Got the beautiful box of white and milk chocolate dipped strawberries which was presented in a long box as a floral arrangement. Some of the best service I've received on Oahu! My son ordered an arrangement for my birthday and since I was not home to receive it, I arranged to pick it up on my way home. Well, my last meeting at work ran late and Megan stayed over fifteen minutes past closing to make sure I got my gift. The fruit is good but not great, but is as pictured in their advertisements. It's an alternative to floral and cookie bouquets that your more health-conscious friends will appreciate. And if you end up with some of those pesky chocolate covered pineapple pieces that will throw off your carb count, message me! None of mine seemed to make it home with me.... :) read more

I recommend the white chocolate dipped strawberries, those pretty little pineapple flowers with the grapes, and anything with apple. Overpriced and hard to eat, but pretty good. The fruits are most definitely the best part. I didn't enjoy the milk chocolate, in particular, but the white chocolate was dreamy. And that's weird because I often don't like white chocolate. But it was delicious on the strawberries. Excellent for special occasions. I eat it messy, since some of the fruit can get really juicy. $42 for 12 strawberries with nuts and chocolate on them. The price for the arrangement seemed a little much at first, but looking back at the end result, I am happy that I decided on getting an arrangement from Edible Arrangements. I actually ordered the arrangement pretty last minute. I ordered and paid for my arrangement about two days in advance over the phone, and was able to just pick up my arrangement a few hours before heading over to my boyfriend's hosue. The staff were very helpful, both over the phone when I was ordering my arrangement, and also when I went to pick it up from their location in Manoa Marketplace. The arrangement was pretty amazing. The delivery person did not follow instructions to deliver to the door because she didn't want to leave her van unattended! I was on the receiving end of one of your arrangements and everything was delicious. I realize that timing is very important as fruits are not always "great" depending on the season. This is my second order; however, the fruits (all of them) were not sweet. The grapes were soft and not the best. It was a disappointment to say the least. But the service I received from Chase, was commendable, I needed to correct the card and called in. He was a great help! The delivery, although late in the afternoon, was fine, could understand how busy the delivery people must have been for Mother's Day. Perhaps, better selections of fruit might be in order? Lovely strawberries dipped in chocolate with a Happy birthday balloon for my daughters 16th birthday. Lovely arrangement and made sure it arrived while we were out to our hotel room. Hello! I am always wonderfully satisfied with Edible Arrangements, specifically the order process and follow up. And the recent order I placed on September 14th was no different! Totally satisfied and I was updated the minute the delivery happened (which was a next day delivery). The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that while the recipient, my mother, was elated to receive the chocolate covered strawberries, flower arrangement, and emoji kissy balloon, she noted that the flowers were quite dead :-/. She was a bit emotional since she has been going through some health issues and she lives in Honolulu and I (her daughter) live in France so I was hoping to surprise her with something super great! If you run a business...shouldn't your MAIN goal be to make money? Which is why this shop confuses me. I have frequented this location many times before especially during V day. I always order online and pick up from this location. This year I found an online coupon for $5 off. I used it and IT WORKED! A few days later I get a call from the shop stating that the coupon was invalid and they will charge me the $5 extra. I sent in a inquiry to this location via their website about the incident. Today I get a call from OWNER BOB. OWNER Bob is a fast talking, hostile, prick which would rather encourage the cancelation of the order rather than resolve the issue like a REAL manager. I'm not one for confrontation so I end up canceling the order per OWNER BOB'S wishes. So here I am...A few days from V DAY and no gift for my PREGNANT WIFE! So all over a $5 discount coupon you want to lose a possible life long customer over your pettiness? It's a very significant&special occasion for us, hence the reason why I ordered what I ordered. I called this location the day before to confirm my order. The nice woman whom was working confirmed it for me. The next day (today), the item was delivered to my fiancé and it was COMPLETELY INCORRECT. As my fiancé had assumed it was from me, it was not what I had ordered, nor was the name and occasion on the card from me. Instead of chocolate dipped sberries, the bear and balloons; he received a fruit boquet. I called this store as I was very upset about this. The woman who helped me, Megan was very sincere; telling me that they will be making his sberries sent in an hour. Hoping to try them again in the future, And given that the 1st impression of my gift that I trusted them with to deliver correctly was not done, I had asked the store owner (bob or Jon; don't remember his name), that I think a credit of some sort should be given to me. Although he apologizes, he was not sincere about the situation&sounded offended about my request for a credit. He also continued to say "he can keep the first arrangement and share it with his friends or whatever..." But that's not the whole reason why I ordered through them. I put my trust in them that what I delivered would be executed&the gift was meant for my fiancé ONLY, not to "share with friends or whatever." I wasn't asking for "the world," but I think a small credit back to my account, or a future $5gift card w/a sincere apology would have been a huge impact in my consideration of trying Edible Arrangements again. Thank you Edible Arrangements in Manoa for ruining what was supposed to be a special Mother's Day surprise for my grandma. I ordered a "To Mom, With Love" bouquet for my grandma/mom. I received a call from them asking if I could pick up my arrangement earlier because they close at 7 but they wanted me to get it at 6 because they wanted to close earlier. I was like ok no problem, told my bf who works close by to pick it up for me. Put it under his name and everything. So he goes to grab it brings it home and this bouquet is not even what I ordered!!!!! So irritating!!!! Of course I can't call and complain and express my true anger and frustration at the situation because they are closed. I was so emotionally upset because of it I ended up balling my eyes out trying to get a hold of someone on the phone. Great product and great service. Ordered one the day before online. Works just fine but the coupon thingy is strange. Just as another Yelper noted they won't accept certain coupons found online. Something to do with Coupon businesses rerouting coupons from other unofficial distributors. IDK why they can't figure it out. I can't see how $5 will break your sale. I recommend they honor these till national figures out a better way. Look at it this way, You gained a new customer by allowing a $5 buck discount! Make the customer feel good!
