All of the possible classes are listed in their website. I would be hard to pick a favorite class. Each of the classes is taught by a different artist or expert in that class. There are 2 different areas where the classes are taught one in the back and one in the middle section. The website has a description of each class that is offered as well as the requirements that you need to bring for the class. The ability to walk out with a project that you learned how to make is priceless. I highly recommend going to a class at My New Favorite Thing or just going shopping. Local artists each get a section to display. I will be going back for more projects.

Vendors beware. I was a vendor for over 6 months. Ended up costing me to be there. That's 1…read morething, maybe I was in the wrong demographic. But, there were so many other issues. One, you could never get a call back or a response in messenger. Very hard to work with someone when communication is one way. Checks were to be ready on the 10th of each month, with a sales report sent via email. I left self addressed stamped envelopes to have my check mailed because it was a 45 minute drive one way to get there. I don't think my check was ever mailed on time, and each month you would wait and wait for a sales report. One month she was too busy to get checks out on time. I always felt that vendors came last. I gave her my 30 day notice prior to leaving. Granted, it was in December when I was leaving. But, I left a message the night before I was picking up, on the vendor facebook page. Her response was that my inventory would be left in boxes, in the alley. So, my inventory sat in an alley all night. I had 4 boxes out there. Once I got settled and checked in what was there, and what I had sold had been also checked off my inventory list, I was missing around $1200 in product. And I had a handful of pieces that didn't belong to me. I contacted the owner and her response was that there is nothing she can do. But if she comes across any, she would let me know. As for what I received that didn't belong to me, no response. I have reached out a few times since and it's radio silence. Yes, she has a beautiful store, and with the amount of stock, it can be overwhelming for a shopper. As a vendor, I do not recommend this place. I say, stay far away.

When I walked in the door, I barely received a hello from whomever was working that day. In fact, my presence was not even acknowledged the entire time I was in the building, past the weak hello. There are some cute things in this place, but I have to say, I would hesitate to leave any of my product there. It doesn't feel like a very friendly place to do business, if I'm not even acknowledged as a shopper.

We were blown away by the incredibly well made jewelry items, kids products, masks, and quirky collectables. My sister found a great selection of gifts for her twin daughters ( 3) in particular cat mermaid aprons with cooking accessories. I got them a massive play kitchen last Holiday season, so this was a perfect find! The store is also inside an adorable pink house ( Great for photo ops) I LOVE all the unique gifts, especially all the made in Michigan gifts. Some of the merchandize for sale include cute Craft wall decor, signs, various glassware, jewelry, candles, jams, bar towels, clothings and the list goes on and on. Owners are very friendly and outgoing and specialize in the DIY workshops where they cater to large groups and Corporate events. The wine aspect of the workshop is curated by the "Wine Witch" a Dearborn based Sommelier which adds a unique twist to their events where she can cater a tasting anywhere from fine wine to unique blended wines she makes herself that is quite fun to taste/experience.
