if you sell me a product you should have the product and if you don't you should contact me and let me know that there's an issue not decide on your own to substitute whatever you have lying around. That would be like me calling DoorDash and ordering pizza and they deliver McDonald's saying we ran out of pizza so here you go. Sidenote I contacted the other edible arrangements here in Fresno and They have in stock the berries in Rose' popcorn. If you had ran out obviously it was a very popular flavor and if it was my business I would've went to the other location even if I had to pay full price and purchase it just so my customers were taken care of. Also if I ran a business and I or my employees did something like this I wouldn't have offered to refund the money for one bag of popcorn I would've offered to refund the entire price including delivery which is ironic since they are asking me to drive back to them a second time. No thank you James you can keep your six dollars but that will be the last six dollars of mine you will ever get. read more

We ordered an arrangement on Sat Nov 3rd for a 12pm pick up on Sunday Nov 4th. When I arrived the order wasn't ready. They had 1 person there doing all the work. I ended up waiting an extra hour an 15 min to get the order. Very disappointed. Don't use the location on Milburn and Her 11/12/18 Because of the excessive delay I experienced. The worker Jessica contacted me and attempted to make things right. I must say that she went above and beyond the roles of her job to correct the situation. I will admit that he managers did not set her up for success on Nov 4th and hopefully going forward they will work on that. I will say that she did a great job on the arrangement and it's because of her professionalism and the quality of her work. These are the only reasons I will give this location one more chance. I moved the meter from 1 star to 3 stars because of the establishments willingness to address a dissatisfied customer. I went to pick up my Mother's Day gift for my daughter which was a pre-order I made last week. From the moment I walked in the customer service was terrible. My order was handed to me and when I got home I checked the boxes to make sure my orders were correct and they gave me cheesecakes instead of the cookies I ordered. Mind you no one said anything about the mix up so I called and the girl whose name is Alyssa said oh I thought the other girl Victoria told you we ran out of cookies. I said it would have been nice if someone mentioned to me that you were out of cookies. I said my daughter is lactose intolerant! She said what do you want to do. I said I will bring them back! I drove back to the store where again I had the rolling of the eyes and bad service all the way around!!!! I got a refund the whole time I'm asking questions about why no one said nothing but I guess she could not multi-task so she steady ignored me until the refund was given to me. At that point I said can I have the managers name she said we do not have one. I said there has to be someone who is in charge or who makes your schedules. She said no. I said it must be nice that you can come and go as you please. She then tells me that the manager is in Clovis and his name was Jim. I said can i have a piece of paper so I can write the info down she said we don't have any. I said really you don't have no paper. She makes a face goes to the back comes back with a sticky note with the name and number to the Clovis store with the name Jim in it.I said boy your customer service is terrible. She never looked me in the eye. So disrespectful! I left! I called the manager but he was too busy to take my call. I tried again a couple of hours but he had no resolution and did not offer a coupon to come back or anything all he could say was sorry and that it was time to clean house over in that store! Ordered an Edible Arrangement for our sons bday. I checked at noon and it said out for delivery. I looked at 320 and it said it was out for delivery so I called and the girl didn't know what to say. Said she would call the driver. I said so it's been out for delivery for over three hours really. She said I'll call you back. So I called back and another lady said there was a miscommunication with the driver. Whatever. They would redeliver it tomorrow. Well tomorrow isn't his birthday. Service was fine. They didn't have any pre-done orders (a dozen strawberries) ready so we had to wait 10 min. Not a problem. The problem was the display case. The clerk said her coworker had put a bowl of fruit in the display counter "a couple weeks ago." The fruit was moldy! And there were samples in the same display case. The day that I was suppose to pick it up I called and spoke to the owner ANNIE and pay the remaining and they said they never received any form of payment when I came in to place the order so I ended up having to pay additional $30 for my order. The order was to be delivered the day before Valentines Day. Delivery for my order was attempted "after" business hours. The driver called my husband- who the gift was intended for- and was very rude and impatient with him. Asking him "what he wanted to do about the order". When he told the woman that he did not live at the address that the address was his business address, the woman said that was "not her problem". She did not indicate she would attempt delivery at a later date. I will never order from EA again. I paid an additional amount of almost $15.00 and apparently, that was a nuisance to the delivery person who HUNG UP on my husband. My husband had no clue what the delivery was or that an order had been placed. COMPLETELY RUINED and made this a HORRIBLE experience for him. I don't know what the purpose of putting in the time if it is not going to be ready at that time! I was on a time restraint today because I was also preparing for a party that I was hosting. Before I came to pick it up, I even called and confirmed to pick it up at 1pm and the girl working said yes. I come in at about 1:05 and the lady said that it ill take an additional 20-30 minutes and that she is still working on my order.
