It was again - a decent spread but it wasn't personal and the juice wasn't worth the squeeze quite honestly. I wouldn't do the same for a friend or family. I'm just a little disappointed, this is my first time EVER ordering edible arrangements. I'm currently in Vegas for college and wanted to do something special for my boyfriend so being the planner I am, I placed this order way back in September (2024) to secure an order for February 14, 2025. All I had ordered was the 12 count chocolate covered strawberries as well as the little bear plushie. My boyfriend literally lives maybe 5 minutes from this location but I understand they may have been busy due to Valentines so I waited until about 6:30pm to give a call to check on my order (I seen they close at 8pm). I was told at first that they couldn't find anything under my name but they ended up finding it through the order number. I was placed on hold and then told that the delivery is still in "transit", although I know they probably just forgot and only sent it out after I had called because my boyfriend got a call soon after saying they have a delivery coming for him in 15 minutes. I'm on the phone with my boyfriend as he gets it at this point and there are only the strawberries. I asked him if he sees any bear in the bag in which he said no. I called the store BACK & the lady had told me they ran out of bears for the day. This part is where I got extremely mad/sad because why did I book this so long in advance for them to send out my order late AND forget the bear I paid for. The only problem I had with this is they weren't gonna say anything!!! If they had told me about the bear I would have been a little fine maybe but the fact that they tried to be sneaky and just hope I wouldn't notice was completely unfair. I have gotten a refund but only after I had called back asking where the bear was. I think instead of hoping I didn't notice, a call to let me know there was no bear would have been nice (after I had just called a few minutes ago) or maybe find another way to make this right by adding a little something else you have in the shop that's close to the value. There are many other ways they could have gone about that and I would definitely not be writing this review right now if they did. I've been told maybe it's just this Waipahu location? My friends have said everywhere else they order from is fine. I'm just extremely disappointed because as a college student, obviously this ain't cheap!! I specifically ordered this early, was excited for MONTHS for my boyfriend to be surprised with this & have been let down. I understand special days like this they may get busy, but for someone who has put their order in months ahead, and on top of that the order was missing something and nothing was done initially to make it right. Doorbell rang, then phone call received...Gail U? Yes. Delivery for you I'm outside your door. Doc had given gifts through the mail which we opened this morning plus this eye popping, mouth watering, sweet smelling gift that arrived just now. Doc has bestowed such a healthy luscious treat before but extremely perfect cuz I've been craving fruit this past week. Fur bebe was intrigued and captivated by the three ballons dancing on top included in this trio of gifts. Hubs was having a field day unraveling the ribbons and getting containers so we could unassemble the juicy fruit to refrigerate. I tasted the two differently coated strawberries which were equally exquisite. Heaven!!! Checked and fur bebes can have cantaloupe so shared 1/3 of a spear which she heartily enjoyed too! I love receiving an edible arrangement bouquet, and also love giving them too! I couldn't decide what to give a person who has everything. Then, BAM! Edible arrangements came into my mind. My husband and I went to the Waipahu location, and the person who was at the register was really helpful. She guided me to the website, and we were able to see the different arrangements they could make. We decided to get the birthday wish-tini which comes with assorted fruits, chocolate dipped apples and cake battered flavored white chocolate strawberries with sprinkles. She said it would take an hour to make, but they were done making it in 40 minutes. We delivered the bouquet ourselves, and the birthday person was really happy with the gift. Pros: Fun way to eat fruits Love the different arrangements A great gift to give someone who has everything. Cons: Pretty pricey Overall: Like I mentioned in the beginning of this review, I love receiving these arrangements myself. Received a beautiful and delicious edible arrangement from a business friend! Such a delightful surprise that I was able to share with my family. I took it apart right away (it was delivered cold). Fruits were fresh. Not very sweet, could have ripened a bit. I made a sweet cream cheese dip to go with it, so it was great. There were tons of fruits! (grapes, strawberries, cantaloupe, melon, pineapple) some where dipped in dark chocolate. I saved all of the plastic skewers to make my own arrangement one day. Hubs is off to a great start for my birthday! LOL No matter how many times I tell him I don't need any gifts, he has never abided by that in the entirety of our relationship. How can I not just want to snuggle him to death?! When you join edible arrangements list, you get a pleasant gift for your birthday month ~ a dozen chocolate covered strawberries! This time they really went above and beyond!! Just look at those strawberries?! I've only had 2 so far but omg, LOVE! I've seriously always enjoyed edible arrangements treats! They're always absolutely perfect! The fruit is seriously perfectly ripe but firm. And the dips are so rich and creamy delicious! I haven't tried the cheesecakes yet so that's new for us! I'll update when I taste those. I love using edible arrangements for those times I just can't make it to the family gathering. I send over what I would LOVE to receive myself! I went to order something that I wanted delivered to Kailua, but was told it's out of this area. Instead of just saying, you can go online and have this delivered from Kaneohe, Anna, the mgr and woman who does everything, put the order through for me and basically did everything for me. It's a franchise, so the sale doesn't help this location at all, but it's called excellent customer service!! Anna had actually made a delivery to our home in the past and her kindness, her personality, her attention to the customer, make her a unique, extraordinary human being! this review doesn't even deserve a single star. not only did our strawberries have mold and looked funny. but it took them over 12 hours to get back to us. we just heard back from them now. 12pm the next day. when we called and spoke to them around 6pm/7pm yesterday. and we had asked for a refund because we obviously weren't going to eat any of the strawberries. but when they called back they said they can either offer us HALF a refund or a new box with 20% off our next order. but why in the hell would i want to order from them again when this is type of food we received? i get it's valentine's day and it was a busy day. but my thinking is, if you're handling food, and you prep them for orders, the very least you should do before giving them to customers is to double check to make sure that the food is still good. EVERYONE KNOWS that food spoils. especially strawberries. they have mold even when you buy them in the store. so what i don't understand is why they don't check them before sending them out. again, i know it's valentine's day. i get that it's busy. but if i didn't notice it i was going to share them with my child and i would've been even more upset. i appreciate them offering a new box and a discount. but i would have much rather gotten a FULL refund because i don't feel comfortable ordering from them again. i have NEVER had any issues with the manoa location. and this is the second time i've had an issue with this location. and the fact that our strawberries literally had mold on it i'm surprised we weren't offered a full refund. like i get they need the money. but i don't think it's right to send food with mold and not offer a full refund when the customer is hesitant to receive a new box from the place that gave them moldy food in the first place. read more

