$85 for a berrie bouquet that went right in the trash! The fruit was everything except FRESH! The pineapples were wilted, strawberries were rotten, molded, and bruised. No one wants to answer their door at 9 pm. Hardly any fruit and it was tasteless. The pinapples had the core in it which made my mouth bleed. They need to take the core out of the pinapples. I ordered the fruit tray from the Battleground location. My daughter had a hip replacement this week and this gift was from her 90 year old grandmother. It never arrived even after 5 phone calls to store. Reasons were 1. We have no delivery person at this time. 2. Delivery person out making deliveries 3.we are waiting for them to come back . 4. They are on way to pick up tray 5 it is out for delivery and this was 6:50 pm. Needless to say never arrived or was I contacted. She was so disappointed. Ordered a small, simple arrangement to be delivered on a Thursday....(nothing crazy fancy, sort of the basic Edible Arrangements that they sell alot of.) The person who I was delivering it to is only at their work location for specific days during the week, so it was important that it was delivered on a THURSDAY. It was never delivered. The day of delivery, I called at 10 to request if they can deliver at lunch time. I was told they will uber eats the arrangement and deliver by lunch. At 12, I called to follow up and was told that the store called the recipient and it's ok to deliver much later before 3pm. This is supposed to be a surprise, now they did not just disregard my request, they blew the surprise by calling the recipient. So at 3pm, I messaged the recipient and confirmed is someone did call and she said what delivery?! So no one called her to confirm the time, it's 3pm and there is no delivery. I called the number in the site and I was told business delivery is until 5pm. The delivery is not for the business but for the individual who has a specific time at work! This is ludicrous. Ordered a fruit arrangement to be delivered to my wife. There was a balloon on the order to be attached. Instructions were clear and noted to deliver prior to 4:30pm, as they close at that time. The order was delivered to the wrong location on site (instructions not followed), delivered late, and was missing the balloon. As a result, we then have to make contact to pick up the arrangement from the store on site. I called the store and was offered a refund for the balloon, and an apology. When you send things like this, getting to the right place and right time are crucial. Instead, they didn't make during the time I ordered nor were the instructions followed. Ordered a gift for my college student child and received a telephone call from a man who spoke rudely and was more focused on canceling my order rather than trying to find a solution to a campus address issue. He interrupted and spoke loudly towards me several times during the call, which was off-putting. My husband called the store and spoke to a woman who acted like she wanted to make the order right, but then we were put on hold indefinitely. I had a horrible experience with this company. Made an order to be delivered for my daughter's birthday. Order was send on the wrong date and to the wrong address. When I called to advise we did not get the order, I asked to speak to a supervisior and was put on hold. The representative nor a supervisior did not come back to the phone at all. I was on hold for 45 mins. I then called one of the other store and asked for a full refund. They advised they would have to speak with the owner. I have not received a call back as of yet, which is a week later. I will never used them again and I am telling all my friends and neighbors the same thing. And when it's not they refuse to give a refund or even deliver the arrangement. They will also lie and say that they tried to deliver and no one responded. So you will have to go to the location to pick it up after it's been sitting at the store the entire time. I even had one of the customer service reps confirm that my item was still in the store and would not be delivered until the next day. And yet someone else advise they tried to deliver it twice. The 3rd representative had no personality. The first two reps were friendly. The 3rd rep that I dealt with messed up the from person name but got the other one right. The pack was not sealed. I had to go back in the store to have him tape it and fix the card. Lastly, what upset me the most is that the items were different in the package. If all contents were not available, I should have been notified. I could have chosen something else. The cookies were not supposed to be a part of the order and they were broken. I ordered an arrangement for my niece and her husband for their anniversary. It was delivered bright and early but all wrong. My niece sent me a picture when it arrived and it was awful. I called the location and was advised to forward them a picture, which I did. Their resolution was to send a piece of pineapple and some balloons. The balloons were not as advertised and it was a mute point to send a piece of pineapple without the entire effect of the arrangement. We received this Not-So-Edible arrangement yesterday from the West Gate City Greensboro location. The arrangement was left on our neighbor's front porch in direct sunlight while we were at the hospital all day. The chocolate was melted, the fruit was spoiled, and the juices/chocolate leaked through the plastic bag requiring me to clean the mess. A thoughtful co-worker had ordered it for us. When I called to complain this morning, I was told that the customer (co-worker) had instructed Edible Arrangements to leave it on my neighbor's porch (we were not home and our dog was going nuts in our yard). In fairness, the company did try to deliver the product the day before to my husband's work address and he was out sick. While the co-worker may have given permission to leave the arrangement, the seller of a perishable product should have known better. This was a very poor judgement call. Bottom line, I got no where with Edible Arrangements. I feel badly for my husband's well-intentioned co-worker, who spent a ton of money on this extra large arrangement (over $100 per their website) that ultimately ended up in the trash. My boss sent me an edible arrangement. First day I noticed pineapple did not taste quite right- called after hours so next day at lunch showed up with entire arrangement. Pineapple was not fresh, canteloupe was wilted and not fresh and strawberries were not fresh. I went out of my way to take it to the store to show them because I was getting run around on the phone. They said it would take 2 hours to send pics to management and get me an answer. I left they never returned my call or addressed my issue. I purchased two Dozen chocolate dipped strawberries from these guys for mother day $106.00, picked them up took them directly home and put them in the refrigerator, when we bit into the the berries were rancid and sour and wilted and the chocolate was bitter, we spit it out as it was nasty, we didnt even open the other dozen, we were on the phone for at least an hour with multiple people getting the run around, we finally took them there, and they would do nothing no refund , no replacement, nothing, no manager would ever come out to talk , they just kept sending different line workers out to tell us they wouldnt do anything, finally they all just stayed in the back room until we left, incredibly horrible customer service, the people working there have no clue, and they basically stole $106.00 from me, to top it off this is my 2 review and no one has ever responded, clearly they dont care, there are a massive amount of complaints that are along the same experience that I have described, Its funny to note , they only respond back to positive reviews, I guess that because there are so few of them, take a look at the reviews. The manager (I think her name is Benita but I'm not sure and don't know a lady name) ensures that everyone gets excellent customer care. Although I have not been to the store often, she remembers my name. My order was ready incredibly fast, even though I only gave very short notice and she came out from the back of the store personally just to make sure I was satisfied. The arrangement was beautiful! Wish all the Edible outlets had customer service this good. It was efficient and friendly. And I especially appreciated their commitment to safety procedures during the COVID pandemic. Extremely upset with this company. Ordered a gift for Mother's Day on 4/27 to be delivered 5/12. Checked the website all day for delivery notification because I am in CA and sent it to NC. Notice stating delivery unsuccessful. I was not contacted, called my mother and she was not contacted as to why no delivery. Called store, was told that driver attempted to deliver at 2:19pm and no one was home. I asked them if they would try to redeliver because it was a gift and I was told that "people still need their first try at delivery before I get a second". Was told that they would contact driver to try again. Spoke to my mother who stated she had been home all day and no motion on ring door bell showing a delivery attempt. Called store, was told their was no way to contact driver and they would call me back. No return phone call and when I tried to follow up store was closed. No Mother's Day gift. Called store next day, asked to speak to manager and was told I'd be contacted. Someone from corporate called the next day. I was told they need proof of the video door bell to refund order. Then was also told that we were contacted and a missed delivery sign was placed on door. All of which is not true. I want to believe that maybe the driver tried to deliver to a wrong address but it wasn't to my mother's house and neither of us received a phone call about the delivery.
