They also packaged everything up in cute jars and a bag with a stamp that has the shop's name. I was able to try the toffee bark and the peanut butter bark. All I can say is WOWWW. The bark was so savory and sweet. Rich and decadent. Just wonderful. I also had my family partake and they loved it as well. All in all, I was so impressed and fell in love with this place. If they labeled their products, people wouldn't ask so many questions. We tried kunafa, pistachio baklava, 3 different kinds of bird's nest, passion fruit ice cream, and 2 different matcha drinks. The kunafa was excellent. It was fresh, hot, cheesy, and chewy. The pistachio baklava was good, not sweet at all. We tried the lotus, Nutella, and pistachio bird's nest. The lotus and pistachio are not too sweet. Nutella is rich if you love chocolate. The bird's nest was soft and crispy. The ice cream was good, they put in real pieces of passion fruit. It would be nice to have the ability to make specific requests, such as preferred colors or particular flowers, when placing an order online. The post-purchase process was a bit confusing. Although I received an email confirming my order, the status still showed "pending fulfillment." Concerned that there might be an issue, I called shortly after the store opened on the day of pickup. The representative explained that orders are not updated or marked as fulfilled until the pickup date. It would be helpful if that information were included in the confirmation email to avoid confusion. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was the only customer at the counter. The representative retrieved my arrangement and added a bow, but she was unable to locate my custom-written note. While she searched around the counter area, she assisted two other customers before returning to my order. After waiting several minutes, I eventually gave up on the note and simply requested a blank card. Despite those minor issues, the floral arrangement itself was beautiful and well received.
