My go-to sweet treat gift is usually an Edible Arrangement - it is easy to order online; the value and product are great. I highly recommend creating an account with the company because there are some perks. One perk is to buy 3 arrangements and get a free 12 count dipped box. I finally earned my reward and was excited to place my order and treat myself! This location is the closest to me, so I called the store because I wasn't exactly sure which products would count for the reward. I should have kept to ordering online because the worker was completely lost and had poor customer service. She had an aloof attitude and was not overly helpful. I placed my order with her and picked a time/date when I would pick up in-store. However, a few short minutes later I get a call from the staff and she tells me that she has my coupon code, but my account says that I must buy one more arrangement in order to get the free box. I then got completely confused and said if there is a code, then I did not understand the problem. She made it seem like I was pulling a scam or something. I said that I have placed orders after earning my reward and so she was talking about getting another reward for a free box. Dead silence on her end while I am the one trying to come up with a solution for her. I then asked her what she wants me to do? She said she would ask her boss...sure enough I got a call back within minutes and said I was all set. No apology for her confusion or making me freak out over stupid free fruit. The day came for me to pick-up. I walked in with my mask and two workers were in the back. I noted my name and the worker handed me my box from the case. That was it. Again, not the greatest customer service. The storefront is small inside, but the workers were wearing masks and I was in-and-out within seconds. To my delight - the 12-count free chocolate dip box was awesome. Pineapples, apples, strawberries, and bananas all generously dipped in chocolate. The fruit was fresh and tasty and dare I say; the chocolate was the cherry on top. Due to the poor customer service - I gave this location a 3. I recently saw that Edible Arrangements opened up by one of my favorite sushi places and had to stop in to get some fun fruit treats! I was so excited to see that this location has froyo and fruit smoothies which is different than any other locations here in Michigan! I had the shimmy froyo shake and added fresh fruit to it and it was so refreshing but also curbs any sweet craving without being overly indulgent! Quite a while ago, I bought my boyfriend a "just because" gift and that included an Edible Arrangements basket being sent to his workplace. I was working Night Audit that evening (11pm-7am shift) and decided on doing it because he took the time out of his SLEEP to pick me up from work and take me home. What a sweetheart, am I right? Anyways, the timing is important to this review because I placed the order for it to be delivered SAME DAY at 5am. I didn't know if the order would go through, or even if it'd be delivered in time during his shift that day (10am-10pm). Lo and behold, everything I requested was delivered in time AND in perfect condition. The strawberries looked so amazing, I wanted to eat them through the picture he sent. The "I'm Thinking About You" Balloon was filled with so much air that I thought we'd be able to keep it forever. I didn't have to contact the store AT ALL since there were absolutely no problems -- they followed everything I requested to the tee and I was wholeheartedly satisfied. If I ever plan on dropping by, this might be the only Edible Arrangements I go to since their customer service was so UNBELIEVABLE. And of course, my boyfriend was surprised as well. He finally brought it home that night and when I tell you these were the BEST chocolate covered strawberries I've ever had, I want you to believe me. Overall, I will definitely order from here again -- whether in person or online. I ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered 8 days prior to the delivery date. The website tracking still showed "order received" at 4:30pm on the date of delivery, so I called the store. No one answered, so I hoped that the status had just been wrong. I received a call at 7:30 from a pretty unprofessional employee saying they would need to reschedule for the next day or two... I'm extremely disappointed at the lack of communication, and the way that the employee handled the situation. Not only was the occasion (a birthday) missed, but after asking if they could offer a discount, I was only offered free delivery. The order never came. Nobody has answered the phone since. I ordered a Birthday gift for my husband on February 11th to be delivered the 15th which was his birthday, I received a confirmation for Monday delivery and on the 15th I received nothing, I called the location at 5pm Monday to see where my delivery was and received no answer, not even the courtesy of an email, phone call, it is now two days after the 15th and still no delivery not even the courtesy of a phone call, so I called again it's late morning and I speak to someone who said my delivery would arrive at it's destination in no less than two hours, well nevertheless it didn't arrive until four hours later. I placed an order for two of my friends because they helped me pack to move out of state. The store I contacted in Rochester Michigan was friendly and helpful and had lots of information. They gave me the option of placing my order for today or the next day which I thought was nice. The only problem is I wish that the orders were larger and you wouldn't have to spend so much money. I ordered an arrangement for my niece that was supposed to have a ceramic mug, instead they gave her a vase. It would have been nice if they could have called me and I would have picked out another arrangement. There is a huge difference between a mug & a vase. It took 4 days to get a call back, only to be told that it says on website that containers may vary. One would think that if the exact mug wouldn't be available that it would be replaced with a different mug, not a vase. I was offered $5.00 refund for the vase.Lol! I have always been contacted regarding my orders from other locations that I order from. I order at least two edible arrangements a month. I was told by Sam that they " stopped calling people" because they get to many orders. I will never use this location again. read more

After reading all the great reviews for the Rochester Hills store, I cannot even believe my very negative experience came from the same store. My daughter picked up the arrangement for me to give to a friend, and thank goodness I decided to check out the fruit before I gave it to the friend. I had chosen an arrangement of chocolate-covered strawberries and chocolate covered pineapple cakes and the strawberries were so unripe they were almost completely white and the stems were totally wilted. When I arrived at the store to return the arrangement, the clerk inside had the door locked even though it wasn't even close to closing time. When I went on to explain how the strawberries were not acceptable, she was debating with me saying that those pathetic looking strawberries are all that's available this time of year. Wrong! I have purchased better looking strawberries from the local grocery store. This was my first experience with Edible Arrangements and will definitely be the last. read more
