I have been waiting all day for an $135.00 order placed 3 days prior to delivery date called the store around 12:30 PM could not get even a 4 hour delivery window waited another 3 hours called the store again and received a recording the store was closed. Called the toll free customer service number waited on hold 25 min the rep checked the order told me it was out for delivery I had already checked the order online and knew that the order had been out for delivery for 3 hours today it is 85 deg this must effect the quality of the product, guess I will find out if I ever get it. Well, So this did finally arrive at 5:45 PM but Guess what part of the order was missing so not sure how long I will have to wait for the rest of the order. Valentine Day I had to remind them they are offering a service and Valentine Day is on the same day every year so they should staff accordingly their lack of staffing is not the customers fault. Thanks to Edible Arrangments, I was cool husband on Valentines day. The wife got the biggest arrangement in her office. Everyone was in complete awe and it's delicious to eat , too. How cool is that? Sharing was easy too. The individual fruits and candies were skewered by wooden sticks. Easy and fun to pick the fruits off. Everything was in fun shapes and the fruit quality was excellent and sweeeeeet. Chocolate dip EVERYTHING!!! Ok, maybe not everything but I was thinking that the chocolate would be so so quality like magic shell. But no, it's great chocolate. The best part was to take a bite of a chocolate dipped and then a refreshing piece of honey dew or cataloupe. Then repeat. It's sooo good and fun to share. About this EA store, the customer service is excellent. I needed to get another arrangement in another area and they took both my orders and arranged everything with the other store for me. I received a box of cookies with two helium balloons on Saturday, order W2003-280631-1-1. The box did not have anything that said who it was from. The driver couldn't tell me and advised me to call the riverside office number on the paperwork. I called and was told that they couldn't tell me due to their privacy policy. I told the woman I would return everything and they could refund the cost to the anonymous person. Then she said that she had to call the gift purchaser to get permission to tell me who it was and then she would call me right back. She NEVER called me back which was no surprise based on the attitude of the woman I spoke to. After several hours, the person who ordered the gift called me a bit annoyed that I didn't acknowledge her very thoughtful expensive gift. Riverside Edible Arrangements customer courtesy is much worse than I could have expected. The presentation of the box was impressive but the cookies were a disappointment. All of the cookies are soft chewy undercooked cookies that sink into your stomach like a blob of uncooked cookie doe. I would not recommend this particular product to anyone. This is my second really bad experience with Edible Arrangements so I would highly recommend giving your business to a company that appreciates the business of their customers and have products that actually taste as good as they look in the pictures on their website. So, my finding this particular location came out of necessity. A rather rushed necessity. A last minute gift idea that spawned from the notion that going "green" somehow also means being healthy, hence, staying away from the cliche of chocolate and going toward something you actually want them to eat. That being said, they were fantastic. It was beautifully presented and delivered prompt and friendly. I received an arrangement from the Riverside Calif store on 4/20/21 and it was basically rotten. The pineapple was dry, the cantaloupe was hard, the honeydew had no flavor and the chocolate on the strawberries was changing color so we new the chocolate was bad and the strawberries were bitter. I filed a complaint on the company web site and was told I would be contracted and as of today 5/7/21 no one has called. Obviously as any reasonable person, I thought they had made a common mistake, so I told them, and they said okay, they then looked at the picture and went to the back room.
