I've both received and ordered Edible Arrangements for others and the quality and service has always been wonderful. They have chocolate dipped strawberries, apples, and other delicious fruits, as well as flowers and other items and treats you can include with your gift. We had a little bit of a hiccup with Edible Arrangements on our most recent experience, though. I was the recipient of this most recent order for my birthday, and the store called me (so much for a surprise lol) the day of the delivery to say the order is ready and to choose a delivery time. We did that and went about our day before heading home to be there for the delivery window. A few hours later, I get another call saying they gave the Door Dash driver the wrong order (I guess they use Door Dash for delivery?), and they have no way to contact the driver to let them know they have the wrong one. This is where it gets weird. The person calling about this mixup told me to refuse the order and tell the driver to return the items to the store. Ok, cool I can do that. But then they told me that to get my order, I have to come pick it up now at their store. I didn't do that and let them know my gift giver had paid for delivery and not making me go out of my way to pick up my gift at the shop. They were understanding and kind about it, and did end up saying to keep the mistake order and that our original order would be delivered separately. We got the birthday order a little bit later and it was great. Flower arrangements, a box of chocolates, and a cute assortment of chocolate dipped strawberries in a nice little decorated container. I'd give this most recent experience a 4/5 since the original order was eventually delivered, but the service/communication was a little bit off originally before they came to a satisfying decision. But overall, I do recommend Edible Arrangements as a super high quality (and delicious) gift you can send to someone (or get for yourself!) read more

The caramel apples I got were dipped sideways. Who does that! They definitely do not look like the image you order from online and by doing that makes them impossible to cut. I picked one up and the stick came straight out! Instead of this solving a problem for a party of mine it caused a new one. I would also say that the person who waited on me only had socks on their feet, no shoes. That is unsanitary for a working kitchen!!! read more

I received what was supposed to be a pleasant surprise for Thanksgiving from my best friend. When I opened the package I found a huge mess. There was a vase of flowers laying on top of a box of chocolate covered strawberries and a box of chocolates. The food was covered in about an inch of water, the boxes were soaked, the box containing the strawberries had fallen apart and the chocolates were mashed and discolored. I called store #506 which had delivered the gift and was asked to send them pictures, they then tried to blame the delivery service, but finally agreed to replace the food. I tossed the bag, boxes and food in the trash as I was told to do. Three days later they delivered a box of chocolate covered strawberries, but didn't replace the box of chocolates. When I called back, I was told my product issue had been resolved. I have also contacted the company customer support and been told they have resolved my issue. read more

Placed and order on Sunday to be delivered on Wednesday and asked that it be delivered late morning or early afternoon before 3pm. After several phone calls someone finally answered and said that I could pay them an extra 15.00 to have it delivered within in an hour. The product itself is already expensive, and the order was placed 3 days in advance! Now it's a waiting game to see if they get my order delivered to the birthday guy before they close the office at 3 p.m. I will NOT be using this store again. Placed an order a week ago for a small platter. It was not delivered on the requested day until the birthday party was over! I called twice and was lied to about when it would arrive. It actually was delivered after the store was closed. I will never use them again. I am adding this note: Today, the EA people sent over a small package of chocolate-covered fruit to say sorry for the late delivery yesterday. That was kind and generous of them. My granddaughter did not want a cake for her 16th birthday so we decided to order an Edible Arrangement. When it arrived it looked like it may have been dropped and some of the fruit was not great. I called the next day and talked to Katrina. She was so nice and immediately let me know she would make it right with me. She was competent, polite and went out of her way to fix it. She even delivered it to my granddauggter herself. She is doing an excellent job representing this company.. the 2nd arrangement was very nice and delicious. read more

I ordered a fruit bouquet for my honey for Valentine's day on the 10th of February. After selecting my bouquet and going through the whole process I am met with a screen that the item that I ordered was not available in Bellevue (store is 10 miles away). Annoying but tolerable as they displayed a page of what was available although the only bouquets available were at over twice the price. After selecting a dozen gourmet dipped strawberries I checked out to find that the delivery fee is $27.00. All in all, almost $90 for a dozen strawberries. So be it. Well Valentine's Day comes and goes and no delivery, no email saying its not available, no text, no call, no nothing, so I could have at least come up with a plan B. Also, because it was supposed to be delivered at her work I did not find out until after she got off shift. End result, my honey did not get a Valentine's Day gift from me. Customer service was apologetic and wanted to give me the order for 50% off and $20 off of next order, like I will order from them again. No thanks, it was a Valentine's Day gift and I do not want them after Valentine's day, considering they were ordered 4 days in advance initially. After demanding a total refund they say they will process it and I should be getting refund in 10-14 days. If not received there will be an update to this review. read more

Excellent product. My recipient was ecstatic with the gift. It was fresh and there were Happy Birthday balloons. Delivered early in the day at the start of her birthday which was a plus. She was on Weight Watchers so zero points with the fruit I would order again. I like the healthy option of fruit and the ability to add a little chocolate for the celebration. read more

Very rude and unprepared staff. I have ordered two arrangements each Mother's Day and Father's Day, along with other special occasions for several years from this location. The service has been declining, but today it reached an all time low and they have lost my business! The staff is disinterested at best at the counter, and the shop did not even have the boxes to hold the arrangements in place in the car. As soon as we left the parking lot, one arrangement fell over and we pulled into the alley behind the building to re-adjust. The staff were loading arrangements for delivery into non-refrigerated vehicles and one of the staff members rudely confronted us stating that we couldn't park there and then when we explained that we were adjusting arrangements because they had tipped over without the boxes, she said assumed we were "hired help" and directed us to take the arrangements back inside as they wouldn't need our help. The shop's refrigerated vehicle was parked in front of the shop and was obviously not being used for deliveries. While the fruit it good, the customer service is completely unacceptable for such a pricey product. read more

I went in to Edible Arrangements with my mom. She was ordering a nice bouquet for my dad. There is a sign in front that says "ask for samples." My mom asked for samples for us. The owner rudely responded, "it is Valentine's day weekend! No! We do not have samples." My mom continued to look through the book until she found what she wanted. She pointed it out to the worker. Then she saw that they had baseball vases. She asked to have her order placed in the baseball. The worker said, "no, we cannot change the vase, since it is for valentine's we can only use the red vases." The rude tone the owner and worker used with us is no way to be treated. The owner also promised my mom that since it was being delivered to a school that it would be delivered before 3PM. She said, "for school orders, it is guaranteed to be delivered by 3PM." The order was not delivered to the school at all. My dad eventually got his order at 8PM to their house. Please Edible Arrangements evaluate what you are advertising and promising people. If you offer samples and you know Valentine's is a popular day for you, make sure you have tons of samples available or take down the sign that says samples are available. read more
