I'm going to be nice and give 2 starts instead of 1. I made reservations for an order to be filled on 2/14/24 online the day before. I ordered flowers for my daughter and 1 rose for my son. I thought that I was lucky. NOT!!!! I tried calling to ask a question but the phone just rang every time I called. When I arrived I spoke on the phone not being answered and the cashier said that how busy and unprepared that they were is why they weren't answering calls. After 20 minutes of waiting and then looking for my order another lady says that they canceled all online orders and this was why. She continued to cancel it in front of me and apologize by saying that they were behind on orders that were placed weeks ago as if it's anyone else's fault but their own. I ordered an Edible Arrangement for my mother as a Mother's Day gift. The arrangement looked nothing like the description online. I tried to call the main EA phone number on 5/9/22. I was left on hold for 30 mins. I then called the store twice that made the arrangement on 5/10/22. The manager was with customers and would call me back. I called them back on 5/11/22, and the manager said they could not help me because it was three days later. I told her I had pictures of the delivered product, and they said there was no way to see the images bc they didn't have email. Why keep this business open?!? PLEASE FIND CORPORATE NUMBER AND SHUT THIS DOWN! This was my second and last try after MTHS! The owner is completely rude and does know how to talk to customers! I pre ordered my arrangment 3 days in advance and THE OWNER had the nerve to cancel it. WITHOUT REASON! I called the day before to make sure everything was good. I spoke to a younger lady named Sierra, who was extremely helpful, she read my order back and told me I was good to come in on MOTHERS DAY FOR MY PICK UP! When arriving an older woman with moles all on her face was uncomfortably rude to me and walked off to speak to the manger/owner, regarding my order. When the owner came out she just look me in my face and said "I cancelled it" cause SHE THOUGHT it was fraud. I showed my CC and ID showing the order wasnt fraud, the owner still refused to give me my order and told me I can come back at a later time to pick it up. Hot garbage in customer service. Don't try to place an order on or near a weekend, because you won't get it. They'd prefer to get out early and offer premade items instead of actually completing orders. And if they tell you a deadline to place those orders, don't trust it. They'll just sit on the order and then try to say, "well we already cleaned up the prep area for the day," despite the order being placed well before said deadline. Bottom line, go elsewhere as Edible Arrangements doesn't want your business. This place will be shutdown in no time. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner of this franchise tried to have me arrested after requesting a refund for a delivery they didn't complete. Stating all they need to do is attemp to deliver . I stated this was not posted in their delivery policy. When I stated that their website does state if you are not satisfied with your order we will issue you a refund. They completely ruin a surprised I planned for my wife and tried to have me arrest for wanting clarity on the situation. This is the absolute WORST Edible Arrangement. For the 2nd time, my Mother's Day was ruined. I missed the delivery when I was at a Mother's Day brunch, received a phone call to inform me. So I went to the Homewood Store to let them know I had received a missed delivery call. I spoke with personnel who informed me that she would give the driver a call to double back. Went home, waited and guess what, an Edible Arrangement was delivered BUT FOR MY Daughter FROM HER BOYFRIEND. I called the STORE several times, no answer. Called this morning, "Oh yes ma'am, I just broke you package down, what time would you like delivery"? Really, no thank you, credit it back to my son's card." Oh, you don't want it"? I just called there. The internet has them listed with hours closing at 5. I was calling to check for chocolate covered strawberries. It was 4:08pm when I called. I asked did they have any chocolate covered strawberries and they said were closed! Didn't even answer my question. I then asked what time do they close because the the time listed is 5. The person on the phone then said "Today"... I asked did they close on different times based on the day? The person then hung up the phone. That was extremely rude! At this point I still don't know if the hours change, what time they actually close or what their actual business hours are. The person could have said they were closed for the day and provided the hours for tomorrow. The person could have at least answered my question and let me know when I could get them if they closed early for whatever reason today or if the hours changed. They were extremely rude and unprofessional! I will not be purchasing anything from there and I will be sure that others know about my experience. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Spend your $$$ where you're valued as a customer. On 12/29/20, I ordered an edible arrangement, white chocolate strawberries and happy birthday balloons for my sister for her birthday to be delivered on 12/30/20 ($155.85). The balloons were left off of the delivery. When I called the store the person who answered the phone never apologized for the mishap and inconvenience instead she cut me off mid sentence and said "you want your money back for the balloons?" I said no, I would like the balloons delivered. At about 4:50pm the balloons were delivered but my sister wasn't home. After speaking to the delivery guy he agreed to deliver the balloons the next day (12/31). The balloons were delivered however they were happy holiday balloons instead of birthday balloons. I called the store however it was closed for New Years day so I called the customer support center. I was told the owner would contact me within 24 hours. The owner never called instead I received an email with an updated invoice where the cost of the balloons were credited. Not even the common customer service courtesy to apologize nor offered to make it right by delivering the happy birthday balloons or offering discount on a future purchase. I called the store today and asked to speak with the manager or owner but the person said she could take the message and would contact the owner and ask her to call me. The employee called back and said the owner said the credit for the balloons is all she's willing to do. She didn't have the proper customer service skills to take a few minutes to call me which explains why the staff has poor customer service skills. CUSTOMERS are NOT valued! read more

I ordered A 100 arrangement for my husband's work I asked for it to be delivered to between 9 and 12 they called and said they only delivered between 1 and 3 in that area I explained it was a business They assured me it woukd be there by 2 needless to say it was delivered after 3 while my husband's boss had to wait late and recieve !! Horrible customer service! I ordered an arrangement via their website on Wednesday for delivery on Friday. I received an order confirmation email shortly thereafter. By 7 o'clock on Friday, nothing had been delivered so I called the store and it was closed. I then called the corporate office and received an explanation that the order had been cancelled. There were no notes and no contact from Edible Arrangements to me. I then called the store this morning and was told that there was nothing that they could do for me. Apparently canceling 40th birthday presents with no notification from anyone is good business practice. When their poor business choice was challenged I was then hung up on. I called the corporate office again and was offered a $10 off coupon and was simply told to reorder the gift. Needless to say, I rejected the $10 off coupon because I will not be supporting this company any longer. read more

I ordered an arrangement on Monday early afternoon and was given a confirmation that it would be delivered that same day. Two hours later after placing the order I received a call that the arrangement wouldn't be delivered until the following day because the driver had gone home-at this point it was about 3:00pm. I asked what time their deliveries start the next day and was told at 11:00am. The young lady I spoke with said she would put a note on the order so it would be delivered first thing. Now up until 1:45pm today (Wednesday) I thought the arrangement was delivered. I received a call at 1:45p asking if I was home so they could deliver an arrangement (I had put my phone number as the recipients) I told the young lady that I thought this was delivered yesterday and she said well I think they attempted to but no one answered. I asked why I wasn't notified and she said I'm not sure. I told her I could have come by to pick it up had I known that they weren't able to deliver it-her response was that she didn't work yesterday so she didn't know why I wasn't called or what happened with the order. I asked for a full refund and she said she could refund me minus the $12 delivery charge. I told her no I wanted a full refund and asked to speak with the manager. After going back and forth between me and the manager she said the manager did not want to talk to me and was told that she would only reimburse me for the arrangement. I asked her to please have the manager call me and she said the manager was to busy. How can a manager refuse to speak with a customer??? I'm livid!!! Apparently this "manager" is a Franchise owner and doesn't report to anyone. I say all this because I know many of you live in this community and try to support local businesses-but this is one business I will no longer support!! read more
