My experience was quick and easy. I called the morning of to place an order to redeem my birthday set for 12 count dipped fruits. I was able to stop by earlier than the time I requested the order to be completed and it was already prepared. You do get email notifications on the status of your order so you can stay up to date. When I arrived, I had to wait a bit inside the store as nobody was managing the outside. Would be nice if there was a bell to ring so I could get someone's attention quicker. Fruits were amazing. You get apples, strawberries and bananas. Bananas were my surprisingly my favorite since it was dipped in white chocolate. The chocolate was able to withstand 80+ degree weather and did not melt even though we got home 3 hrs after picking it up. Great taste and quality! read more

Very friendly service! Husband bought home a huge fresh fruit bouquet which I have never had before! All the fruit pieces were neatly cut and super fresh. The strawberries were dipped with white and regular chocolate. The chocolate not loaded with sugar. What a nice surprise!!!! The chocolate blended very well with every bite of strawberries! Sweet husband ordered the balloon extra, a very nice touch. My family and I are very please with the fresh fruit feast . It is so big that we invited another family come to share with us. I had a terrible experience with the service of this company. Recently I ordered a box of strawberries for my anniversary. The delivery date was incorrect. I explained this to the deliverer of the gift which arrived 4 days early. She nicely explained that I should contact her manager. I figured I would see how they hold up in a refrigerated environment and go from there. When gifting the strawberries, they had spoiled and were "inedible" arrangements. $60 for sweaty and gray stemmed strawberries. I reached out to the company and left a message. There was no reply. I reached out again and spoke with the store owner. I was met with an argument in which I was blamed for ordering the strawberries incorrectly. I was told it was my fault, period. I'm sure the strawberries were delicious, but I would never order from them again due to the poor customer service I received. I drove down to the store and spoke with the manager in person. She continued to blame me for the circumstance. After negotiating a replacement of 6/12 strawberries, she handed me a fresh box and said thank you. There was no apology. There are so many ways to make your customers happy when orders go wrong. Unfortunately, my experience resulted in a laughable anniversary gift, poor customer service, and a product that underdelivered. read more

Great gift! I placed an order online on Christmas Day to be delivered the following Monday for a birthday. The process was simple and easy. An email confirmation was sent to me shortly after I placed the order. On Monday at noon, since I had not received a status update, I called the shop and was told my order would be delivered from 12 to 5Pm, and I would receive status updates via email. Horrible customer service at this location! A friend ordered me an arrangement that was supposed to be delivered after noon since I was away! I get a call from them (and had no idea I was getting this delivery) saying they're at my door (and I was over an hour away). I called back and spoke to a woman that said she was the manager...so rude when I asked if they could deliver after noon, like my friend had requested. She told me no and said if they couldn't deliver it right now I'd have to come pick it up. This was a birthday...I asked if my friend had paid for delivery why they wouldn't deliver it to me after noon as requested? She said no. So I told her to have the delivery person leave it on the table at my front door. This same woman was also incredibly rude to my friend who also asked for them to leave it on the table. Guess where they left it? On the ground, where it was crawling with ants when I got home an hour later. Thankfully the ants were only on the outside of the cellophane and not on the fruit. I took a pic and sent it to my friend to thank her...she noticed the fruit arrangement looked small (only pineapple, cantaloupe & chocolate strawberries) and what she ordered was supposed to also include grapes - there were none and honeydew melon - there was none. So essentially they charged her for a large (which is quite expensive) and gave me a small bouquet. The one saving grace after all the horrible customer service is that the fruit is delicious! I would not recommend ever ordering from the Petaluma location as I have had two additional bad experiences with their horrible customer service! It's such a shame they ruined this birthday surprise for me and treated both my friend and I so rudely! read more

Very disappointed with the product that was delivered and by the response I received from the owner. When I sent her the picture of the arrangement she said someone had already eaten out it. The recipient had not touched it. She said they take pictures when they make an arrangement, but didn't have one for my delivery. She actually laughed, then asked me what I wanted her to do. At no point did she apologize, offer to replace arrangement, or refund it. I would not recommend this shop. The woman who took my order was perfectly happy to take my order and my money - at NO point did she say 'that will BE $100 and, we'll be our best to have it ready'. When I spoke with the representative at Edible Arrangements in Petaluma, CA, she patiently answered all my questions and honestly described exactly what I would receive. I was impressed that the strawberries would be larger than other places I called and the chocolate was semisweet. I placed the order, arrived about 45 minutes later and was totally pleased with the presentation in an attractive box, with expertly dipped strawberries. I had the worst experience as first time user of Edible Arrangements! I placed an order online for my daughter in college in Southern California to surprise her with a gift on her 18th Birthday! I placed the order 8 days prior to scheduled delivery date. The order was given to the Pasadena store to fulfill. I received a phone call that the driver could not deliver due to address was a "construction site!" Clearly, the driver did not know his way around the campus nor did he care enough drive around area and actually ask someone on campus so he could fulfill order. In addition, driver was informing the store that he needed additional information of recipient in order to deliver. Now, if anyone understands University Campus protocols on delivery, the address provided IS the only address needed for many reasons. More importantly, for security! After 2 hours on the phone with the store expressing the unsatisfactory service and requesting to continue the order, even if the store manager had to contact another store or another delivery service to fulfill my order. What I received instead from the manager of the Pasadena location was his executive order to CANCEL my order! Mind you I did not request for my order to be cancelled. Rather, I wanted them to fulfill my order since this was happening in the morning and they still had all day to deliver! Just incompetent people! I have no issues with Amazon drivers delivering to the very same address!!!!! read more
