I ordered from Frances a full box of dark chocolate of the cherry cordials. The cherry cordials and milk or dark chocolate or my absolute favorite from See's Candy. The store was clean The staff was courteous and greet you at the door and asked if he wanted a sample while you waited to be served. I will be returning there due to mother's Day is coming up. Nothing is wrong with these chocolates. These are my favorite. However, we had a bad encounter with one of the staff members named, Frances. She was so rude. Her body language right away told us that she didn't want to help us. Her energy was heavy. And when asked a simple question she was quick to answer with an attitude. I've always came to this location and never had a problem with any other person. We did speak to the manager but I will be driving further out to another location. read more

I haven't been to See's candies in soooo long! I think the last time was when they used to be in fashion fair mall... IYKYK!! That's a long fuckin time ago!! I used to love coming in there and getting free samples and buy the lollipops or molasses chips!! Their chocolate is good quality. It's so nostalgic seeing the candy bars we used to sell back in elementary school, that was wild!! They look different now and I don't even see the toffee bar ones anymore. The lollipops they even have more flavors than before. Damn I missed out! We really came in here cus my niece said they have year of the horse chocolate boxes, so cute! They have the already made ones but she wasn't interested in the chocolates in the box and wanted to make her own. The lady that helped us out was so nice. She let us kno she can still do her own box and the price goes by weight.. it'll still come in a cute box that they'll wrap up and she can still add a year of the horse sticker. So she went with that. We got to try more then one chocolate. My favorite was the apple pie one it tasted like Apple Jacks. It's made with real apples. She even told us it's their 150th anniversary year (I think that was the number) but they did something special for them which was the year of the horse theme. She even let us know something about the different lollipop flavors will be most of sale around July and should have more variety. I got to sample the molasses chips and it tasted just as good as I remembered it. I'm glad it didn't change! The truffles are soo good!! Love the buttercream that was in one of the ones I ate. Fast service, kind people, and a clean shop. Great experience! I was in the area picking up some movie tickets, and thought I'd stop in for a quick by the chocolate. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door by two of the kindest ladies that immediately offered me a sample. I walked around, and looked at all the options, and was drawn towards the dark chocolate, 60 something percent truffle. It was delicious. Beautiful crunch on the inside and soft chocolatey goodness on the inside. It had a very strong rich chocolate flavor, without being bitter. It was delicious. I rarely eat candy because diabetes. But see's toffee-ettes candy is my absolute favorite. I haven't eaten it in years and haven't shaken my craving foe the past few weeks so I stopped in after dinner tonight. I love See's shops with their crisp white and black decor. I used to come in all the time when the kids were little for holiday treats. And I have made more customized boxes of candy for my husband than I can count. Personally I think they are the best candy makers. This visit there was just one other couple in the store finishing up their custom box. Another worker setting out new seasonal goodies stopped what she was doing to help me. They had new lemon drops so I got those too. They were disappointing. But my chocolate covered toffee was as delicious as ever!! My husband asked my I only bought one canister haha Workers are masked and there's a sign on the door to wear your mask if you're not vaccinated. Also, they still give you a free sample but now they are in plastic bags instead of loose on paper. read more

Not sure of it is just the way we look but the staff is not to friendly to us. Only a specific staff member is Rude! It is especially rude for a manager to huff and puff when we are there spending money like the rest. Just because my husband is a minority. He should not feel like he is a burden getting his Mother's day chocolates. Then she throws the candy in the box all sloppy and when he wanted more she let out a sigh. I want to say right away the I love See's Candies. They have been a tradition in our family for all holidays for years. My review is based on the cost of buying Sees Candy this year. I was definitely shocked at the cost increase this year. It feels like everything went up about 50%. Im sorry to say that I will no longer be able to buy chocolate candies from See's. Gone are the days of being able to buy candy for youngsters in our family. A mini heart now costs all most $15.00. I bought a larger heat shaped box for my daughter$34.00. Think about you customers. Your prices should not prohibit us from buying See's candy. read more

Yummy yummy in my tummy!! I LOVE See's Candy. I remember the first time I had it decades ago, when there was a store inside Fashion Fair Mall. That's what lured me into Mrs See in the first place but we're talking about the Riverpark location so on I go. The white uniformed gals (and guys) are very welcoming. A smile, hello and hey try this free sample gets me in a way better mood each time I visit. My favorites include the caramel almond, polar bears, cashew brittle, butterscotch lollipop, and the almond chew which can now only be found in the nuts and chews assortment box. I am open to try new things and have but my heart always comes back to my faves. I have no complaints for See's Candy. I love what they do and will always be a fan!! read more

I think I'm addicted to See's. See's Candies is located next to Chico's, across from Panera Bread, at River Park Shopping Center. Currently, they are allowing 4 customers into the store at once. There's usually a line waiting out the door on the weekends. If you're picking out chocolates from the case and getting a bag, when you head up front to pay, they will put your paper bag of candies into a plastic bag, and will then HOOK YOU UP with all the samples. Seriously, the last time I went, the lady gave me 8 sample bags of jelly beans and a couple molasses chips. Tip: call your order in, and they'll have it ready for you!!! Call when you're outside, and they'll bring it out to you!! read more

Although, I love sees candies, I happen to buy a bag of toffeetes that had a piece of rubber band baked inside them. Rubber bands are chewy and bitter and seemed to ruin the rest of the bag. My friend and I were having a day of shopping, eating and drinking as usual when i come visit him Lol...we came in here to get some naughty stuff to eat hehehe...These ladies were just soooo sweet. Clean shop and just the smell as you all know actually makes your butt start to grow instantly LOL...We sampled the raspberry cream the pecan pie truffle (omg go get those NOW!!!) and the cranberry orange truffle all sooo good yea they definitely are not stingy with the samples. The staff is very friendly but not always observant. They let a man who simply walked in, grab 4 boxes of candy and checked him out before anyone else that had been waiting in line for a significant amount of time. That's poor service. When it's the holidays or any time, make sure ALL your customers know what's going on, not the rude impatient people; and for heavens sake don't take the person who didn't bother to get in a line be the first you wait on. read more

By far the best chocolates I've ever had. You can't go wrong with See's. This particular location is absolutely wonderful as well. The workers are always so helpful and pleasant and I never leave without them giving me at least 2 free samples (full size chocolates). I highly recommend See's for gifts, special occasions, and even the spontaneous sweet tooth. Go in and get at least one chocolate (for less than a dollar) if you happen to pass by. I just had the best experience with Akilah. I was in with a friend and had no intention of buying anything because I am no a chocolate fan. There are few things in this world that are better than See's! I have been to this store probably 2 dozen times. Sometimes it can be busy because of course it is in Riverpark, but other than that, the service is always great from both the men and women that work there. The samples are awesome (who doesn't love a good sample?) I went there today and Garett (I think that is right) helped me. He was friendly and awesome. PLUS I like that the seasonal items are discounted (hello yummy Bordeaux eggs after Easter). If I am near RiverPark and happen to see an open parking spot near here, I always stop. It isn't the most inexpensive place to get chocolate but it is worth it. My favorites are Bordeaux (milk and dark), butterscotch squares, and California Crunch. read more
