I ordered a Valentines bouquet last year and it was never delivered. Not only did the company not call me to notify me of the delay but when I called they maid an excuse about the van breaking down. The manager promised that they would deliver it the next day and apparently it didn't again. I called and they had another dumb excuse about how they couldn't due to the banks being closed on Saturday's Really!!!. I asked for my money back but nope all I got was a rude manager. So I went in today to buy a simple fruit cup. I stood in a long line because of course it's Valentine's Day and they are busy. I didn't try to cut and I waited patiently until it was my turn. I work in the plaza and the new management came in to my work place promoting their new edible to go menu and encouraged us all to go in. I am currently 8 weeks pregnant and I was really craving some fruit. Finally when it was my turn to order the young lady there refused to take my order because "they wanted to take their big orders instead due to it's a holiday" those where here words. I told her all I wanted was a fruit cup and I was willing to wait so she went to the back to ask someone and she came back and simply told me that they would not take my order. I said ok and left but I am so extremely upset that they would simply turn away a paying customer who waited their turn in line and was willing to wait. It was a simple fruit cup and I wasn't demanding at all. Needless to say, I will never buy from edible arrangements again. I'm sure I would have spent far more going back for their to go items than a customer who is only buying for a one time occasion. read more

Called and ordered the 12 ct Chocolate Dipped Fruit. Was told it would take 30 mins and I was there within 30 mins to pick it up. It was ready, chilled and fresh, just waiting to be enjoyed. Very poor service and management. Ordered in advance to make sure my deliver would be on time. This was my first time using the riverside store I always use Fontana. My delivery was unsuccessful .. The manager said they couldn't find the address but it's funny the Fontana store has deliver many times for me to this location I requested. Don't bother paying extra for delivery it's unreliable, I too ordered an arrangement and paid for delivery, tracked it all day on the day it was due finally having to call and ask what the hold up was I was already on my way home from work when I get a call from the driver he was so late in delivering that I could have just driven to the store and pick it up myself. The driver had to leave it at the door because my wife had to step out to run an erran this after having had the entire day free at home whiting for her "surprise". never again I'll stick with flowers or jewelry from now on. read more

I ordered an arrangement for my 91 year old mother-in-law for her birthday and called at 4:00 p.m. to check on the status. I was assured that it was going out in the next delivery and would be the second delivery made. I was told it would reach her within two hours. Two hours later she did not receive it. I called again and I was told it was out for delivery but was way down on the list. WTH?!!!!! I was told at 4:00 p.m. that she would be second on the delivery route. Guess they just lied to get me off the phone. I am extremely disappointed as it is 6:52 and she still has not received it. I could understand this being a problem if I ordered it last minute, but I placed the order earlier in the week. And come on, the arrangement has a "Happy Birthday" mylar and has the number 91 on it. I don't know what they are thinking, but most 91 year olds do not stay up to the wee hours of the night. Let's hope she gets her arrangement soon. I'm glad I'm not the only one that has had delivery problems with this locations. i understand you can and will run into delivery problems. Most of the time I like to do these as a thank you or a just because so an off peak day. I feel this location bites off more than they can chew for sure! If you can't accommodate deliveries then simply don't do them. I understand that the cut off for businesses is 5pm, unfortunately this does mean 4:59 sometimes irregardless of when you place the order. I've placed it both early or day of and yet you get the same end result. This will be the last time I do this. Extremely disappointing. read more

This establishment has the ability to be a wonderful place as the idea is genius however the people do not put much effort into making sure that each and every basket that goes out is something they would want on the receiving end. The prices are very expensive which would be okay if you got what what you really ordered. The pictures on their website or in the store look nothing like what you receive. I have used this place multiple times fir our business to send baskets (expensive ones) to clients or to doctors facilities we work also their most expensive basket to a funeral gathering and each time I've been disappointed in what the computer shows me I'm ordering and what is received. My husband ordered me a $161.00 basket for valentines today and not only did the thing get delivered as me and my co workers were pulling up by a woman that looked less than presentable and driving not an edible arrangements van but a personal run down looking vehicle with bird crap all over it but the basket was not what my husband ordered see photos attached. Hey owners of this facility I hope you read my review and shape some things up with your place, I would definitely use your company on a regular basis but not the way it's ran now. I use edible arrangements on a very regular basis. A couple months back, I got an arrangement from my husband and for the first time ever, the strawberries were not good. They were overly ripe and oozing. They were probably from a couple days before? Anyway, I called to let them know and the lady who answered was very nice and told me to come in for a box of chocolate covered strawberries to replace them. I told her I'm not on that side of town very often and she said that was ok, it was noted in the account. I went to go get them 2-3 weeks ago and the lady working (The manager) gave me the run around. She took ALL my info as well as my husband's info and told me she was calling corporate to get the order and that she'd call me back... Ok... So I left, never to hear from her. I went in today and she was working. She had no information and asked for ALL my info as well as my husband's again. I'm not asking for a new order or $100 arrangement, just the strawberries I was promised and she's giving me the run around like I'm asking for her first born. I'll make sure we never order from this location again. After all the money we've dumped into these expensive arrangements and they can't replace a damn $20 box of strawberries as if the store staying open depends on it. Ridiculous. For the prices they charge, they should strive for excellent customer service and fresh product. read more

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service! the left hand has NO CLUE what the right hand is doing... their 1-877 customer service number makes promises that the store cannot accommodate and then when you say cancel my order don't deliver just refund my money, they deliver anyways next day and refuse a refund. Don't expect any managers to help you once you call with a complaint and even have record of every person you spoke to they DONT CARE! then to top it off they refuse to give you any contact info anyone above them or owners contact info. read more

We ordered an arrangement and it was never delivered. We did originally put the wrong address in, but called them directly with the new address. They finally went to deliver at 7pm on Valentine's Day; called the person they were for, and said they would try to re-deliver to the correct address....never did. Never called back. We called to try to settle dispute with store they said "not our store, not our problem". I will never order from this store again. They never delivered, never called back, never refunded. a boy got me an arrangement for Valentines Day which i thought was a great idea. it was like cute but not too romantic because we weren't very serious. i like flowers, but flowers that i can eat are even better. if you get chocolate on the fruit you have to eat it right away, you cant refridgerate it because it sweats and turns bad, so maybe the dipping chocolate is a better idea or only on a few of the fruit flowers is a better idea. read more