Just ordered a last minute gift for my Mom this morning for delivery. I gotta say, I was a bit hesitant that they would deliver late in the day. But to my surprise they delivered around lunch. This was the 1st time I ordered from this location and they were pretty great. I ordered the day before my besties birthday and was able to pickup on her birthday with time to spare! The arrangement was as pictured and the fruit was very fresh looking. I did wait about 5-10 minutes for my order even though I was texted early that morning that it was ready for pick-up and I arrived around 2:30pm. I think they are a little pricey but it's a nice gift for a loved one who enjoys fruit. They recently started selling mini cheesecakes and cupcakes, which I think are over priced. They sell fresh smoothies at this location which I may come back to try. I also saw cookies advertised but they were out that day. They had add ons like balloons, stuffed animals and fresh flowers. I would like to give a huge thanks to Edible arrangements in Waipahu. I made 2 orders for a gender reveal and set for delivery for Sunday. Unfortunately plans had changed and we needed to have pick up. I contacted the store and found out that the truck had been already organized with my order included. I asked them to remove it as it was important to be picked up due to time frame on my end. Anna and Claire was nice enough to have it retrieved and placed back in store. When I got to store, staff were very pleasant and assisted me with my orders. They also assisted me to my car. When getting to my car, one of the balloons had popped. Again they helped me and replaced the ballon very quickly and sent me on my way. Both orders were completed to my liking. They were assorted according and very tasty. Got the email that my Valentines order I did online days ago was ready for pickup at 10:30am. "Take your time we're open till 7pm" the email notes as well. Went to go pick up my order at 11:30am. I was notified the flowers with my order is not ready and will be 15 to 20 min. It's now 12:17pm as I type this in the store....waiting. For the disservice they gifted me one of their small arrangements of chocolate covered strawberries in a mug like holder. How can you go wrong with chocolate covered fruits and smoothies? But really though, the chocolate that they cover their fruits with can't be duplicated! I eat chocolate covered fruits from everywhere and this is the best! I used to think Chocolate covered fruits from anywhere was already good but no, the chocolate has to be good too. Their chocolate is so good and perfectly sweet and you feel healthy eating all this stuff anyway because you're eating fruits! My husband and most of my friends should know not to get me any real flowers but these chocolate gifts & arrangements from edible! You don't know how excited I was to see that this Waipahu location popped up! I love that I can get my own snack without having to wait for someone to gift me an arrangement. I'm West Side so I go here very often to get cones of chocolate covered strawberries, apples or a mix ! My kids really like the "donuts" which are chocolate covered apples. Attempted to make a thoughtful gesture to mom on Mother's Day as I live on the mainland, but it turned into an epic fail thanks to Edible Arrangements in Waipahu. The two dozen order of chocolate dipped strawberries that cost over $100 were rotted, bruised, and old upon delivery. Additionally, the cups that held the strawberries were soaked in dark liquid unlike the nicer pics that others posted. See attached pictures taken within minutes of delivery. I called (after my mother called with disappointment), and they would not accept responsibility nor refund the product. Had I seen the other two reviews that mentioned 'bites taken out of strawberries in gift boxes', I would not have ordered from this location. Who knows what else they do with the fruit behind the scenes without quality control. I informed my credit card company, who said this is not the first complaint on this store, and they will process a credit for the full amount of the order. Working with the customer and acknowledging that the product was not delivered as promised is not just 'Aloha Spirit' but common courtesy & professionalism which this branch does not have. Customer loyalty and company reputation will be important as the world comes out of COVID, and my loyalty to this small franchise shifted away. In the week of Valentines I know places like this tend to be extra busy. Therefore, do not order the day of or day before. I learned that they are jamming in the back making orders but the week of they do tend to not have more deliveries anymore. What I do not get is that if we/I the customer has to pick it up ourself then why do we have to pay a handling fee? Their prices are already premium for $45 you get 12 strawberries dipped with half Reg and half in red velvet crumbs. The taste was good but they forgot to put on my greeting card and the vase it was in had a chip on the bottom. They wrapped tissue around it to hide it. I did not take a photo. I wish I did. The customer service is not bad. The people here were friendly. But I do strongly suggest you need to order in advance. It also does show the person you're getting the gift for that you took the time in advance to make the thought go a long way. read more

Ordered a $60 fruit bouquet and a $40 added-on bouquet of real flowers to be delivered. Total came to $120 with fees and taxes. The fruit bouquet was delivered no problem, but the flowers were never delivered. I called 2 days later when I realized she never got the flowers and they said they will deliver the flowers that night no problem. Never got delivered again. I called the next day to say the flowers never got delivered and they said they will deliver later that day. Never got delivered AGAIN! I called them up again the next day and I asked if I can just come in and pick it up. The girl said sure and she will add a box of chocolates as well. I went to pick up the flowers and no box of chocolates were included. I didn't really mind that though. The thing is, I didn't even get an apology for all the hassle.
